No because in 04x01 Lazarus Rising, Castiel was so excited to be amongst humans again. He's all wide eyes and shy smiles and when Dean stabs him after saying thank you he's like "Oh, really? Why ruin the moment, I thought we were having a thing!" and detailed explanations such as "I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition!", "This is a vessel!", he was so bubbly and oh my God I love him so much.
