hi everyone i just watched cogenitor and i am pissed
#star trek#ent#cogenitor#what shit 'moral'(if you can call it that/neg) this episode has#legit how do ppl see this as a good epiosde#like how?!?!?#the cogentiors are basically slaves all but in name#and this tries to make excuses for that just becuase their not human#setting adside the fact that archer has interferred with alien cultures multiple times#how fucking dare he(or actually how dare the writers)#try and make trip at fault for helping charles out#like 'someone died who wouldntve had we not made first contact'#no dumbass#if you had granted charles alsymu they would'n've died#GOD#this episode was not thought out#and honestly archer is OOC in this tbh#he's inteferred in mutlipe cultrure before#and helped ppl who didnt want to be helped until he came along#but it looks like the writiers forgot this#nothing suprsining there#and this episode is also a perfect example of how ENT's persistance to do the#TOS formant in terms character development and such hurt it tremendously#like think how differently this episode might have gone had hoshi or travis(ESP TRAVIS) had got to give their opinions#god i am so heated rn#this is gonna be filled with typos but idc#i just need to vent/vomit all of this out
