We met Joseph Coelho at Milton Keynes Central Library today! Joseph is an award-winning performance poet, playwright, children’s author, and the current Waterstones Children’s Laureate 2022-2024. He’s currently undertaking a Library Marathon, collecting a library card from every library authority in the UK. Some of the books Zoe illustrated are available in Milton Keynes library, so Zoe was delighted to show Joseph two that weren't checked out. He was so lovely with her and looked at all of her illustrations, commenting on how well she's done. Such a friendly person - it really made her day!
