I love this because it's so resonant with 3 am thoughts and those poems we write at the break of dawn which won't leave our head, like we want to stop but no matter how ink stained our hands become we still persevere, we still write for those inadvertent spiders in our head which force us to work the cogs. And yet no matter how much we crave for our brain to stop, we're still falling in love with the very thing we're committing a felony of. It's so beautiful the way you portrayed the way poets fall in love with the one thing that they cannot withstand nor can they fathom to love.
