[Diário De Leitura - Aos Perdidos, Com Amor 2/2]. Um livro um pouco tenso, mas bem emocional ao mesmo tempo, fofo e leve. Leitura super fluida, é aquela sensação maravilhosa de ler dez páginas em um piscar de olhos. Eu gostei do livro, achei bem interessante as histórias dos protagonistas, mas tenho que confessar que o livro foi um pouco dramático pra mim, e no fim eu já não estava achando a leitura grande coisa. Eu achei a proposta do livro com relação as cartas extremamente incrível! Gosto dos personagens, apesar de Declan não ter me conquistado por inteiro. Esse é o típico personagem isolado e durão, porém com um coração gentil e um passado assombrando-o, que é visto pelas pessoas como alguém ruim. É aquela situação: julgando ou pressupondo algo sobre a pessoa sem realmente conhecer ou saber de todos os fatos. Só que ele também não colabora, de modo que parece que as pessoas julgam ele exatamente como ele quer que julguem. Achei Declan muito seco, até um pouco chato. Ele é um personagem que nunca senta para conversar, as pessoas precisam meio que adivinhar do que ele precisa, já que ele não se abre, não se comunica. Ele precisa de ajuda, porém ele não pede, e fica magoado ou martirizando o fato de que não ligam para ele quando precisa de ajuda... Só que ninguém é adivinho né minha gente, então a birra dele é desnecessária, e a solidão dele até parece meio que proposital. Juliet é uma personagem bem interessante. Ela está lidando com a morte da mãe e não consegue seguir em frente. Ela leva um tempo para dar os primeiros e pequenos passos para fora do luto, e graças as cartas anônimas trocadas com um anônimo, isso tem sido uma espécie de terapeuta para ela, e juntos ambos tentam se ajudar a sair da bolha que se isolaram. Rev é um personagem curioso... Gentil, doce, divertido, porém, assim como Declan, ele é muito isolado. I only have a picture now, A frozen piece of time, to remind me of how it was, when you were here, and mine.

I see your smiling eyes, each morning when I wake. I talk to you, and place a kiss Upon your lovely face.

How much I miss you being here, I really cannot say. The ache is deep inside my heart and never goes away.

I hear it mentioned often, that time will heal the pain, but if I’m being honest I hope it will remain.

I need to feel you constantly, to get me through the day. I loved you so very much, why did you go away?

The angels came and took you, that really wasn’t fair. They took my son, my future life, my heir.

If only they had asked me, If I would take your place. I would have done so willingly, leaving you, this world to grace.

You should have had so many years, to watch your life unfold. And in the midst of this, watch me, your mum, grow old!

I hope you’re watching from above, at the daily tasks I do. And let there be no doubt at all, I really do love you, sleep tight my precious boy. Shine bright till I hold you in my arms again.

Najlepsza młodzieżowka jaką czytaliście? Listy do utraconej to najwyżej oceniana książka nie będąca częścią serii na moim TBR. Skończyłam ja wczoraj ze łzami w oczach i chociaż nie była wybitna i być może czytałam lepsze to tak mnie poruszyła że oceniam ja 5/5. Pięknie napisana, ze złożonymi bohaterami, realistycznymi problemami, poruszająca tematy trudne ale tak, że mogą pomóc czytelnikom. Uwielbiam głównego bohatera i jego przyjaciela. To jak poprowadzona jest fabuła.
