You’ve never been a criminal, but even if you could pass it, you’re looking at $1300 to move in, after paying the deposit & first month’s rent.

Time’s up ....

Landlord shows up at 7am with the police & changed your locks.

So, now you’re living in your car with your 7 year old son & everything you need to get by.

You tried to get a storage unit, but you don’t have a billing address so they won’t sell one to you. So you could only take what would fit in your backseat.

You pay to shower at local truck stops & eat whatever can be cooked in a gas station microwave.Someone sees you & your son living like this & calls C.P.S; guess what happens next ? ? ?

They remove your child from your care.

As if this isn’t devastating enough, you lose your job too. (Because “an employee losing their child reflects poorly on this company .”)

So now, you apply for an apartment with the region where the waiting list is 3-7 years.

Then you go into Wal-Mart to put in an application.

When you get back to your car you see that your back window has been smashed & someone helped themselves to your belongings. Remember that it is December & really cold. Now you have damage to your only shelter.

You call your car insurance, who says your deductible is $1,000.00

~ AND ~ they’re going to increase your monthly rate since you’re now

“ high risk .”

You call the homeless shelter as a last resort & all their beds are full.

I’ll stop here .....

Because I think you get the point .

The people we work with everyday are these people .

WE ARE THESE PEOPLE .

We are all so close to homelessness & don’t even realize it .

All it takes is :

* one unexpected bill📃~

* one fender bender🚙💥🚗~

* one lay-off 📊~

* one house fire 🏠🔥 , etc.

Instead of talking trash about people who are poor , homeless , or need assistance , why don’t you try being grateful that you’re not in their shoes ...... YET !

My Legal Battle with my Family and their Co-horts / Co-conspirators (146):

Now, I would like to show everyone how my family intentionally preys on my medical condition (epilepsy) to intentionally elicit seizures with the intent to cause me severe physical and mental harm and trauma and their intent to kill me / bring about my death.  This of course I will support with evidence.  Evidence that shows on multiple occasions how they “expected” me to have more seizures when I had never had a problem with seizures before the last three (3) years and how this also evidences and is evidenced by their attempt to prevent financial loss on their part or from having to pay their financial obligations (financial agreements made to me and other agreements made to me) and to prevent me from being able to recover damages (in a court of law) they have caused me, to prevent me from suing them, and to prevent me from prosecuting them for their multitude of crimes.

The three (3) attached images are of a three (3) page email exchange I had with my mother, Gloria Sumter, on October 28th, 2021.

The first email (which is at the bottom) is from my mother, Gloria Sumter, to me, Craig Sumter, on October 28th, 2021 at 2:47 p.m.

She states in the email:

"Arborgates called at 10 this morning. Said you maybe had a seizure & [were] trying to get into office ( said this happened before & you [had] a knife & scissors). They were freaked out and called cops, and maybe Grady?? So. What happened? Seems like every time I send you money you have a seizure (suspicious). Let me here from you."

The second email (which begins on the first image about one-fourth of the way down and continues / finishes on the second image) is from me, Craig Sumter, to my mother, Gloria Sumter, on October 28th, 2021 at 4:07 p.m.

I state in the email:

"I didn't have a knife or scissors. I walked down to the office and knocked on the door and spoke to two employees through the window/door. The only thing I had other than the clothes I was wearing were my keys. They call the police as protocol due to concern for a possible medical issue or need. Every time I have had a seizure of which they were aware (or any other time and place in my life), the police were often called. Police usually arrive first (Police or Fire Department) and then an ambulance if warranted. No Grady didn't come out. I told the two residents and the AG [Arbor Gates] employees I was okay and I was going back to my apartment. I continued to calm down and took a shower. I spoke with the apartment manager a few hours ago, he didn't mention contacting you or that anyone in the office had. The only reason you were called the one time was because they were unaware of which of the two phone numbers in the lease paperwork was mine. Leroy, the apartment manager is very kind and he checks on me and tells me all the time to call him anytime on his cell phone. And even if he is not working, he reaches out to see how i'm doing. I am going to have to check with the leasing office/management why they thought i had scissors and/or a knife. Also why they are contacting you in Mississippi and discussing my private, personal medical complications. That is actually not legal, it would only if I had filled out paperwork denoting you as my emergency contact, which I didn't. I actually listed my friend Chase as my emergency contact. I don't know how sending money would correlate to me having a seizure. Now I have had several seizures in the last 18 months, I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 seizures that correlated to you spontaneously decided to not send money which you had already and priorly agreed to send thereby leaving me in a bind, causing me economic harm, missed and late payments, overdraft fees, significant damage to my credit, unable to pay my health insurance premium, a whole slew of aggregate repairs and maintenance needed to be performed on my car (to the point that it is really a roll of the dice if it will: (1) start if needed; (2) not spontaneously die/catch fire/lose power on the highway and cause a possible accident; (3) the tires, worn so thing, fail/blow out and either leave me stranded or cause and accident; (4) safely brake/slow down/stop as it has been in need of new brakes now for as long as I've had it. I even talked to dad about it not long [after] I got it from you, because they had started making a grinding noise (which is what disc brakes do because as the pads wear down, a metal spike begins to rub and scratch the disc(s) thereby letting you know. However if not replaced, this can actually ruin the discs by warping them and then even with new brake pads they will not be effective as providing consistent friction to slow the vehicle. When I asked dad when the last time he had had the brakes changed, he said he has never put new brakes on your this Sonata the entire time you owned it. And it is now at 96,000 miles. Speaking of this Sonata, I read the brochure you sent me regarding the "software upgrade." The software upgrade only functions to let you know the engine is about to fail/seize up/catch fire/die by warning light on the dashboard, the the software automatically takes control of the engine reducing its available power/output to an insignificant bare minimum level of operation (if it actually will still operate), just long enough to hopefully allow you to coast off the highway and prevent [an] accident and hopefully allow the vehicle owner to pull into a service station or something. It is not a fix or a repair or preventative measure to the engine failing, only to give slight warning. As you've had this brochure, not sure for however long, you obviously knew about the engine failures and recall associated with the 2011/2012 Sonatas. In addition to this for nearly 2 years now, ever since I got this Sonata, the front right tire has had a leak,

which I took to the tire place literally the day after you and dad left Atlanta in 2019, the removed a screw from the tire, patched it but it was in a place that he said it would most likely not work as a fix, and he was right. When I told you, you told me I could just continue to air up the tire every week at the gas station at $2.00 a pop. The other major issue is that the transmission sensor is in need of replacement, which I told you about 18 months ago and you told me we would get it fixed at sometime in the future. I even called the Hyundai dealership back then and he explained what it was and the cost/etc. The other major issue with which also is not ignorable is its missing the front bumper. And I was just notiified of my registration renewal which needs to be done in about 6 weeks. Well, for one, the car will not pass inspection without a bumper. Cars are required to have bumpers and be able to withstand an impact of something around 30 mph (not sure about the speed). I literally could get pulled over and ticketed anytime if I were to drive it without a bumper, just like a cracked windshield or a tail-light or headlight out. Also USAA is not going to provide insurance for a car with no bumper as it significantly raises their liability just as if it didn't have airbags, or anti-lock brakes, etc. This compounded with the fact that I have mental health issues that are not being treated by seeing a therapist; I don't sleep hardly at all and haven't now in about 14-15 months because of the right shoudler injury I suffered from a seizure contemporaneous to that time. You have known this, and you forbade me from having surgery prior to obtaining health insurance in 2020; I did see an orthopedist who performed diagnostic testing; told me of the SLAP tear, rotator cuff tear and something else and told me I required surgery. I was able to receive one corticosteroid shot which helped with the pain for a few months but I'm not able to receive another as it will cause the rotator cuff to disintegrate he said. So since about April, I have been in excruciating pain all the time, can't sleep, and continue to have seizures. I also did some reading on the effects of not sleeping and how it causes further degradation or exacerbation of any mental health issues; causes permanent heart damage; causes its own mental health problems; causes inability to focus and to be distracted (most likely the reason i erred when moving my car out of the parking spot in the garage resulting in the loss of the front bumper).

The tires have to be aired up at a gas station on a regular basis or [they] will go flat and there's no way to plug [in a pump to] air them up in my parking garage and no way for a tow truck to tow the car (its too low of a ceiling and too tight for a tow-truck to get into). Its 2 tires now and has been for a while that have to be aired up weekly or bi-weekly at least. And if you recall last October I suffered a priaprism (a prolonged errection) that required emergency surgery and as I stated in an email to you a few months ago, I can no longer obtain an erection even with oral ED medication (Cialis/Viagra). My urologist that performed the surgery told me back then to come back to him if I had any issue like that. There are a few other options, including a different kind of medication that he has to prescribe and instruct me on how to use. So with not being able to go anywhere, do anything, socialize, date, have sex, be romantically involved, play volleyball, or other sports, can't workout/exercise as I have done for 30 years 5-6x week the whole timei and love, can't work, can't sleep, am in chronic pain all the time, am stranded and feel imprisoned in my apartment, and stressed about all of the things mentioned, plus I have been harrassed on Instagram (mostly) and Facebook now for about a year with all kinds of fake accounts pretending to be me and using my pictures. I just had no idea what to do and im stressed out. And working out/exercising is the best and number one thing I can do to alleviate stress and prevent seizures but of course this also requires me being able to get adequate restful sleep. On top of that, Shalene has been posting to my Instagram account (she did Sunday) and slandered me, calling me a liar basically and attempting to contact people I know in Atlanta. I had already blocked her and she had to have created another Instagram account. I'd also like to add that at least 4 times in the last 6-10 months, you have threatened to make me homeless, cancel my lease, stop sending me money, kick me out on the street and I would never get another penny. I am taking anti-anxiety meds; and I take anti-depressants, and a few others. Even with anti-depressants that cause sleepiness; anti-anxiety meds; and I take melatonin, I still can't sleep. I've lost weight from not being able to workout too and I've been told on social media that I have lost a lot of muscle and need to get it back :(

And you know how much the seizures scare me and freak me out; how I don't know who I am or what's going on for a good while and how I try to "get away from the seizure." That's why I went wondering down to the office this morning. I was frightened and looking for someone to talk to, someone to tell me what was going on. I hyper-ventilate for a good 30 minutes after the seizure too and grunt. I think people are after me and trying to hurt me. It's absolutely terrifying to me. I'm not aggressive in anyway. Today, wherever I fell/seized, it caused me to have worse pain in both my shoulders. They are achy and have sharp pains. And then after you say someone notified you that I had a medical episode this morning, you email me all nasty, inquiring and accusatory. That's the last thing I need on top of it all. I'm not looking for sympathy, but I really don't have anyone at all Gloria. Nobody. And I can't get out and meet people, play sports, follow my recovery plan, serve at my church, and I'm always too tired to do anything or I'm having seizures or in terrible pain. Anyway, just please don't send negativity my way. I hope you have a great rest of your day."

There was no way in hell this guy was legit. Nor was he offering a job that law enforcement would likely approve of. He could read between the lines. Mustering his strength, he found himself able to mutter out a single question.

“What’s the job, exactly?” The man smiled, his one gold tooth sparkled in the sunlight coming in from the window.

“All we need you to do is drive a car for me. In fact, I’ll drive the car, all I need is you to be in the drivers seat.” David was confused, terrified, nearly delirious with desperation to escape whatever scheme he was to be implicated in should he go through with it. Certainly the money would help, but with no guarantee he’d ever get that sum, paired with the fact his potential boss had literally broken into his home sparked should have sparked a fight or flight response within him. However, whether it was his brain misfiring or fear just getting to him, he found himself nodding once again and quietly saying:

“Okay. I can do that.” The man put his hand up to his ear, needing one more bout of confirmation. “Yes, I’ll do it.” It was a lie. Anything to escape the situation. But that confirmation to the man was in line with a verbal contract. The deal was sealed.

“Aight. Get up. Time for training.” Shit. It had backfired. The man walked over to him, extending his hand to pull the lanky young man out of the perceived safety of his swivel desk chair. His body moved of its own accord, accepting the hand, and the yank to his shaking feet. The man towered above him, looming over him like a monolith of muscle, skin, and ink. He began to poke and prod, seemingly making an inventory in his mind of what David could offer. “Tight squeeze. But you’re a good fit I think, Bellingham.” He pointed to the wall. “Put your hands against the wall, don’t fucking turn around. Do you understand?”

David did as he was told. He scampered to the wall, placing his clammy palms on it, breathing heavily. The room fell silent aside from the labored breath, and the cacophonous footsteps from the man. Against the back of his neck, he could feel the breath of the man mere inches from the little hairs standing on end.

“Try not to moan too loudly.” The man’s hands slithered around his skinny waist, riding his shirt up ever so slowly. Looking down, he could see the man’s black fingernails glide across his bare midriff, pulling him close until he could feel his warm, wet chest against his back. He let out a quiet gasp, as the fear began to subside under his gentle touch. “Mmmmmm yeah, baby. This is gonna feel good.” The man’s right hand made its way to the back of his shoulder blade, the fingertips massaging his tight deltoids. The second hand followed suit, pressing and pulling against his boney shoulders until he could barely feel them. That’s when the numbness made way to a new sensation, undefinable by mere words. Opening his eyes for a moment, he looked down to see the outline of two large hands pressing outward from beneath the skin of his chest. Secret baby chapter 4

(I broke my laptop so I'm posting this from mobile and cant hide anything under a cut for a short post, sorry.)

“How did it go?” Fuyumi is waiting for him when she gets home, nearly pouncing on him before the door is fully shut. Touya hesitates and he almost tells her the truth. That he’s taking his baby and running as far as he can, that he's going to build a new life, a safe life. But the more people he tells, the more likely Enji will find out. No. It's safer, for everyone, because if Enji suspects that Fuyumi knows anything he'll hurt her, if he just goes. He’s been planning on running away for a long time, it's time he actually did it. For his safety and his baby’s.

“We decided it was best to abort.” He squares his shoulders and looks her in the eye. The same lie passing his lips for the second time. He wishes it was easier this time.That the thought of abortion didn't make his stomach roll and his eyes water. He already loves this child more than anything. The lie is bitter, but the risk of his child coming to harm because he didn't lie is enough to send panic sparking like fire in his heart. 

“Do you want me to come with?” Fuyumi asks and she, well she sounds half relieved and not at all surprised. Touya knows why. Abortion would be the ‘smart’ thing to do right now.

She ends up accompanying him to a clinic the next day. He’s told that he’s 4 months along and already has the start of a bump.

He’s got maybe a month before he can’t hide it anymore. He doesn't want to think about what Rei or Enji will say if they notice.

“Has anyone gone over your options with you?” His nurse asks him as she shows him into a private room.

“Kind of and I k-know, that this is dumb,increadibly dumb, but I want to keep them.” He barely gets the words out to the nurse but he does. They sound too quiet. Barely audible. 

“It’s not dumb-” she starts talking in a voice as soft as Touya was using.

“I can’t stay at home and have them, and the father, he thinks I’m getting an abortion.” Touya can’t bring himself to look at the nurse. Staring hard at the floor and trying not to remember the look on Hawks face. 

What if Hawks was here with him instead? He would probably let him hold his hand. Pump out sothing alpha hormones to calm Touya’s fear, like he did after a nightmare. If he wanted to be here at all. They talk some more about Touya’s options. Adoption is brought up and Touya hesitates but it's not what he truly wants. He turns adoption down and lets himself start believing he can keep his baby. The clinic manages to fit him in for an ultrasound same day and gives him the news that he’s having a baby girl.

Touya cries at the sight of her. He already loves her.

He’s still crying when he meets Fuyumi back out in the waiting room.

“Are you going to be okay,Touya?” she rubs his back.

 Later she helps him dye his hair black.

Touya had tried to pull her aside for a moment when he came back from the clinic and told her that it was taken care of. She hadn’t responded and Touya hadn’t mentioned it again. He hadn’t spoken to her again.

“Yeah, I was far enough along, 4 months so I would have started showing soon. I asked for an ultrasound so I knew first.” He gives his twin a tiny smile. He wishes he could take his sibling’s with him. Raise his baby with free babysitting and her aunts and uncles doting on her every possible minute. Instead he’s dying his hair black while Enji is gone on business. By the time Enji is supposed to be home he’s going to be gone.

Hair dyed and looking nothing like the Touya Todoroki his father last saw,with his new hair and several new piercings and some baby weight, He gets started on finding an apartment close to the clinic.

He could choose one further but he doesn't want to risk finding a different nurse. Or a clinic as willing to hide him as this one has been. His father's influence can spread far and then nowhere will be safe.

He finds a cheap one with a landlord that doesn't ask too many questions.It takes almost a week and he’s anxious about Enji coming home early the entire time.He lies on the application about everything, starting with his name. The landlord must not have ever checked it over because a week later he’s meeting the building manager in person and being given a set of keys.

He buys small things with enji’s credit card and has them sent to the apartment instead of the house. Rei avoids him and he can’t help but be thankful. She would be able to smell the pregnancy and unlike Fuyumi he wouldn't be able to just brush it off as leftover hormones still, almost a full month later.

“You're still getting sick, Touya” Natsou points out one night. He’s rubbing Touya’s back as he gasps in air over the toilet.

“It’s okay Natsou. I promise I'm okay.” He stands up and flushes the mess . rinsing his mouth out for what feels like the 50th time that day.

“You’d tell me if you were sick right? Like sicker than normal?”

“It’s an omega thing Nat, I’m not sick.” he wraps Natsou in a hug. How I got revenge on my cheating ex!

This story takes place almost 12 years ago so I'll do my best with the dialog and details but admittedly some things are a little fuzzy. Most of my life I've had a problem with picking men that were not good for me, so much so that I even had a phrase for it "saving the world, one moron at a time". One of my more spectacularly bad choices was a guy by the name of "Bob" (obviously not his real name). I met Bob when I was working one of my 2 jobs at the local mall, he worked somewhere else in the mall so we hit it off and soon enough we were in a relationship. Within a few months my lease was up and we ended up moving in together which obviously in hindsight was a huge mistake but I was dumb and lonely.

Soon enough red flags began to fly, he would say things in common conversation that were simply incorrect (like there's only 4 continents and the rest are actually owned by the martian government and thus don't count etc. ) and when challenged would circular talk until you either agreed with him or dropped the subject. He would also make claims that seemed entirely unbelievable such as when I asked where he had been staying prior to his mom's house he said he "camped in the woods" when I asked how he did that for months on end and without any gear he simply gestured to himself and said "this is all the gear I need". The worst trait though by far was his epic LAZINESS! I have never witnessed someone so lazy in my life.

Bob was unemployed for over a third of our relationship and would simply sit in the apartment watching netflix or playing some war game on "his" computer AKA my spare computer typing away in the group chat. He would never clean up after himself leaving dirty dishes in the sink and filth on every surface while only taking a shower MAYBE once a week. Thus begins the era of him "holding my phone" while I'm at work so he can make calls or schedule interviews as well as I can get a hold of him from my store phone if I needed to.

Things began getting weird, he began staying up later and later on this group chat, sometimes till almost dawn. Sometimes we would hang out all evening until it was time for bed. Then he would always make some excuse on why he needed to check the game before bed and he'd be right there.... hours would pass... no Bob. I began to get suspicious but nothing incriminating seemed to be taking place so I just shrugged it off as me being insecure. Then he started asking to use my car to go see his best friend "Ben", now I wasn't super comfortable with this but I did know Ben pretty well and we got along almost better than Bob and I did so I guess to a degree I trusted Ben more than Bob and agreed to it.
