Hey, everyone! I’m a new addition to the study/langblr community and very proud of me for being here! I’ve been following study and language blogs for a while now and finally created the courage to join (and, not surprisingly, I’m already in love with this).
So, apparently, introduction posts are a thing, right? And I would, in fact, like you (I don’t think many people will see this, but well here goes nothing) to get to know me a little better. Here goes some info about me:
• my name is larissa but you can call me lari
• i’m brazilian, about to go and live in ireland for a university exchange program in a couple of days *excited*
• i’m 22 (so old omg) and currently studying law at my university, my main focus of studies are human rights, women’s rights and international law
• i’m fluent in portuguese and english, can speak a little of french and spanish and just recently begun my studies of norwegian (skam, anyone??)
• (ps: i know i study a lot of different stuff but hence the tags)
• i love cultures and languages and history and how they are all interconnected and i just wanna speak every single language that there is out there hELP??
• i’m addicted to books (fiction) and tv shows (i watch way too many, srsly)
• i’m cancer with rising in leo, infj and proud slytherclaw (yes this is a thing)
• feminist, vegetarian and crazy cat lady (i have a cat named chermont and he’s the cutest)
• my username means zero ignorance and it was inspired by the seneca’s latim quote “timendi causa est nescire” that means (i believe) ignorance is the cause of fear
• some of my favourite studyblrs that inspired me to be here today are:
@studyquill @studyign @tbhstudying @bookmrk @emmastudies @athenus
I would *love* to make some friends around here and I’m always open for asks or anything really! Feel free to come and talk to me!

14 May 2017 |||| Have I mentioned that I hate studying about laws and stuff? Because I really do. But this book’s not so bad, so I try not to scream too much.
Note: the book is about the city of Venice, Italy, its multiplication in little venices around the world and its marketization.

reading on freedom of speech for one of my classes and working on my bujo spread for the next month whilst treating myself a waffle and a mocha ☕ 😌
↳ “The theory of freedom, in contrast, not only grants rights to individuals, but also insists that there are correlative duties that are associated with those rights.” “All too often that history is a history of the repression of freedom of speech, which by sad example shows why we need a theory for the protection of speech.”  Richard A. Epstein
