is anyone onboard with a bi/pan -> ace pipeline alastor? like an alastor that parties at gay bars in the 1920s/30s and assumes he's bi bc he thinks men are just as attractive as women (zero equals zero!).

Dear men: Sex is NOT a need
Tumblr media
They've only been together for 3 months and she's already guilt tripping her for more sex?! Of course it's all about him, no real reasons why she's not in the mood, ex does she have a physically demanding job? Kids from a prior relationship? Does he try to initiate sex when he can clearly she she's busy? Did he start initiatating sex too early in the relationship? Do he do anything to create the romantic feeling?
Also if they have only been dating 3 months then most likely they still live apart. Does he "need" sex as soon as she steps through the door?

alright, but because i've been seeing this go around and i'm not going to lie... i was tempted to do it myself, so i took that 'sex values quiz' for barton. and these are the results that i got for him. though, i do disagree with the sex drive part (,: because barton has and can go a while without having sex NGL. but OFC, the test was only going off of the answers to the questions that i provided for him

Boosting Testosterone: Natural Ways for Men
Testosterone plays a crucial role in men's health. It's responsible for muscle mass, bone density, body hair, and, most importantly, mood and overall well-being. As men age, testosterone levels naturally decline, which can lead to a range of issues, including decreased libido, reduced muscle mass, fatigue, and even depression. While many turn to hormone replacement therapies, there are natural ways to boost testosterone that are both effective and sustainable. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to naturally enhance your testosterone levels and improve your overall quality of life.
Tumblr media
1. Exercise Regularly, Especially Strength Training
Exercise is one of the most effective ways to prevent many lifestyle-related diseases, and it can also boost testosterone levels. Strength training, in particular, has been shown to have a significant impact. Exercises like weightlifting and resistance training help increase testosterone by promoting muscle growth and fat loss. The more muscle mass you build, the more testosterone your body will produce. Compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses are particularly effective because they engage multiple muscle groups and stimulate testosterone production.
However, it’s essential to balance strength training with other forms of exercise. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has also been proven to boost testosterone levels. HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest or low-intensity activity. This type of workout not only improves cardiovascular health but also triggers a significant release of testosterone. On the other hand, avoid overtraining, as it can lead to increased levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that negatively impacts testosterone production.
2. Maintain a Balanced Diet Rich in Healthy Fats
Your diet plays a critical role in maintaining healthy testosterone levels. Consuming a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrients is crucial. Focus on whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables to provide the essential vitamins and minerals needed for hormone production. However, the type of fat you consume can significantly affect testosterone levels.
Healthy fats, such as those found in avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil, can help boost testosterone. Saturated fats and monounsaturated fats have been shown to support testosterone production, while diets low in these fats can lead to decreased levels. Conversely, avoid excessive intake of trans fats, often found in processed foods, as they can negatively impact testosterone and overall health.
3. Get Sufficient Sleep and Manage Stress
Sleep is vital for maintaining optimal testosterone levels. Most of the body’s testosterone is released during sleep, particularly during REM (rapid eye movement) stages. Chronic sleep deprivation can lead to a significant decrease in testosterone levels. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to ensure your body has adequate time to recover and produce the necessary hormones.
Stress management is equally important in maintaining testosterone levels. Chronic stress elevates cortisol, which can block the effects of testosterone. To manage stress effectively, consider incorporating mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga into your daily routine. These activities not only help reduce stress but also improve overall mental health, which can positively influence hormone balance.
4. Maintain a Healthy Weight
Carrying excess body fat can negatively impact testosterone levels. Adipose tissue (body fat) contains an enzyme called aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen, a hormone more prevalent in women. This conversion can lead to lower testosterone levels and an increase in body fat, creating a vicious cycle. By maintaining a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise, you can help ensure your testosterone levels remain at an optimal level.
5. Optimize Your Vitamin D and Zinc Intake
Vitamins and minerals play a crucial role in testosterone production. Vitamin D, often referred to as the "sunshine vitamin," is particularly important. Vitamin D is not only essential for bone health but also acts as a natural testosterone booster. Spending time in the sun or taking a vitamin D supplement can help maintain optimal levels.
Zinc is another critical mineral that supports testosterone production. Foods rich in zinc, such as meat, shellfish, legumes, nuts, and seeds, should be a regular part of your diet. If you have a zinc deficiency, consider taking a supplement to boost your levels.
6. Limit Alcohol and Avoid Substance Abuse
Excessive alcohol consumption and substance abuse can have a detrimental impact on testosterone levels. Alcohol, particularly in large quantities, can disrupt the endocrine system, leading to reduced testosterone production. Additionally, substances such as opioids and anabolic steroids can suppress natural testosterone production, leading to long-term hormonal imbalances. Moderation is key—enjoy alcohol in moderation and avoid substances that could impair your hormonal health.
7. Consider Natural Supplements
Certain supplements have been shown to boost testosterone levels naturally. Herbal supplements like fenugreek, ashwagandha, and ginger have been studied for their potential testosterone-boosting effects. For instance, ashwagandha has been found to reduce cortisol levels and increase testosterone in stressed individuals. Ginger, a common kitchen spice, has been shown in some studies to enhance testosterone production and overall sexual function. However, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen to ensure it’s safe and effective for you.
8. Stay Hydrated and Limit Sugar Intake
Hydration plays an essential role in overall health, including hormone production. Dehydration can lead to increased cortisol levels, which may negatively affect testosterone. Ensure you drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
Additionally, limit your sugar intake. High levels of sugar can lead to insulin resistance, which is linked to lower testosterone levels. Reducing processed sugars and focusing on a diet rich in whole foods can help maintain stable insulin levels and support healthy testosterone production.
9. Have Regular Check-Ups
Regular medical check-ups are essential for monitoring your overall health and hormone levels. If you suspect you have low testosterone, a simple blood test can measure your levels. Regular screenings will help you track your health and make necessary adjustments to your lifestyle to maintain optimal testosterone levels.
Conclusion
Boosting testosterone naturally involves a holistic approach that includes exercise, diet, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle changes. By making conscious, health-focused decisions, you can maintain healthy testosterone levels and improve your overall quality of life. Remember that results may vary, and it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to tailor these strategies to your specific needs. Stay proactive about your health, and you’ll be well on your way to enhancing your testosterone levels naturally.

hi all, sorry i haven't been around as much, even on horny week. my libido's been down, and it makes me sad.
i've been tapering down weed for a couple months leading up to a total break that started last week; i've read that withdrawal can affect a lot of things including libido. it may have already been affecting me before while tapering, but now that i've completely stopped, i'm definitely withdrawing - cold night sweats, vivid nightmares, getting too hot/too cold throughout the day randomly, period seems to be out of whack (i'm supposed to start in a few days and it's not abnormal for me to spot about a week before but i've been more than spotting and it's not stopping still, but it's also not like, my actual period. hard to describe lol. also just continuously cramping really hard...).
i hate this though. i want to be horny, it's fun when you have a partner to experience that with. it sucks for me but i feel even worse for my Dom. i'm going through so many ups and downs lately with this and i hate it and it's not fair to him. i feel horrible when i turn him down, i feel like a bad partner even though i know that's not true. i feel prudish and cold and wonder if he thinks i don't love him, which is ridiculous. but i still feel this sinking in my chest and anxiety when i don't "want to." just everything from society about women who don't put out flashes through my mind, even if it's not valid. and regardless of all that, i just want to make him happy.
when i got off hormonal birth control almost 2 years ago, i definitely had this window where my libido came back in full force, especially around ovulating. reading erotica absolutely helped too. but lately i feel like i'm having to work at being horny and if i don't put effort, it's not there. and yeah i could read erotica; last i left off here, i was in the middle of Debt by Nina Jones, but i never finished it. honestly it's because since i've cut back weed, i've been reading regular books again, which is awesome on one hand! i've missed reading like this for a long time. but now that means my libido and sex life have to suffer?...
but i wish i didn't have to work so hard for it in the first place. literally really want some sort of female viagra or something, i want to talk to my doctor or psychiatrist about it. i just keep thinking it's not fair. not fair to me and even less fair to my Dom. sometimes i just wanna punch my nether regions like helloooo fucking WORK lmao...

The Male Enhancement
In a world where stress, busy schedules, and age-related changes can sometimes take a toll on our intimate relationships, many individuals are searching for ways to reignite the passion and vitality in their love lives.
Tumblr media
If you're one of them, you've probably heard about male enhancement supplements like Endopeak. In this article, we'll delve into what Endopeak is, how it works, and why it could be the solution you've been looking for to supercharge your love life.
Understanding the Struggles
Let's face it: as men age, they may experience a decline in sexual performance. This can be frustrating and can lead to decreased self-confidence and dissatisfaction in the bedroom. Stress, unhealthy lifestyles, and other factors can also contribute to these issues.
The good news is that there are solutions available, and Endopeak is one of them.
What is Endopeak?
Endopeak is a carefully formulated male enhancement supplement designed to help men regain their sexual prowess and boost their confidence in the bedroom. It's made from natural ingredients that have been used for centuries to address various aspects of male sexual health.
EndoPeak male pills has provided amazing sex life support for men in their 30s, 40, 50s and even 70s. Because it was engineered based on the teachings of modern science, EndoPeak formula is gentle yet powerful at the same time, using only pure plant ingredients and natural minerals.
And you can rest assured knowing it's manufactured in the United States in a state-of-the-art FDA registered and GMP certified facility.
How Does Endopeak Work?
Endopeak works by addressing some of the key factors that can affect male sexual performance:
Improved Blood Flow:
One of the primary reasons for erectile difficulties is insufficient blood flow to the penile area. Endopeak contains ingredients that can help dilate blood vessels, allowing for better blood circulation, and potentially resulting in firmer and longer-lasting erections.
Enhanced Libido:
Many of the ingredients in Endopeak have aphrodisiac properties, helping to increase sexual desire and drive.
Hormone Balance:
Hormonal imbalances can also play a role in sexual performance. Endopeak's natural ingredients may support a healthier balance of testosterone, a key hormone for male sexual health.
Energy and Stamina:
Endopeak pill enhancers include ingredients known for their energy-boosting properties. This can help you stay energized and perform at your best when it matters most.
Mental Clarity:
Stress and anxiety can negatively impact your sexual performance. Some ingredients in Endopeak may help reduce stress levels and improve mental clarity.
Why Choose Endopeak?
Natural Ingredients: Unlike some other male enhancement products that may have side effects, Endopeak uses natural ingredients with a history of promoting male sexual health.
Clinically Tested:
Endopeak has been subject to rigorous testing to ensure its safety and efficacy.
Privacy and Convenience:
Ordering Endopeak online provides privacy and convenience. You can discreetly receive the product at your doorstep.
Affordable:
Endopeak offers an affordable solution compared to more invasive options.

The Role of Exercise in the Treatment of low sex drive in Men
Tumblr media
Low sex drive, also known as low libido, is a common problem that affects many men at some point in their lives. It can significantly impact a man's quality of life and relationships, leading to feelings of frustration, anxiety, and even depression. While there are many potential causes of low libido, such as hormonal imbalances, stress, and psychological factors, one potential solution that is often overlooked is exercise.
Exercise is a natural way to improve overall health and well-being, and it can positively impact many aspects of sexual health as well. Studies have shown that regular exercise can increase testosterone levels, improve blood flow, and reduce stress and anxiety, all of which can help to improve libido.
Testosterone is a hormone that plays a critical role in male sexual function, and low testosterone levels are a common cause of low libido. Exercise has been shown to increase testosterone levels in men, particularly in those who engage in resistance training. Resistance training, such as weightlifting, is efficient for increasing testosterone levels because it stimulates growth hormone production, which is essential for testosterone production.
In addition to increasing testosterone levels, exercise can improve blood flow, essential for sexual function. When blood flow to the genitals is inadequate, it can lead to erectile dysfunction or difficulty achieving an erection. Regular exercise can improve blood flow by strengthening the cardiovascular system, which can help to improve erectile function.
Exercise can also reduce stress and anxiety, common causes of low libido. Stress and anxiety can harm sexual function by lowering testosterone levels, increasing muscle tension, and interfering with the body's natural hormonal balance. Regular exercise can help to reduce stress and anxiety by promoting the production of endorphins, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain.
While exercise can be an effective way to improve low libido, it is crucial to remember that not all types of exercise are created equal. High-intensity exercise, such as running or cycling, can negatively impact testosterone levels if done excessively. It is because high-intensity exercise can cause an increase in cortisol, a stress hormone that can inhibit the production of testosterone.
Instead, it is recommended that men engage in moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking, swimming, or weightlifting, for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. This activity level effectively improves overall health and well-being, increases testosterone levels, and reduces stress and anxiety.
In addition to regular exercise, other lifestyle changes can help to improve low libido. These include maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, reducing stress, and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption and smoking. By making these changes and incorporating regular exercise into their daily routine, men can improve their overall health and well-being and enjoy a more satisfying sex life.
It is also important to note that low libido can be a symptom of an underlying medical condition, such as hypothyroidism or depression. If lifestyle changes and exercise do not improve low libido, it is important to speak with a healthcare provider to rule out any potential medical causes.
In conclusion, exercise can be critical in the treatment of low sex drive in men. Regular exercise can increase testosterone levels, improve blood flow, and reduce stress and anxiety, all of which can help to improve libido. It is important to engage in moderate-intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and to make other lifestyle changes to support overall health and well-being. If low libido persists despite these efforts, it is important to speak with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical causes. By taking a holistic approach to sexual health and well-being, men can enjoy a more satisfying sex life and improve. You can also encourage readers to visit Dr. Arora's clinic if they're experiencing low sex drive or other sexual health issues.
