thinking about that post talking about how V1 was made to kill the earthmovers

if they kept increasing sizes of war machines like they did they’d never be able to stop rhe war cause the machines just kept getting bigger and there was more competition right. so instead of going bigger they went as small as they could get. V1 was made to be a parasite to the earthmovers and take them from the inside out and was made smaller for that reason

then there’s also certain parasites being bloodsucking so teehee!!

OK firstly I gotta say the minotaur was fucking CRAZY???????? HIIIIIIII?????????????????? I LOVED THAT SM???? not to mention the music went HARD AS FUCK....HGELLO....CAN ANYONE HEAR ME the way it just barged through actually scared the shit out of me it was so cool. The difficulty was wack but I liked that honestly felt great for actively stepping into a war zone

7-3 had me feeling like I was playing slender the 8 pages and the mannequins creeping out while I was on high alert hearing just a CASUAL SOMETHING WICKED SOUND also was a jumpscare I thought I was gonna have to run through there like

IIIII WAS NOT READY TO FIGHT RHAT BITCH AGAAINNNNNNNNN..... I didn't see it afterward tho so it may have either been my imagination, clever soundboaridng cause I was on vc, or just an evil ass detail to the already tense as hell setting that left you on high alert because it's funny as hell

I love the mew ultrakill lore so much. there's just something about majority of robots being built to counter a specific model of other bot. there's a certian romantic quality to it, even in the context of being about a horribly guesomely war torn world where humanity nearly drove all life to extinction with the creation of these boys and perpetuation of war.

its beginning to look a lot like War Without Reason

Mushroom cloud tree made of corpses and watered with blood is one of the best ways to illustrate violence I've ever seen.

It looks absolutely stunning in game. The leaves are reminiscent of radioactive fallout. The red lights from the nukes going off in the background are beautiful.

The choice to make violence look this good is an incredibly strong one in a game where your goal is to kill everything that crosses your path. I love that as soon as you enter the war zone every new enemy introduced is a machine or literal blood puppets used to fuel a useless war.

I think I should give all my life savings to Hakita.

I'm so in love with the conversation Juno and Nureyev had on the beach- Nureyev's fear of Juno rejecting him, then being reassured immediately by Juno saying "I love you so much that I followed you, and I love you so much that I'll let you go."

In a season that was all about the potential for eternal life Juno really said: we don't have all the time in the world, but I'm willing to give every bit of time I do have to loving you the right way.
