A Few Popular Hiking Destinations in Pennsylvania

The United States National Park Service reports additional benefits, including enhanced muscle and bone strength, a lower chance of respiratory complications, and decreased anxiety. Yeah, the unpredictability of the human mental state can definitely make things tricky. Not to sound like a broken record, but if things are too loud maybe finding a spot that's a bit off the beaten path could help with that. Which I have plenty of, like a nice spot over by the Lehigh Gorge State Park if you want something with a bit more variety. The trails there are great if you’re looking for a good hike, and there's plenty of space for Max to run around. Plus, the views are pretty spectacular this time of year. You end up going last weekend?

I just wish it was predictable, honestly -- it'd be a lot easier to plan this kind of thing if I knew in advance how loudly my brain was gonna be buzzing on any given day. That sounds awesome though, especially the creek nearby -- I'm not sure Max would quite know what to do with himself, but he'd have a ball, ha. I'm always open to suggestions, for future trips as well as this one; I want to start getting out more regularly as the weather cools off a little.
