(just asking I’m not a fan of the ship)

i meaaaan technically it's not confirmed to be canon, but one could very easily say that it is.

geo and cole make a little heart when geo "powers him up"

geo stares longingly at cole's picture and reminisces being with him.

cole is always finding ways to be close to geo and they hold hands. a lot.

so while it's not confirmed, they do act like a real couple. i wouldn't be surprised if it was officially made canon sooner rather than later.

it's canon to me, personally.

Its so funny that Arin and Sora have shown to have significantly better emotional intelligence than any of the ninja from all of the old seasons combined. "You should be taking care of your mental health" and "yeah saving the world is upsetting! no wonder you're having stress dreams" oh my precious children. You are surrounded by a teen dad with massive self-worth issues, the only one of two people who remembers the genie incident and also turned into the sea once, guy who's died like 3+ times and committed genocide under mind control, and a child soldier who's been living the hard knock life since age 2.

AU where Zane Ninjago is the previous master of ice. like when he transferred his elemental powers over he also transferred his soul and he low-key reincarnated into this robo-body. cool beans. this means there's the potential of Zane starting to glimpse bits and pieces of past and not knowing why he can see it. the things master Wu talks about--why can he see them as if he were there?--he feels like he has experienced personally. give Zane a whole other crisis on top of after he finds out he's a nindriod not a human. this also means Zane in old clothes and styles from Master Wu's time whenever he has flashbacks which is a neat visual. like heck you could have someone other than Wu have previous villains that show up! you could balance that out a bit! Master of Ice's previous nemesis shows up ready to throw down when they discover he's technically still alive but also not. Zane questioning if this is his life at all. if he's Zane or someone else. If he was Zane before or if he was nothing. If he's Zane now or if he never was to begin with

Sorry if this is random but I just wanna hear more people's thoughts of the Source Dragons..

So do you have any theories on the Source Dragons?

And any theories on what the Life Source Dragon meant by saying that Lloyd is one of theirs?

And do you have any theories on what Lloyd's power is?

I don't have any theories about the Source Dragons, I'm gonna be completely honest. The only one that kind of relates is that I think Riyu is connected to the Source Dragons, if not one himself. Other than that, I'm just here for the ride HAH.

For Life claiming Lloyd as theirs, I think what they meant was that Lloyd wields an element under their umbrella, that being life. Which to me, makes a lot of sense, and this kind of leads into your next question. Lloyd's power seems to be just "energy" especially since on the tournament sets they have Lloyd as "MoE" (Master of Energy). HOWEVER. Every single thing has energy. Energy is all around us. Life is all around us. If not life itself, Lloyd's power is DEFINETLY interwoven with life.

Let’s Talk Characters

Misako Montgomery Garmadon (LEGO Ninjago)

Okay, I want to start by saying that this is all my opinion. You do not have to agree and you can comment why but do not turn this into a battlefield.

Long post ahead

First things first, I think she receives too much hate. We don’t actually got to know that much about her throughout the show. He learn she is Lloyd’s mother, an archeologist, and had known Garmadon and Wu for years. What we never see is the effect that everything with Garmadon has on her personally. I want to know how she’d truly feels; she was married to him and they had a kid together. All we get is her comforting Lloyd.

Second, there has to be more to her abandoning Lloyd. We know she was trying to prevent the final battle but that’s it. My running theory is that one day as she was watching Garmadon play with baby Lloyd she got a glimpse/vision of the final battle. So she began researching and devoting hours to finding answers. During this time Lloyd was with Garmadon, that is until he got banished to the cursed realm. Misako contemplated leaving Lloyd with Wu, but came to the decision that would trigger destiny; wether that’s true or just her being anxious is hard to say. And so she left Lloyd at Darkley’s, a corrupt school that fooled parents into believing that their children were being brought up to be model citizens. She tried to keep in contact with her son but Darkley’s prevented that. The next time she sees Lloyd is after he’s been hit with tomorrow’s tea and so she thinks she’s been gone longer than she thought making her feel even more guilty.

After making amends with Lloyd she attempts to be there for him as often as work allows, she would even bring him along if it worked out for both of them. For a while she felt as though everything was perfect and almost forgot about the final battle. But when it finally came all she could do was watch in horror as her son was forced to fight his own father. When Garmadon was cured of the evil she finally felt a sense of relief as he embraced her and Lloyd, but that didn’t last long because he soon sacrificed himself to stop Chen and she never got to say a proper goodbye. Then a couple years later he is revived but it isn’t really him, it’s just pure evil. Even after he begins to regain human emotions he has a stronger connection to a plant and a cameraman from the news. So she, along with Lloyd is learning to move on from her mistakes and heal from the pain. They are just happy to have each other, Wu, and the other ninja.

We are not going to talk about her romantic relationship with Wu, that never happened.

So I'm in the Lego Monkie Kid fandom and I gotta say that people REALLY need to talk more about the other things happening in this special.
