For any of your OCs you want to explore! What do they think about how Leon became Chosen in Legendsverse if they are in the know?

At some point everyone ends up knowing about Leon being a Chosen, but the first ones are obviously Naomi and Carol. They're still new to the whole thing, and are not entirely sure how things work, so once they learn Leon was Chosen by Eternatus of all things they're like " Okay????? Cool?????? Are you okay?????????????".

......Alexis and Elliot on the other hand. Are confused as fuck. They weren't entirely aware that Eternatus could choose??? Especially from what they learned about it, they assumed it was a deoxys situation ( Deoxys can't Choose btw) but apparently not????? And they're just. So worried for Leon's health, like the guy got possessed, they can't imagine being Chosen by eternatus is going well. Elliot makes sure to text Jude about it and ooooooh boy. Poor Jude. Yet another new Chosen to look after. But it's Leon, someone they kinda met before, so it should be fine? They're just. Very concerned about Eternatus. Cause what the actual fuck. A chosen is only unchosen when the legendary unChooses them and from the looks of it, Eternatus is very attached to Leon so. Leon kinda became the number one concern for a while.

Introduction Post

Naomi: Um. Hello! I'm Naomi! Current champion of Galar and uh....Carol are you sure we have to mention this part?

Carol: Things will make a lot more sense if we do. Also no need to be so formal Nomi.

Naomi: It's an introduction post!!!! A-anyway, um, I'm the current champion of Galar and uh...Chosen of Zacian.

Carol: And I'm Carol! Chosen of Calyrex! Not a champion or anything fancy like Naomi though.

Naomi: Being champion isn't fancy....

Carol: It is and you love it. Anywho~ We made this for funsies~. And totally with the permission of Jude, yep.

Carol: There's a bunch of us here, actually. Chosens I mean. We live here in this magic house thing together!

Naomi: But we still have our own separate homes of course! This is more like a....getaway house, I suppose.

Carol: It's the only place I can throw ice shards and things.

Naomi: ....Please don't. A-anyway, we made this for fun, so I hope we can all get along well!

[Hello hello! This is the reboot/reset of the blog the-house-of-legends! Right now it's only run by Naomi and Carol, but overtime, more of my ocs will make an appearance! The premise is that this is an au of my au, the Legendverse, where everything is the same except that the Chosens live together in one roof. And Nothing Bad Ever Happens Ever....maybe. We'll see. There's a lot of ocs I have like I mentioned that would be in and out of this blog, with Naomi and Carol being the main constant.

Speaking of which some quick info on them. Naomi ( she/her) is 15, and recently crowned champion of Galar. Carol( they/them) is 16, and is kinda just vibing right now. I'll add more information on other characters that make an appearance here( if there's space anyway. Again, there's a lot). All in all, I hope this'll be a fun experience!!!!]

So. I had an idea on the train. An au of an au. My au. For context, I have another blog ( not the main one) that follows an au I made called : The Legendverse. I won't go super into detail about it here, but what you need to know that that au is made up of multiple ocs. One of those ocs is Sakura Ume and Kiran Plum. Sakura is my main protagonist of PLA and Kiran is a secondary protagonist of platinum/ PLA ( he gets Isekaied. Not through death and he gets back to his own time). Sakura is Kiran's ancestor, despite looking nothing alike. So why do I bring this up. Well....

Sakura is a being directly created by Arceus itself. I like to call her Arceus' Angel. To keep a long story short, Sakura was created with the purpose of bridging the gap between people and pokemon, but Volo and Giratina's interference caused her to be "incomplete" and fall down to Hisui. This also meant whatever powers and knowledge she would have had, isn't there. Or at least locked away. She eventually learns of her purpose and gains her powers ( she's not entirely thrilled by that), gets together with Adaman ( she's an adult by PLA. Around the same age as Adaman), and have kids leading down a generation to a generation that leads to Kiran. Kiran also has powers, but are absolutely miniscule to Sakura's, due to the lineage. Basically, Sakura and Kiran have a piece of Arceus in them.

I mention all of this to propose an au of an au. Instead of Imani being from the more main series pokemon games without Aevium, what if she was from my au, the Legendverse? What if she was one of Sakura's descendants? What if she already has a piece of Arceus' soul within her, hence why she was chosen to be the next Interceptor. An au of au of an au. As in this in an au of the main canon of rejuvenation and what we know so far with Imani ( so literally everything you've seen posted about her this far). What does this au change? Other than Imani's lineage? Nothing much. Maybe some new powers, but nothing changes much.

And yeah. That's my idea.

Okay now for some smaller ideas that aren't fully concrete. Like...these are just things i would want to muse over in the future

Thanks to the leaks, we have more insight on Cyrus' character. Regardless if they're fake or not, I think Cyrus can really parallel Danica. Johanna probably isn't as bad as Cyrus' parents, but she definitely wants her daughter to go into the contest life and has been nudging Danica to do so...and failing. The key difference between the two is that Danica had honestly enjoys being around others, even if she's quiet and "creepy". She wants to build that connection with others, hence why Barry of all people is her bff.

Something to note about Jin, Amber and Wally. Jin and Amber are the kids of relatively famous men, and thus, have these expectations placed on them, that they're going to be something amazing. Jin is probably not that affected by it at first: they're literally just in it to beat Norman, but I think that constant reminder annoys them. Why does everything have to trace back to Norman, huh? What about them? If they weren't Norman's kid, people wouldn't be praising them, hm? Right. Amber, on the other hand, would probably feel this a bit more, now that I think about it. She's always wanting to impress her dad, always wants to follow in his footsteps...so the pressure of being the regional professor's daughter probably weighs on her a lot. Meanwhile, Wally never had those expectations. No one expected Wally to be of anything. Even by his family, who are happy for him! I think that's interesting and something I should keep in mind in the future.

Something something, Alexis locks himself in the dream world ala Mabel weirdmageddon. Something something not wanting to face reality from the trauma he has faced. I don't know this is still and idea lol.

Oh some character things that...well i probably did mention, but here's the ideas in one place:

Luca is probably gonna lie to Kieran- I felt it would be more interesting for his character and his future dynamic with Kieran during ID. I still like to think regardless, things would have ended up Bad, so this is more of me understanding/ examining Luca better now.

More Luca: I've realized that Indigo Disk is pretty bad for Luca's mental health. Like I always knew, but I've been thinking about it a lot, and it's. Probably worse than I thought. A lot of anxiety, a lot of guilt ( hence the above), a lot of pushing when he really shouldn't- he ain't doing so hot. R.B is there to try and keep him from spiraling, but there's only so much she can do.

As I mentioned before, I've been thinking that of having Jude be part of the International Police, and the reason they're in Kalos is for a mission requested by Diantha. I've been liking this idea more and more, and it adds a bit of a spy/mystery element to the plot, with Jude trying to figure out everything about Team Flare while not having their cover blown.

Eva has recently been getting some love! I've felt like she doesn't have much in terms of being a protagonist, so as I mentioned in an earlier post, I kinda crank up that "girliness" of her character, and have it be kinda complicated. I already explained it, so the gist is that Eva has felt that she can't be her true self, as people in her life has wanted her to be one thing or the other, and her journey is realizing that she doesn't have to follow those notions about her, and simply be honest with who she is, and she'll be happier for it.

This isn't a lot, and these ideas aren't fully fleshed out yet! But I'm feel better about these chararcters than I did before I think. All of this is bc I've been thinking more deeply about Jin and Amber while replaying their games. So this project 100% has merit! Turns out taking a step back and do things one step at a time, does help, haha.

Alexis - Honestly???? I don't think he's the type to really grow out his hair by that much. He either keeps it short or has it about his neck( when doing locs or braids). Mini afros, buzz cuts, simple locs/braids- I think he's more interested in that than anything more elaborate or colorful. Elliot probably calls him boring for it lmao, but he's chilling.....also I haven't thought about Alexis with cornrows until right now but I think he would like them. Also!!!! Hats n durags are his best friend I think. Doesn't always wear them but he they're usually his go to accessories.

Elliot - Used to just keep her hair in a ponytail before realizing "oh. I can do whatever I want forever". Her hair is pretty long, I would say it goes down to her mid back when braided. Ponytails are her go to, but she likes to experiment - afro mohawks, bantu knots, etc etc. She also likes dying bits of her hair. In generally, she likes things that are Loud and Bold - hence why she calls her brother boring lmao.

Eva - Eva's hair journey is like. All over the place. She's a fashionista so it honestly depends on what she's in the mood for. She can straighten out her hair,make it wavy, or decide to keep things natural with afro puffs and the like. Wigs are also something she likes to wear! Basically Eva honestly goes with whatever she feels like, and she makes it work!

Wayne - I've always seen Wayne as a pure afro guy. Though honestly that's probably bc he didn't really know anything else? I don't think he really gotten the chance to experiment with his hair in team plasma cause. Ya know. But after that, being with Clay and merging Eva, I think he tries to do his hair more. Still an afro guy, but I can see him liking twists of short jumbo braids. In general, Wayne learns to take care of his hair more bc oof it was rough out there before.

Dante - I feel like there's a lot of complexities of Dante and his hair from a social standpoint and the fact that he is mixed, but I don't think I'm smart enough to really explain so basically: I can see Dante actually straightening/ perming his hair when he was younger( even in the events of xy- a kinda nod to the games not having any poc hair styles lol). If not that, then he would simply put it in more simple braids. Shauna, I feel, really helped him understand his hair when they met. As he gets older, though, his understanding of his hair and desire to make it look good naturally grew, resulting in his preferred style of long braids with ringlets!

Ray - Honestly he keeps it simple. Would either keep it flat or do cornrows. I can see him as an adult just growing out his hair and loc-ing it.

Naomi - Again generally keeps it simple- though the way she does her hair kiiiiiinda has a cottage core vibe? Sorry if that's not super descriptive I'm losing steam lol. I might change this, but she likes having her hair kinda pulled back, with a low afro puff.

Luca - Loooooves beads and other hair accessories that are colorful and loud. Kitakami was the first time he ever wore Bantu Knots and he adores it- though he generally has his hair short or in a half up half down style ( with his locs)

R.B - usually wears locs and braids, particularly loves dying her hair and trying a style she always wanted. Currently, though, she's sporting an afro that's dyed on the bottom tips just slightly.

Giving mini descriptions for my protag ocs lol.

Jin - Once an angsty pre-teen now a calm and collected adult, Jin is one of the first, if not the first, Chosens of the modern era. Despite carrying themself with a calming air, their snarky side still persists to this day, and if you push the right buttons, you'll realize their anger from their youth never truly went away. They are the Chosen of Rayquaza

Amber/Kohaku - The ever cheerful and reliable daughter of Professor Birch! She's a lover of all things nature and pokemon, and loves nothing more than to go out for some field research- even if she's a tad clumsy. It's rumored that she's strong enough to beat Jin and become champion, but when asked, she simply laughs and waves it off, her true passion being research. Amber is the Chosen of Groudon.

Kenji - The second coming hero, Kenji has and always will be an energetic, excitable young man. As lovable as he is reckless, Kenji often drives himself into becoming a hero for all- even if it means at the expense of his own well being. Still, his smile is as golden as the sun, being able to ease- or worry- the hearts of many. Kenji is the Chosen of Ho-Oh

Aiko - The spunky daughter of Professor Elm. She's constantly trying to figure out who she is, and having fun doing so! She had trained under the Kimono girls and gym leader Chuck, so she is just highly skilled in pokemon battling and martial arts! Don't underestimate her, or she'll knock you before you can even blink! Aiko is the Chosen of Lugia.

Beryl - Jokingly called the babysitter of Kenji and Aiko, Beryl was once a professors assistant, now a professor of their own, as well as head of the pokemon rehabilitation center that took the place of the old safari zone. She probably the most level headed of all of them, which is very much needed for the Insanity their friends can cause. Beryl is the Chosen of Suicune.

Danica - The quiet and often called "creepy" girl from Twinleaf Town. Despite her loneliness, she has a passion for battling, and aims to get stronger and stronger. Though this does result in her becoming a tad bored battling people who aren't Barry or the league. She does enjoy scaring the shit out of people though. Danica is the Chosen of Giratina( aka, Friend)

Kiran - The quiet, up tight but also surprisingly lazy assistant to Professor Rowan. Despite not being as interested in battling as his friends are, his knowledge is bountiful, though he can be a bit of a smartass, so humble him if you like. If you need Kiran to do literally anything for you, bribe them with food, coffee, or both. And an extended period of nap time. Recent events have made them a bit more proactive than usual, though. Kiran is not a Chosen.

Alexis - An anxious and depressed man that follows his ideals. Even if said ideals are hanging by a thread. Alexis is an unfortunate nuzlocke protagonist, and thus he has experienced things no trainer would ever want to. Because of this he has grown reclusive, no longer finding the motivation to battle, and overall slowly withering away his old relationships. All he needs is a good wake up call to get back his spark. Alexis is the Chosen of Reshiram.

Elliot - Alexis' loud and rambunctious twin sister,a girl who follows her truth. While she isn't a nuzlocke protagonist like her brother, she was affected by it all the same, seeing her brother lose hope and whither away into a husk of himself. She wants to help, but is afraid of ruining everything. Despite her usual can do and reckless attitude the whole ordeal has made her inner fire dwindle a little. Elliot is the Chosen of Reshiram.

Eva - A preppy and sporty girl from Aspertia City, with a knack for technology to boot! She always wants to see the best in people, though that blind trust has bitten her in the back. While she isn't jaded, and still lends a hand out to those who she feels need it, she's a bit more hesitant now. What's more, despite her sunny attitude, she comes out of her journey with a complex relationship with the cold. Eva is the Chosen of Kyurem.

Wayne - A child within the old Team Plasma, taken in by Clay, Wayne was always a shy but warm kid. Despite his desire to not associate with his past, it always has a way of coming up to him, dragging him to confront his own fears, and reevaluate his true ideals. Despite his fear, he grows more sure of himself as his journey ends, and is eager to experience the world he missed out on. Wayne is the Chosen of Keldeo.

Jude - A child of past pains, determined to keep people out of their heart. Aura and all. Jude is and was a bit of an ass, but despite that, they grew to be more kind, and realize the meaning of life in death. Jude is another unfortunate nuzlocke protagonist. Still, despite it all, they finished out on top. Still an ass, but also a leader, someone who wants to make good change. Just don't question them on their wine consumption. Jude is the Chosen of Yveltal.

Dante - A child with two veteran parents, he wanted nothing more than to make them proud, but also wanted to move out of their shadow.

Amsonia - Once an abused child, moving to Alola with her mom to heal, Amsonia is rather closed off, never fully trusting. But once she trusts you, know that they are fiercely loyal and protective. Despite their quietness- she's selectively mute- they are known to choose violence if something or someone annoys her too much. She has kicked many kneecaps. Ames is Chosen by Lunala.

Ray - A faller, thrown from the destructive of his home universe to Amsonia's, Ray is an odd child. He carries his loss and trauma with a coolness that's concerning to others, and tends to have a very go-with-the-flow attitude about everything. Still, he is a child of loss, so beneath that warmth is someone mourning. Ray is the Chosen of Solgaleo.

Naomi - Once a girl who was terribly shy with very little self confidence, being pushed into the gym challenge pushed her out of her comfort zone and fast. Having to find out the mystery behind her foggy memories, missing faces of her past, as well as Galar's, Naomi finds herself growing more and more confident by the day. Still, she's forever a sweetheart, and just needs a little push to be the person she knows she can be. Naomi is the Chosen of Zacian.

Carol - The bastard child of Chairman Rose, Carol's journey was a quest for revenge. Somehow. In doing so, they got themselves into lots of media trouble, as well as a nearly broken friendship with Hop and Naomi. They don't think highly of themself, despite their swagger, and only when realizing they are in fact valued, is when they truly start to grow and learn. Carol is the Chosen of Calyrex.

Now! Uh. The SV protags are pretty much complete, but how things go down is still to be decided. So...

Luca - An adventurous but traumatized boy who is written by the guilt that was thrown into him by his father. Because of this, Luca is always wanting to prove that he isn't a burden to others, even if it's at the expense of himself. He means well most times, and is very good at making friends, but he struggles with not overthinking some things and taking no as an answer. Luca is possibly the Chosen of Terapogos.

R.B - Also known as "The Calamity". She has been expelled from previous schools before heading to Naranja-Uva, and her only goal was to lay low and get it over with. Unfortunately for her, she caught Luca's eye, and thus the journey of healing and friendship began. It's not so bad though. Is often the one having to ground Luca, while in turn being reminded she is not what people thought she was. R.B, as of right now, is not a Chosen.

Ocs and skirts/dress

Jin: I honestly have not really thought about Jin wearing a skirt often. Not saying that they don't but I don't know how they would feel about it.

Amber: Doesn't wear them often unless for a fancy event. Other than that, she's prefers pants, shorts and the like. Better for work anyway.

Kenji: At the moment, I think he's okay with stuff that looks like a skirt, or wearing a skirt with pants underneath. But a skirt-skirt? Eeeeeh, I don't think he's comfortable with those. I might change my mind tho, all of these are in the moment gut instincts.

Aiko: Was honestly always a tomboy , wore overalls 95% of the time. She has worn skirts before, both when she was younger and like. Rarely as an adult. She doesn't mind them but prefers something she can do acrobatics in ( she says as she does flips and shit in overalls).

Beryl: Similar to Jin, I've always seen them in pants/leggings, but never a skirt, but I don't know how she feels about them.

Danica: More often than not, is wearing a skirt or a dress. Probably not the most practical for Sinnoh 's climate but she likes looking cute. This isn't to say she hasn't worn pants ever lmao, she just generally prefers skirts and dresses.

Kiran: I don't think he cares lmao. As long as it's comfy and he can sleep in it, then he's good. I usually see him pants though. Tbh, I can see Kiran as a " wear the same outfit for several days" type of guy.

Alexis: Wears skirts as often as he wears pants. The way I see his "main" outfit is him literally wearing a long skirt. So yeah, he wears skirts and dresses often, it's part of his everyday wardrobe. With fancy events he tends to play safe and wear a suit, but he's slowly getting past that anxiety.

Elliot: Never minded skirts, but always preferred pants. Similarly, her usual go to for fancy events are suits, unless she sees a dress she know she'll rock.

Eva: Very similar to Alexis, skirts and pants are pretty equal to her. In recent years I would say she's gotten really attached to jumpsuits - though that's probably bc she works in them lmao.

Wayne: Honestly? I'm not fully sure. But I think Lacey being his little sister has subjected him to lots of dress up, which ironically made him more used to dresses and skirts as a whole. I think he would like sport skirts best, since he still wants to move around and exercise in them.

Jude - literally wears them whatever, whenever. So. Yeah they are comfortable with skirts and dresses.

Dante: So I never really thought about Dante wearing skirts and dresses until recently. And unlike Jin and Beryl, I kinda have a feel about how he feels about them. Like me, he never really thought about it, at least when it came to himself. But post xy m, Dante is thinking about a lot of things and how his own view of the world is slightly....limited? So the thought of if he would enjoy wearing a skirt has crossed his mind occasionally. I think he would enjoy them, though there might be a lot of insecurity and questioning that he has to go through in order to truly feel comfortable.

Ames: Not fully sure tbh. I know she often wears shorts and pants though. At fancy/ cultural events? Maybe yeah.

Ray: Similar to Ames.

Naomi: LOVES skirts and dresses. Especially "fancy" ones. If she could wear a fancy dress everyday she would.

Carol: Likes skirts! Not as much as Naomi but they like them enough. Would actually mix n mash a skirt and tux for fancy events ( think luz from owl house)

Luca: Likes skirts and dresses!!! Would wear them as often as pants n shorts.

R.B: Was kinda forced to present more masculine for a good chunk of her life. She doesn't exactly hate it ( she finds it mostly comfortable) but wearing skirts and dresses really ups the euphoria. Overall, now that she's in a safe environment she feels safe enough to express herself ( she doesn't exact hate the school uniforms btw, but she does wish there was the option for skirts. )

....from how Kyurem is described to me on Bulbapedia, it's ice is kinda meant to preserve and lock. Preserve in the sense that it's ice is keeping itself stable. Lock in the sense that it's powers are being kept at bay by the cold. Ice is both benefiting and hindering Kyurem in a way and I think that's really interesting.

Eva is the Chosen of Kyurem and while I have constantly gone back and forth on that, I want to try and distinguish her powers, like all of the other Chosens I've done recently. Reading those dex entries kinda helped me with that. Kyurem's- and Eva's- ice( or ice energy according to the pokedex) is meant to preserve and lock. I even somewhat hesitate to call it ice- it's more so cold air being used and manipulated. At least that's the vibe I get. But honestly, it's still ice so. Yeah.

Outside of that I can't exactly think of other ways that Eva's powers work? Ice manipulation is honestly the bare bones of it and it really hinges on how creative Eva can get - and trust me the girl can get creative. She's an engineer, she's going to try and find as many ways as possible to utilize her ice. Her ice isn't exactly never melt ice ( which cannot be melted at all), but it can last long. She can also shape it to her will, repurpose it in ways that would be beneficial to her. Heck she can even transfer some of that ice energy into her tech. A ray gun that's effectively a man made ice beam. Now THAT'S something.

All of this makes me think of Carol again. They're the Chosen of Calyrex and have small perks of its steeds, one of which is an ice type. I'm going to have to revisit that. Honestly Carol's powers entirely hmmm.

N used to be a former Chosen, hence why he's not in this list. I think that's everyone? I'm amused by how little the rivals have a presence in the Chosen stuff lol. Though, I don't want more work cut out for me, so maybe it ain't all bad. Luca is. Very much an anomaly. Unsure if he is Chosen, and even more unsure of his powers.

Volo, Irida, and Adaman are all.....well. I know Irida and Adaman are Chosens, but didn't exactly gain what modern Chosens have. Volo might have been a Chosen, but it could also just have been a contract. Unsure atm.

Hmmm.

So, Jin is johtonian. They moved from Johto to Hoenn with their family. A while back I thought of this idea of Jin taking a break from Hoenn all together after an outburst that soured their relationship with Amber n Wally.

I think it would be cool if Jin got a pokemon or two from the place. I'm torn between Typhlosion ( Jin was supposed to get their starter at age 10 but then their dad got a job in Hoenn and a shit ton of interference and bleh) and Houndoom ( I dunno it's a cool fire type). I think Houndoom only bc none of my own ocs have it, and it kinda fits Jin's angsty era pretty well. SV made me like the pokemon a lot more than I did before.

Maybe Jin catches more, but the one fire type is important ( as in I am replacing the Ninetales they had before lol)

Also if you're wondering,I'm thinking that Jin stays with some family in Johto. Not entirely sure if on their mom or dad's side though.

One of the ocs that I always feel is just isn't right lmao. When recreating her again, I just gave her brown eyes, instead of her usual black.....mostly bc the picrew's black eyes are soulless, and Aiko is anything but. It does look good on her, I will admit.

I'm not sure if I ever mentioned this outright but I've always seen Aiko more masc/androgynous when she's older. And I think that was what I was insecure about, given how she's based off Lyra and most fanarts and interpretations of Lyra aren't usually that. Which is fine! The problem was me trying to make Aiko more Lyra than she was Aiko. I still think she dresses more feminine time to time. This picrew kinda helped me visualize her better, heh. Especially her hair, god, I really like how this picrew shows it, it fits her waaaay better.

Her overalls are still part of her main design! I just wanted to experiment more, which really helped!

Fun dynamic between ocs that I should do more often.

Jin - Jude: I think early on, I thought it would be interesting if Jin and Jude had this mentor, mentee relationship, given how Jin had went through a period of their life just being angry with the world and has zenned out since then ( still angry, but expresses it more healthily. Kinda). Not sure if/ how this can play out now with the timeline change but I think it would be cute if Jin is the one often looking out for Jude's mental health as he( Jude) become this guide for the Chosens. Of course, there's others that help Jude out, but of the older group, I think Jin is the one that Gets It. Even if Jin themselves isn't exactly the leader (?), they still look out for the younger Chosens, and Jude is no expectation.

Ames - Naomi: Being the same age really helps them get along I think. I think their friendship is awkward at first ( Naomi being shy, Ames not being easily trusting of strangers), but they are able to lean on each other as time goes on. Again, I think being the same age helps here. Also I think they remind each other of their respective crushes and that's very cute lol. Naomi is still non-confrontational unless she really feels like she has to. Ames, however, is always choosing violence and has to be held by the neck.

Naomi: ( sighs ) I know I should ignore them, but these die hard Leon fans can get so annoying.

Ames: We could kill them.

Naomi: Wha- NO!

Ames: I was joking......Mostly.

Naomi: AMSONIA!

Kenji - Alexis: Fun fact I actually shipped these two waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the very early days of the Legendverse. Before it was called the Legendverse. Anyway it's Ray of sunshine + the storm cloud friendship that I like. I think at first Kenji was genuinely too much for Alexis when they met( when or how, not entirely sure), but I think they strike a good balance of energetic adventurer and anxious ( and depressed) traveler.

Alexis - Eva: Similar to above though they both get to trauma bond over Ghetsis. Recently I've actually been in favor of Alexis not really using his prosthetic arm as religiously as I originally saw it, but I do want to keep the fact that Eva helps with repairs/ upgrades ( with a doctor's approval of course). And given how Eva is Alexis' sister's girlfriend and future wife, I think it's necessary for them to hang out. Part of which involves Eva dragging Alexis out of his house for shopping. He WILL go shopping with her, there is no escaping it. She likes to tease him about being grumpy lol ( everyone does really hgvhvgvgvcg)

Danica - Kenji - Jin: in the early days of the Legendverse, I called this trio "the parent and their kids". Nowadays I'm a bit more averse to call Jin " the parent". But I still think these three have an insanely close bond with each other. Who's the responsible one often lands on ego has the braincell that day. All three of them are capable of some level of chaos lol. More often than not it is Jin ( being the oldest, and the fact that Amber will kick their ass if they aren't being somewhat responsible here-), but please note that Jin can be petty and competitive and will do dumb shit bc of it. I think these three are very used to Danica's Habits ( appearing next to them out of nowhere, void vomit, generally creepy shit) so they don't really blink an eye about it.

Amber - Kiran - Beryl: The Professors™. They all have different levels of how they operate which is fun. Amber is much much more outdoorsy and prefers field research above anything. Not to mention a more potent battler compared to the other two. Beryl is in the middle of the road, liking field research but also enjoying being in the lab. Kiran is still amazed that he even survived his journey through Sinnoh, they much prefer being indoors with a comfy bed( this still rings true post PLA btw hgbgjnnmbcc). I think the three have interesting conversations, being up and coming pokemon professors - it is amazing how passionate Amber and Kiran can be sometimes. Sometimes, sometimes, Beryl instigates some heated discussions between the two. For funsies.

And that's all for now. When writing this I realized some ocs I haven't really thought about interacting with some others. For example I've only really thought of Dante within the context of Jude and their friend group. How the other Chosens think of him could be something interesting. I think he would be particularly close with Wayne, though. I think they would have a few things in common.

The timeline might get an update but I gotta say. There's something very funny about Jude, Kenji and Alexis being the same age.

Jude (27) - stressed leader (?) and strategist for the Chosens, desperately needs a vacation

Kenji (27) - hero complex resulted in getting mind controlled by a group that wants to hunt legendaries. Fun.

Alexis (27) - used to be super depressed and self loathing but is now on his meds and taking therapy + a service Pokemon and is genuinely feeling better and is just vibing. The most stress he has is his date life, and he's at a point where he's just happy how he is.

OH YEAH AND EVA WENT TO COLLEGE.

Not that got me thinking of my other ocs. I know that Carol ends up going to school and later college. Naomi gets a private tutor. A read one moonlilie fic and I have decided that Ames and Ray still have to go to trainer school after everything which deeply pisses Ames off. "I risked my life saving this region twice and I STILL have to go to school?! Bullshit" " Amsonia, language".

I think I have mentioned Alexis going back to school too? No entirely sure about college though. Hmmm.

Everyone else I'm not suuuuper sure. I feel like having some basic education is important as champions, but beyond that? Not sure.

Oh wait the professor ocs. Yeah they resume school and get their degrees. Do you need a degree for being an official professor? Whatever. Kiran has some few, uh, dumbs in the way but he eventually gets his degree.

Okay not I can say I'm not sure about everyone else beyond a basic level of learning.
