So, I had this idea

The Night God: Bringer of Night and Father of the Knaaren people.

He's a bearded vulture, slim and tall with the capacity of surround itself in night magic, gaining that starry night texture. His feathers fall like a cloak to his back, and his sole shriek can make you feel scared to death.

For a long time I rejected the idea of another God creating creatures with Polokus in the Glade, I always saw it as taking the importance of the nymphs and the fact they're daughters of The Muse of Poets, another God.

I rethink a few things and make sense that they're sons of Leptys.

Knaarens look like if a bird and a toad had kids just think abt lemme cook: they're slim tall creatures with a wide chest, bird like legs and sharp claws but also have greish-green skin and toad-like mouth with wide hands and feet.

They have lots of features resembling both Leptys and Polokus.

The scepter of Leptys is just like Voodoo, a link between worlds (HA) but unlike Voodoo, that can bring the conscience of The Muse, the scepter can pull energy from Leptys world's heart.

A Leptys design to go with his sister Pyknus (my oc). He was a lot quicker to draw, partly cause he’s already a canon character with in universe statues as references and partly he’s really just a black bird with a lot of space filters on. I imagine he’s usually black but I wanted to go out on the night sky here

I was gonna give him moons for pupils but I couldn’t get it to work, just pretend he does cool party tricks with that

If I may ask how do you envision Leptys?

There is a lot of speculation between glade scholars and the council, but Kahli the God-blessed tends to tell the tale about the great Leptys:

The father of the knaaren people is said to be the greatest Knaaren warrior that has ever lived. He was not only a formidable immortal fighter, but also well versed in the skills of magic. One of these skills was the ability to shapeshift into giant birds. Eagles, Crows, Ravens, and Owls. The sun never seems to scorch his flesh as it does for the rest of his people. He could traverse outside the ruins whenever he pleased. He was the only Knaaren that studied with the people of Phrys. He has a never quenching thirst for knowledge on the magic of the world.

King Gumsi often speaks of being visited by a great, black eagle in his dreams, Kahli will say this is the presence of Leptys watching over the child king.

Ever since he had been blessed with the power to turn black lums into red ones, Rayman has taken notice of a giant black bird that seems to watch him within his dreams sometimes.

Polokus speaks of Leptys fondly and makes note that he is a very quiet type that always seems to have his nose deep within a book. He takes great delight in listening to Leptys whenever he does feel the desire to converse. Often he'll go on and on about his latest studies and it brings Polokus delight in listening to him speak about his current interests.
