Today is my birthday!! I didn't have the time or energy to do my usual much bigger pieces, and I actually intended on doing a comic for this year... which didn't happen. hehe. anyway.

this year was wonderful. ups and downs as usual, but I'm slowly but surely learning to live life a little bit more every day. I'm growing more confident in my art, my skills, and I'm learning to live better, more independently. It's a rough ride, but... it's necessary.

Thank you to everyone who's around me. Thank you for being there for me here and now. Here's to 27 years passed, and here's to more to come!

Happy new year fellow Lemonpigs.

I hope I can continue to get healthier in 2025, I want to try my best to keep working at the studio I’m at now and I want to become more social. I need more human connection and I will work hard to get it! Or I hope I will anyway.

Best of luck to everyone and have a happy new years. Don’t forget that January and February are the saddest months of the year. It’s not just you. Spring is coming!

I stuffed the small presents in padded medicine boxes because they always shake and feel the prezzies, there is a teeny tiny necklace inside the big brown paper wrapping 😎. I usually decorate a clementine for each but we only had one left so lemonpig will have to do (see teddybless on twitter, she writes very kind helpful advice about depression) and be repurposed later for chicken stuffing or salad or fresh ginger drink. I have hidden her in the living room and stuck the pastel rainbow shoelaces behind everyone’s bedroom door decorations. Still need to put up the led lights (yeah yeah I know! I blinked and we were the 24th! I’m lucky to have shopped in october and not forget where I’d put it.) and we’ll keep it very simple.
