From mid January til now, I finally got my custom #nodrft replacement "Bamboo" deck, replacement truck, and fixed or replaced(idk) remote... Twas very frustrating trying to get updates and answers, the stuff must of came from China... If these guys can just have better customer relations and services, they would be that much better in the new market of #eboards • I'm glad I got my stuff and didn't get ripped off since that's how I was feeling. While waiting, I went ahead and bought another remote off eBay just to get back to riding since they were not answering emails or calls.... @lectriclongboards, please take this negative review as a lesson to learn from if you guys want to thrive in the business of selling consumer products.
