Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup water. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 lemon zest and juice. Powdered sugar for dusting. Fresh berries for garnish, optional.
Instructions: Put the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, salt, and sugar in a blender. Mix the batter well until it's smooth and free of lumps. Adding the zest and juice of one lemon to the batter will give it a fresh citrus taste. Put a crepe pan or nonstick skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter. Spread out the batter on the bottom of the pan by swirling a small amount of it around. During the second minute, the crepe should be cooked until the bottom turns golden brown and the edges begin to lift. Turn the crepe over and cook for another one to two minutes, until the other side is golden brown too. Take the crepe out of the pan when it's done, and do it again with the rest of the batter. Mix a lot of sugar and lemon zest together and sprinkle it on all of the crepes once they are all done cooking. First cut the crepes in half, then into fourths. Serve them hot. Zest of 1 lemon. Ice cubes optional. Whipped cream for topping optional. Crushed graham crackers for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into a blender. Prepare the pumpkin puree. You can also add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want a colder smoothie. Mix it up until it's creamy and smooth. If you think the smoothie is too sweet or too spicy, you can add more honey, maple syrup, or spices to make it taste better. To make it taste like real pumpkin pie, pour the smoothie into glasses and top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers. Serve your Pumpkin Pie Smoothie right away and enjoy it!

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and moistened. Fill the pie pan: Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch / 23 cm deep-dish pie pan. Set aside.
