Jupiter’s Legacy is likely to be a lasting one, given the sheer amount of star power in the Netflix superhero series’ cast. Josh Duhamel (11.22.63), Ben Daniels (The Exorcist), Leslie Bibb (American Housewife) and Matt Lanter (Timeless) are among the actors who’ve joined the upcoming comic-book adaptation, TVLine has learned.
Jupiter’s Legacy is based on the 2013 comic written by Mark Millar and drawn by Frank Quitely. Per the official logline, the series “follows the world’s first generation of superheroes who received their powers in the 1930s. Now, in present day, they are the revered older guard, but their superpowered children struggle to live up to the legendary feats of their parents.”
* Daniels will play Walter Sampson/Brain-Wave, Sheldon’s older brother. A man of vast intellect and cunning who, unlike Sheldon, isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Or bloody.

Kevin Cage of @spotlightsaga reviews... American Housewife (S01E17) Other People's Marriages Airdate: March 14, 2017 @abcnetwork Ratings: 4.897 Million :: 1.39 18-49 Demo Share Score: 7.75/10 ************SPOILERS BELOW********** I'm not sure what this 50/50 relationship split Katie is talking about, mainly because I'm almost certain that simply is not possible... Unless you're a 50/50 type person, which Katie is most definitely not, and honestly I have yet to truly meet one in my lifetime. In pretty much every relationship there's a dynamic where each person is able to draw a line or put their foot down in a certain situation... We all have our battles we pick and choose... But no matter what, one of the two halves holds a Joker's Wild card that trumps everything... Even if that relationship is 51/49. There's just always a dominant one. The writing continues to gain traction and get better with every episode. Behind the main storyline with Viv invading the house, pretending that she had been cut off and was pursuing a divorce, just because she wanted to me around a warm family for a awhile... Sat a B-Storyline to end all B-Storyline's in the world of the single camera sitcom. Greg may be more like a 30/70, but that's with his wife... He still needed to assert dominance over his children, otherwise he's just a straight up mess. Now I gotta give it up for the repeated drawer gag... I don't normally like repeated physical humor but the way it was threaded into the storyline was absolutely hilarious... And when Viv bought the kids an X-Box One, you could literally see the light bulbs go off in Greg's head. Now he had something to let them get attached to, and once they did, he had something to take away that actually meant something... Pretty genius move, Greg! All in all this was a great episode of 'American Housewife' and a rare instance in which the B-Storyline outshines the main one, but played off of it just right to do so. That's just not something you see often! And once everything was said and done at the end of the episode, did anyone else notice that weird 'too close for comfort' kiss that Viv gave Katie?! It's possible we could be getting a wild arc with this two in the near future!? At this point... In Westport, anything is possible.
