Leanna de Vries

By @cadhla182, incredible as ever, here's my Primarch, Leanna de Vries, for a 30k game set during the Unification Wars and Great Crusade. She wound up on a Feudal World occupied by Drukhari who'd basically turned the planet into their own personal hunting preserve, so she Robin Hood'ed her way to overthrowing them with the help of a crashed Terran supply ship full of weapons.
She's going to wind up being a bit Chaosy, but because she was designed to be a good leader and was raised to value compassion for the weak and justice for the needy--which the Imperium very much does not.
Tysm Cadhla! I adore how she came out!

A lovely set of commissions from the ever-delightful @leendraws of my girls Lassie and Leanna. Lassie is an unstable super-soldier working for a cabal of genetically-modified cultists who worship change as the greatest good, and Leanna is a former Imperial Noble turned Champion of Slaanesh in our Black Crusade game, who’s already made one Daemon World and is on track to make another.
Tysm!!!

You've been visited by the random OC question fairy! :D ~☆
What’s their temper like? Are they easily set off or endlessly patient? Somewhere in between? Is there a reason they’re like that?
Anara Len: Apparently so intimidating even my players are low-key afraid of her. She’s set off by fuckups that get people killed, or which could have done. There’s not really any grandiose reason she gets mad when people put troops’ lives in danger she just cares really deeply about the people under her command and sees it as her duty to make sure they all get home safe, so when she sees someone as interfering with or acting counter to that, she gets piiiiissed.
Leanna de Vries:

That’s it, that’s Leanna.
In all seriousness, I don’t think she’s ever gotten genuinely mad, but to be honest it’s because all she wants out of life is to be a debauched Slaaneshi asshole who experiences all the materium has to offer and then goes and does the same with the immaterium. So what would be an infuriating inconvenience to others is merely another article of mild amusement.
Violet “Neo” Novak: Are you kidding? Vi’s a baby. She’s the sweetest character I have and like Leanna I don’t think she’s ever gotten genuinely, earnestly mad, but that one’s because she’s immensely forgiving of people and has a really mild temper. That said, there are some people that she finds morally reprehensible and she’s already met some of them(though she doesn’t realise it)--there are definitely lines you can cross, and when Vi does get mad--like really, truly mad--it’s fucking terrifying.
Amah Varletta: Amah runs on a cold rage. She’s got a strong sense of right and wrong, and she has zero patience for injustices and abuses of power, which is ironic considering she’s a literal succubus(the setting’s a fun one lol). She gets mad easily but she doesn’t shout or raise her voice, she just quietly plans your downfall and then stands in the ashes and gloats as everything you’ve ever known and loved comes crashing down around you.
Catherine “Hush” Li: Cat gets irritated really easily, but genuine anger is fairly rare, and when it comes it’s a cold heat like Amah. She used to be a lot more set on morality and right and wrong but something broke in her a long time ago and now she’s just kind of stopped caring. Or she thinks she has. :3
Logic/Lust: Logic can’t get mad, because if she does, Lust gets to make a bid for the braincell. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t, just that it’s never good when she does--mostly it’s when a situation starts spiralling out of control or someone defies her brazenly, and she does both the cold fury route and the shouting and throwing things one. Really depends on her mood.
Lust is too stupid and too horny to ever get really mad. Petulant, maybe, but I think anger would just confuse her.
Colette Smith: Colette’s easily flustered and frustrated, and since she grew up in the Terminus her reaction tends to be “shoot the problem until it stops being a problem”. Which is kind of a problem in and of itself, which she’s just now realising. Genuine anger is...scary, when she has it. Especially since she has a flamethrower in her cyborg arm.
