Decentralize Leadership Having talked to some of the Navy Seals and having a mentor who told me about the intense training the Seals go through, I thought it’d be interesting to learn about their thoughts on leadership. Leadership can be transitioned to so many areas in our lives. Leader of your family. Leader in the classroom. Leader of an organization. Leader of your team. Whatever it may be, after reading this book, there is no doubt that these 4 laws can be applied across the board. Always work as a team, don’t make things complex, learn what takes priority, and use your power to share it and build others instead.
