Was behind on my meal prep this week but finished successfully! I juiced fresh fruits and veggies, and made a delicious quinoa stir fry. This week I want to start jotting down more creative and tasty healthy recipes. I find so many on Facebook, food network, and Pinterest so I'm excited to try them out๐ I also really enjoy cooking and being in the kitchen (except the cleaning๐) the cooking took 45 minutes, the cleaning took about an hour!
