Paunang Salita: Ito'y may kahabaan lamang, sapat na oras ang kailangan ngunit kung ika'y abala, okay lang hindi naman kita pinipilit magbasa.

First and for most, I wrote this not to impress but to express. At naniniwala akong kahit anong i-post ng isang tao, hindi maiiwasang husgahan ito at mapuna, at bilang isang indibidwal na may layuning matuto ako'y tumatanggap ng pamumuna, payo o kahit ano pa man na makikita ko sa inyong mga komento (kung meron man). Ako'y magpapasalamat muna dahil naglaan kayo ng oras para basahin ang isang ito, hindi ko alam kung matututo kayo o maboboring-an lang dahil sa haba nito pero ako'y nagagalak dahil gusto niyong basahin ito hanggang dulo.(Kung babasahin niyo nga.)

Tama na ang dada at sisimulan ko na ang gusto kong ipunto.

Suicide. Bilang isang kabataang nabuhay sa panahon ng pagbabago, masasabi kong isa ito sa patok na isyu sa ating mga kabataan ngayon. Naging mas sikat pa at tinutukan ang isyung ito nang maipalabas at maging patok sa mga kabataan ang palabas na “13 Reasons Why,” na binase sa isang aklat na may parehong pamagat. Ngunit kung tatanungin ba kita, alam mo ba ang sagot kung bakit nagpapakamatay ang isang indibidwal? Marahil isasagot mo, napagod na sa buhay o di kaya nalulungkot, yung mga tipong ganon. At kung tatanungin naman kita kung sino sa palagay mo ang mga ito? Marahil isasagot mo ang mga weirdo, nabu-bully o mga loner. At oo, tama ka kaibigan ilan sila at ang mga dahilan na iyan para magpakamatay o magtangkang magpakamatay ang isang indibidwal. Simulan natin sa mga loner, syempre mapag-isa. Pero hindi natin alam kung bakit sila mapag-isa, tama ba? Pero ako, may dalawang klasipikasyon ako ng mga loners. Ang loner 1 at 2. Ang mga loner 1 o yung kadalasang sinasabihan ng ibang “walang friends” o “weird” pero natanong mo ba sa sarili mo kung bakit? Well, hindi ko rin masasagot yan pero sa pananaw ko sila yung mga na-trauma na sa mga dating karanasan nila. Mga na-bully o naapi sa mga piniling makasalamuha, mga taong nasaktan ng paulit-ulit pisikal man o emosyonal. Mga taong pinagsamantalahan ang kahinaan at humantong sa pagkawalang tiwala sa karamihan, kaya mas piniling mag-isa na lang. Ang loner 2 naman, mga taong sadyang gusto lang mapag-isa, ayaw makisama sa iba dahil alam nila na makakasalamuha lang sila ng mga plastikada. Mga taong pinagmamasdan ang bawat indibidwal, inaalam ang pagkatao nito sa pamamagitan ng pagmamasid,mga taong tinitignan ang mga nangyayari sa mundo masasabi mong mapanghusga sila kahit papaano, pero sino ba naman ang hindi mapanghusga di ba? Nadadaan lang ang paghuhusga sa tama o maling paraan. Bakit ko nasabi? Dahil may kilala akong kabilang sa loner 2. Kung papagdugtung-dugtungin natin umiikot lang sa isang siklo ang mga taong tinatawag na “suicide victims” Pero katulad ng mga loner may pangalawa pa kong klasipikasyon sa mga taong ito. Sabihin na nating Silent Victims ang nauna at itong pangalawa naman ay ang Cool Victims. Cool Victims, bakit? oo dahil cool sila tama ka, pero hindi lang yon. Ang mga cool victims ay yung mga chill chill lang sa buhay, sila yung normal na tao kung tutuusin, masaya, madaming kaibigan, matalinong mag-aaral at iba pa. Pero bakit sila naging biktima? Oo! Pagod na sila, pagod na silang maging perpekto sa paningin ng iba, pagod na sila sa pagtingin na hindi sila puwedeng magkamali, pagod na silang hindi humindi. Pagod na silang ngumiti kahit na ang totoo ay may mabigat silang dala-dala. Napagod sila hanggang sa nagsawa na at napariwara, yung tipong nakapiglas mula sa mahigpit na pagkakasakal, ganiyan sila. Dumako naman tayo sa dahilan, halos pare-pareho lang ang mga dahilang iyan, takot at pagod. Mga kadalasang maisasagot ng mga nagtatangkang magpakamatay. Sa cool victims, well alam niyo na, dagdagan na lang natin. Dahil nga sa nais napumiglas ng mga cool victims mula sa pagtingin nila sa mundo at takot na maaari nilang magawa, humahantong sila sa pagtangka o tuluyan ng pagpapakamatay. Naiisip nila na marahil pag nawala sila sa mundo, hindi na sila magiging sakit ng ulo at makakamit na nila ng payapang kanilang ninanais. Hindi ka ba makapaniwala? Na maging ang mga masisiyahing tao humantong sa gantong punto? Well dito naman tayo sa mga silent victims, yung mga karaniwang taong alam nating nabibiktima nito. Dahil sa umpisa pa lang, nadadama na nilang wala silang kuwenta sa mundo, napapagod na rin sila mga pang-aapi ng ibang tao, yung tipong alam naman nila sa sarili nilang wala silang ginagawang mali pero bakit sila pa yung pinagkakatuwaan, bakit sila pa yung pinagtatawanan at kung bakit sila pa yung kinaaayawan at iniiwan. Dahil sa mga tanong sa kaisipan ng mga taong ito, at di malaman ang sagot. Dahil sa takot at pagod na baka mangyari pa ulit ang mga napagdaanan nila, tinatapos na lang nila, tinatapos ang sarili nilang mga buhay.

Masayang mabuhay, masayang gawing produktibo ang hiniram nating buhay. Karaniwang tao lang tayo, hindi natin kabisado ang ikot ng pag-iisip ng bawat isa sa mundo, pero kung may kakilala kang ganito, huwag mo siyang basta-basta bigyan ng payo, lalo na kung wala kang karanasan sa pinag-dadaanan niya ang gawin mo pakinggan mo lahat ng hinaing niya. Kung ayaw niyang magsabi dalhin mo siya sa kanyang mga magulang, kung hindi siya open sa mga ito subukan mo sa isang counselor o psychologist o kaya sa pari siguradong makakatulong sila sa pagpapagaan ng problema ng mga biktimang ito. Kung ayaw niyang magsalita dahil hindi siya open na tao. Hayaan mo siyang magsulat, makakatulong itong mailabas ang lahat ng nasa puso’t isipan natin. Lahat ng takot, galit, saya o lungkot na gusto nating sabihin sa mundo pero wala tayong lakas ng loob. Sa pamamagitan ng pagsusulat magagawa mo.

Hindi lahat sa atin ang may alam tungkol sa mga biktimang ito. Hindi naman tayo lahat nakaranas nito di ba? Oo marami tayong masasabi pero hindi natin masasabi kung tama ba o mali ang lahat ng mga iyon. Pero ito lang ang aking masasabi,MAG-INGAT TAYO SA BAWAT SALITANG ATING SINASABI. Hindi natin gamay ang tao, hindi alam baka ang pabirong sinabi ko ay malaking epekto sa isang tao. Lahat tayo may kanya-kanyang buhay na hinaharap, kung nadadama mong masayang mabuhay, iparamdam mo rin sa iba. Bawat salita ay mahalaga, bawat post, tweet o text na nakikita mo ay maaaring big deal na. Pero oo tama ka, hindi lahat ng salita ay maganda sa pandinig at mata, pero huwag kang manghusga. Kausapin mo ng masinsinan, i-pm o i-dm mo kaibigan. Huwag mong ipagsigawang mali siya o mali ang sinabi niya. Dahil kaibigan, hindi mo alam baka maging problema niya pa iyan. Pero katulad ng mga tao sa mundo, hindi lahat makikinig sayo, hindi lahat makukuha mo sa mga salita at gawa mo, matuto ka na ganiyan talaga tayong mga tao. May kanya-kanya tayong takbo ng isip, may kanya-kanyang pananaw sa buhay, hindi lahat mapipilit mong gumawa ng tama, hindi lahat magiging pabor sayo pero eto kaibigan kung alam mong nakakabuti at wala kang naaapakang ibang tao ipagpatuloy mo ang gawi mo.

Hanggang dito na lamang ako, salamat at nabasa mo hanggang dito. Marahil nagtataka ka kung saan ko hinugot ang mga ito, marami akong kakilala na napagdaanan ang mga ito, ang iba patuloy na hinaharap ang mga hamon ng buhay, ang iba naman ay hinaharap ang mga pagbabago at ang iba naman ay nais magsimula ng panibago at kabilang na ako roon.
