Hello hello, I am not dead!!

Popping in to post these two commissioned comic pages of @leahslightlytotheleft‘s s/i with her f/o Sal from Sally Face, using the lyrics of the song “Walk Me Home” by P!nk. I don’t normally take comic commissions, but this was a special case, and super fun to do!

@leahslightlytotheleft​, thank you so much for the ask! it got super borked somehow when i saved it to my drafts (thanks, tumblr :/) so here’s a reply in awkward post form.

can i just use this as a gush pass to talk about my found family and friends in the cast of Don’t Starve Together?

i love every single one of them (except Maxwell he can’t sit with us) - and even though surviving in a strange world of dark magic can be terrifying they’ve all taught me so much and i wouldn’t trade our experiences together for anything :’)

what the heck, im gonna ramble under the cut:

Wes is my bro, who shows me every day that friendship transcends the boundary of spoken language. we share a fondness for art and an appreciation of shared silence.

if i end up half as badass as Ms. Wickerbottom i will be able to consider myself a success. she’s fierce and fiercely intelligent, but even though she’s been through so much she’s still kind and compassionate, and a fellow cat lover as well!  

Wigfrid scares me. i admire her energy, just keep it within a reasonable distance of my person, and don’t kill any small animals while i’m around.

(Maxwell hurt my friends and my kid and for that his days are numbered. you better sleep with one eye open, Maxwell.)

Winona is the big sister i always wished i had; tough and smart but still so cheerful and kind!

Woodie is like a brother to me and we’re very similar in a lot of ways - for example, we share a love of the wilderness, flannel, and axes. one time i actually convinced him to bite me so i might become a Were-being like him, but sadly it didn’t work :/

WX-78 is a huge jerk who knows that i love them dearly and they take advantage of that whenever possible. despite their general bad attitude, i think i’m slowly winning them over: they have promised me that when they destroy all humans, they will kill me last. i consider their reform a work-in-progress. currently i’m trying to help them understand art.

Wolfgang reminds me of the Cowardly Lion. i’m determined to at least help him overcome his fears of small harmless animals.

Wormwood is my brother from another lunar Mother - a spiritual sibling, if you will. his presence is a breath of fresh air, and his simple wisdom is always reminding me to stop and smell the flowers with him. i love tending to the communal gardens with him and hanging out together listening to the leaves and grass in the wind.  

Webber is my baby boy, my little ray of sunshine in the darkness of the Constant. he is so precious to me and i would do anything to keep him safe and happy. not that keeping him happy is a challenge - he’s such a cheerful little guy, staying positive and sweet even in the most dire circumstances. i love him so much ;w;

Wurt is ALSO my baby, my precious badass baby girl! i love going swimming with her and reading with her - gosh she’s learning fast :’) - and sometimes wrestling with her. again, i know she’s not really my baby but i do what i can to care for her and support her ambitions just the same.

i really, really admire Warly’s patience and optimism, and particularly his dedication to using his personal skillset to bring happiness to others. he really inspires me, and he’s been good enough to help me learn some new recipes!  

Wilson is my Science Bro. even though our brains are wired very differently, i never get tired of learning from him and helping him with his various projects. he’s always very encouraging of my own scientific endeavors, too!

Willow is so great. she really is. i love her spunk and grit. she’s been through literal hell but still throws herself at life head-on and lives in the moment, and i really admire her for it. her tongue-in-cheek humor makes me smile even when she doesn’t mean to. she reminds me a lot of one of my actual siblings, tbh.  

Wendy scares me a little. i am nevertheless determined to take care of my spooky little daughter and make sure she knows there are still people who love her on this plane of existence, too. 

and of course Wortox is my love, my sweetheart, my darling! he gets lots of attention as my demon bf but i couldn’t just leave him out of this post altogether. he’s so sweet and loving and i adore him 💚

What's the record for the number of times you and Chizome have each come in a day? Do you guys ever have like, marathon sex days where you just can't think of anything but each other? (leahslightlytotheleft)

Answers under the “read more”! Also, MHA: Two Heroes is on Netflix Canada, so I’m watching it for the first time right now!

To be honest, most of the time, Chizome have too much on his mind to even think about sex, but he does have his moments when his sex drive skyrocket, which somehow usually happen when mine skyrocket as well, a.k.a. near/during my period. But even then, we never really had “marathon sex day” or anything alike, the most we had sex in a day was 3 (like, 2 “quickies” and a longer cession), and it’s not something that happen often. Usually, it’s more like once every other day or so, but it’s a longer cession. To be honest, it somewhat became a way for me to make sure that he rest once in a while, since he always stay around for a while after we had sex, so it’s often me who initiate. As for the highest number of times we both came in a day, I think it was 4 for Chizome and 6 or 7 for me.

😘 How do each of you feel about PDA? 

at first things have to be really hush-hush, with Kit being a Jedi and not supposed to be forming attachments and all that, so PDA is off the table altogether. but after surviving Order 66 (fite me, George Lucas), Kit decides that his new life on the run is too short and precious to waste any more time, and he’s more than happy to let the entire universe know how much he loves Temi. he’s not shy at all about PDA and almost always at the very least has an arm around Temi’s waist or shoulders, stealing kisses when he can. Temi adores the affection, especially after having to wait so long, so they put their initial shyness aside and appreciate every second they have with their beloved!  

💞 Tell about the most memorable kiss you’ve shared with your FO!

definitely the first kiss the two shared. Temi knew that Kit was aware of their feelings for him long before they were brave enough to actually say anything, but they were certain he didn’t share their feelings and was just letting them down gently. it took the first time he kissed them for Temi to be convinced, and boy howdy did he do a good job of convincing.
