As far as today went, Soo didn’t count on anything unexpected--at least, unexpected enough to disturb his daily routine.

After the usual trying meetings in the morning, all the Korean personification had planned on doing was spending the rest of his day in Seoul’s Bukchon Hanok Village escaping the pressures of recent times, while pausing to grab a quick refreshment from one of Samcheong-dong’s multiple cafes. In fact, at the moment, he had just exited Hidden Space with one of its trademark cakes in hand, stretching a bit and yawning after touring its exhibition hall.

He probably would have gone off to his right to another cafe, had he not felt someone’s eyes on him. Probably nothing, but Soo figured a conversation with some random person would probably take his mind off of the more frustrating parts of his morning meetings.

With that in mind, he turned and grinned, trying to project a friendly image to the other.

“Nice weather today, huh?” he commented cheerfully, gesturing up at the sky with his free hand. Well, it was kind of dull and cloudy on that particular day, but he didn’t want to come off as pessimistic. That would be a terrible first impression.

Alexei crossed into the park and looked around, his shoulders tense as he started making short, fast kissing noises. He didn't make eye contact with anyone in particular until he stopped in the middle of the walkway and looked over at a girl whose eyes struck him. Then, he paused his kissing noises.

"You have nice eyes," he said.

With that, he turned toward the path ahead and started making more kissing noises.

15. Having a Bad Day

The meeting with the Saito clan’s head had not gone over well, and Hiroomi knew it. What was worse was that he may have severed several centuries of good relations between the two clans with his carelessness at several points in the aforementioned meeting, and was probably going to get an earful from his elders as a result.

Which hardly helped his mood, if at all, considering he didn’t mean for any of it to happen.

Biting back against a scathing remark he was dying to utter at the interruption in his train of thoughts, the young clan leader struggled to keep his temper under control as he replied through gritted teeth, “Yes? What do you need?” His tone was sharper than otherwise, to the point where even he internally winced at it. It probably wasn’t the best course of action to take out his anger on someone else, but under the circumstances, he honestly couldn’t help it.

Oh boy, this will take me down memory lane.

What got you into RPing?

This is really ancient history for me I suppose, but around almost nine years ago when I started high school, a friend of mine who I had just met kinda showed me a mass rp site. I thought, I like to write and I decided to try it out. Soon enough I found myself meeting people who I thought were interesting and it kind of stuck with me. Honestly, though RPing text by text is something really special to me simply because it’s introduced me to a lot of people who I consider important to me. A family, if you will as well as this wonderful fandom as well as everyone who I have threads with. Ah. I’ve said too much //scratches head.

2.  Any senpai?

Honestly? No, not really. I’ve never really thought of anyone as sempai in this kind of thing nor on Tumblr, I kind of believe we’re all equal to one another regardless of how pretty a blog is, followers, writing style, literacy and even length. I don’t really have anyone I look up to as such… If I did have a sempai, I would honestly call it the fandom considering I’m very new in these parts. Please take care of me. //bows.

11. Favorite Color?

Now, if I gave that away, I’d have to kill you. Joking. Haha. I’d say my favorite color is actually purple and the darker shades of it. I’ve always been fond of the moods it sets me in. As well as dark reds, but that’s colors rather than color. So, as to say for favorite color… Purple! or Indigo! Whichever really.

"Hm?" It was unusual for Hiroomi to sing aloud—usually he would simply mouth along to a song if he had to—but he supposed it wouldn’t hurt to do so just once. With a small sigh, though it was hard to tell if it was of relief or resignation, he started to sing,

☢: Something about my character that I’ve never explored but want to

Something I want to explore with my character that I haven’t explored before…well, I have several things regarding that, most of them due to the headcanons I have.

The first of these is definitely Hiroomi’s relationship with other canon characters of Kyoukai no Kanata. He and his sisters, for instance, or he and Akihito. I felt like they had a lot of potential in the show, but the episodes and other aspects didn’t allow any real development to blossom. Besides that, I have a small headcanon regarding his and Mitsuki’s relationship that I hope to explore, though there’s a possibility that I probably won’t get to do so for a while.

Another of these is, well, historically and foreign relations related—I want to see Hiroomi interact with people of places like Korea or China. While I’ll admit I’ve started on that already (though the RP related to that is a crossover and is currently paused for the time being), I just think it might be interesting to see how he would discuss things related to the historical events of Japanese occupation. It’s a very triggering subject, but I’ll admit I still have a fascination for seeing how it’s played out, considering I feel he would know about what happened exactly and wouldn’t exactly be proud of it, so yeah…

The last thing I want to explore is—well, how he takes the events of post-Kyoukai no Kanata, which I already explored a bit, but I genuinely want to get a little more in-depth about it. The “epilogue” showed a little bit, but again, I found it insufficient for showing the full extent. I honestly think he wouldn’t take things like Izumi’s sudden disappearance and then having her responsibilities dumped on him with little warning very well. It’s true that he’s probably ready for it to an extent, but he’s not entirely ready—he’s only 18, and in his third and final year of high school, I would imagine the workload from school and his new duties are piling up rather quickly, which can cause a lot more stress than it should have. Aside from that, I want to see how it affects the people around him—that is, how Akihito, Mirai, and Mitsuki (in particular) would react to his sudden change in demeanor. I would imagine it’s a bit negative, but it would be interesting to see what happens in-RP.

That’s really all I can think of at the moment. There might be more, but that’s all I can think of, and even with these three, I may have gotten a bit too detailed with it, which is why it’s so long. q u q My apologies, and thank you!))
