John Mostyn has sort of become of my best friends in Comedy. I can’t remember how I met him. I do remember his snowman joke. I have a vivid montage in my head of seeing it in all seasons get funnier and funnier. Maybe because we are both Tall and in each other’s eyeline maybe that’s how we became friends. Seeing the Billy Connelly Doc,JFL 2019 when I didn’t know you’d be there....there you were a familiar grounding presence in a sea of new faces and unique experiences. There is a bluntness, there is a heat to John Mostyn on stage. This is fuelled by a earnest inquisitive vegan who makes pies for his friends and just wants to be a little bit better then the day before. John Mostyn could have probably had 3 alright albums by now. Instead he has one you should listen to. It was a much needed infusion of energy being on set for @titt.hamilton just because I wasn’t in the background didn’t mean I wasn’t going to make a statement. Inspired by T shirts worn by @timefjord in the first season I wanted to make my own. It says “All your problems are because of POP” Something that @strombo once said on one of his many brilliant late night live streams It was hilarious. But while I have you here I want to be straight up. Bell media please re-examine your distribution model for this show and many others created for @fibetv1 the target audiences for this dynamic programming are way more likely to have @cravecanada then full @bell cable which is currently the only way to watch them. Here are the pictures of me at the grand opening of @levitycomedyclub last evening. The club is beautiful and I am so happy for @patcoppolino and everyone involved The decor is excellent the atmosphere is friendly and the show...... I missed the show entirely. A little bit late turned into alot late I was so concerned and felt so much pressure to be what I expected of myself My hair,makeup clothes and driving my friend everything took longer then it should have. All of it did not need to happen I wish I could have been satisfied with just going.Just watching just laughing. Thank you @chrisadoranti for having some fun with me about the whole thing. This was a cool moment of temper control for me. I was already so frustrated I missed the opening then to have a camera and LED light flashed in my face ( I am 10 months post concussion ) by a man I didn’t know and had not consented to be filmed by. Some summer fits lately. I decided a while ago to get out of the way of my natural beauty. That I was going to always be extra but not everything had to be so done so contrived. This was largely egged on by my friend co-creator and makeup artist @mediumbeans who is so talented she is the cosmetics manager @shoppers_stoneroadmall and is seriously one of the city’s best kept secrets in MUA. 1. My look for hosting @bonnietrashband at @kazooguelph It was inspired by the Italian goth glamour aesthetic of their band. MUA: @mediumbeans Dress @fashionnova 3. The next day of @kazooguelph I wanted to dress like a alien fan girl for @sleddofficial 4. At the Toronto waterfront before the @purityring concert simple and dreamy I have yet to swim at the big pool there. 5. Saturday night comedy show @levitycomedyclub 6. #killbillvol1 inspired look for my friend’s MMA fight ( we had a whole row cheering him on it was so bad ass) 7. Cruella is my muse forever even when it’s not fur coat season I don’t eat Blizzards I was holding this for the picture my preferred summer treat is cherries and cold soda.
