14 Days Circle Mages Character Profile: Thalia Trevelyan
For @14dayscirclemages
Character Name: Thalia Trevelyan
Character Origin: Human noble
Mage Circle Setting: Ostwick
Age When Living at the Circle: 14-24ish
Brief Character Bio: Thalia was born the youngest daughter of Bann Trevelyan and lived a pampered and aristocratic life until her early teens. When her family learned of her magic, they sent her to the Circle and all but disowned her immediately, as the presence of a mage brought shame to such a so-called pious family. Little did they know she was one day destined to become the Herald of Andraste.
What Are You Most Excited to Write About? Love exploring the Circle as an institution and how it affected the trajectory of Thalia's life.

@astrlpain (kara) | starter call
❛ here, my love. ❜
querl places the cup of hot tea in front of kara, pausing to press a kiss to the top of her head.
❛ are you positive you received an adequate amount of rest last night? the fight you were in seemed rather... intense. ❜

POTN!!
I haven’t done this in a while, so let’s get to know a lovely little program called The Visible Computer 8088! It’s a DOS program released in 1986 that exposes how your CPU works and how to tell it what to do in a form it understands the best: ASSEMBLY, of course!
We’re gonna start by creating a VM running the latest version of MS-DOS with a fixed disk size of 512MB, reasonably more than a machine from the era would need, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.
I have no idea how this program works or what quirks it might have (especially with DOS, disk size, or even virtualization). As usual, hang in there. Let’s get this show on the road!
