▪️He will experience many highs and lows and desperately need you to be his peace

▪️You are not your husband’s Holy Spirit and no amount of constantly voicing your disappointment is going to change him. He needs your prayers, compassion & unconditional love.

As many of you know I intentionally use my platforms to teach biblical womanhood & wifehood.

The Lord showed me something recently and I felt led to share it today.

He said; many women are called to be a WIFE but very few are prepared to be an “ANOINTED HELPMATE”!

(Gen 2:18)

I said wow, let me write that down for my book! 😁

God has graced me to be a wife even in seasons of marital hardship. Through my own personal experiences, and encounters with other women, God has given me so much revelation on what a biblical wife is VS her divine assignment as an anointed HELPMATE or EZAR! There is a distinction. (📌Teaching coming soon)👆

About 3 years ago after a very traumatic situation in my marriage the Lord said to me……“YOU ARE ANOINTED TO HELP YOUR HUSBAND HEAL” through this. At that point I put everything aside and he became my top priority….PERIOD! 🙏🙏🥹😘

Here’s the thing, my husband Vincent Leslie was going through something so painful, but because he showed me so much strength, I never saw the tragedy coming!!! 🥹🥹

BUT GOD DID…..and God knew that I was prepared to HELP!

I shared that to say, that was the moment I realized I was more than just his wife! No other ministry mattered to me but the ministry to help my husband heal and come back stronger than ever doing the Lords work!!!

So I’m here to remind every woman no matter your age, single or married what the Bible says in Genesis 2:18-20b, that “it’s not good for man to be alone. See Eve completed Adam in a special way. She was made to be a suitable fit for him”. Sis you are made to fit your king too!

You are Anointed to be that man’s HELPMATE. The anointing is a supernatural power for supernatural assignments. I like to call It liquid power of the Holy Spirit designed to remove burdens and destroy yokes! 🔥🔥🔥

You are anointed to pray and cover him

You are anointed to help him heal

You are anointed to help with his calling

You are anointed to tread on his demons

You are anointed to believe in him

You are anointed to support him

You are anointed to deal with his pride

You are anointed to encourage him

You are anointed to SPEAK LIFE into him

(Luke 10:19)

So sis know you can do this! But there’s work for you to do in YOU first! Be on the lookout for a premier woman/wifehood community designed to prepare and to help you become a better woman and helpmate. Listen, preparation is essential for the assignment to HELP your husband-future husband. (It’s not an easy task) Let’s not just walk down the aisle to become a WIFE but prepare to do the work of an anointed helpmate! Thanks for reading. Can I be real. 10 years ago I can’t say that “I MARRIED MY BEST FRIEND”

All I knew is I was marrying a man who pursued me and I was smitten by the pursuit. I married a man who loved The Lord with the same passion and desire that I had for the Lord. I married a man who loved me and my flaws. I married someone I can trust with my heart.

Through the years I’ve learned what LOVE really is and that it’s a PROCESS! It’s a journey. It’s flexible, pliable, doable with God! It’s something that grows over time through many trials and a lot of COMMITMENT to the COVENANT!

BECOMING BEST FRIENDS is the same. It’s not instantaneous, nor does it reach its full depth in just a few months or even after a year. Love is not a destination to be reached, it’s a journey you both ride together through various valleys and many mountain-top experiences. And we’ve had our share of both!

That’s why today I can say, I love my husband more today than the day we said “I do”. Now I can honestly say that he is my very best friend. Vincent Leslie

Point: Not everyone can say I married my best friend or call their spouse their best friend today. If that’s you—Stay the course, don’t give up in hard times. Remain committed to your vows, committed to God and watch your friendship build through years of staying together through it all!

This past weekend I spent one night in Atlanta, drove back to Greenville in a little traffic with some allergy issues….🥺

I get home. Walk in the door. The aroma, cool air, & cleanliness of every room was #spoton. I can tell hubby Vincent Leslie put some effort into setting a specific atmosphere as I walked in the door. Our bed was made (exactly how I make it up), no dishes in the sink(exactly how I like it), I mean our place was “clean clean”!! 🤣

POINT: A GOOD partner shows their appreciation. A GREAT partner shows their appreciation by using your #lovelanguage. 💕
