Pfft, lemme say, I did not expect an ask like this, but I love it.

I've shipped them since OG4. (So this isn't from the remake, like you asked, sorry!) I am Old™️ so I played it shortly after it came out. THIS scene is what altered my brain chemistry forever:

This is my favorite scene from the game, hands down. The interaction is just so cute, and the way he grabs her hand. There was no way I could ignore it. Of course, the remake just made it 10x worse bc their chemistry is so much more apparent. I love Capcom for that. My widdle shipping heart sings each time I play it. I honestly can't pick a favorite scene of them in the remake. I've tried. I think the castle sequence stands out bc Ashley is finally gathering her bearings, and she flirts with Leon so much. They really made her so relatable in the remake, too. I fucking adore her.
