Old drawing I gave up on?? I think I was hooked to the idea of fairytale AU where Mari is just a smol town gal and Adrien is a royalty or idk noble. AND THEY BUILD A FRIENDSHIP (or something else if u will) AS LADYNOIR without knowing each other's civilian self.

Then one day Chat invites LB to his birthday ball, suggesting to meet without a mask. She's like pfff you know what? i will. this is my best friend's birthday. but im not gonna tell u who i am. im just gonna show up. Still, Chat is obviously over the moon to hear this and is in that mood for the entire time he arranges his ball. Mari's family does bakery but she also wants to be a dress maker so shes pretty good with making her own dress. Probably got good fabrics for free bc she always help ppl's work and is genuinely nice.

So anyhow she walks into the ball room w her invitation (which chat could've marked it to figure out who she is but he obviously didnt as a good kitty) and is surprised by how fancy the place is. Also it's full with bunch of rich and noble kinda looking ppl? She is so puzzled bc this is NOT what she expected. Aaand thats the scene i drew. Later i guess she is absolutely simping over adrien and is also awkward around chat from then. The end.

bunnix, falling from her random portal: oh wow hi there. didnt expect to see you instead of lb

chat noir, shrugging: didnt expect to see you either. what’s wrong? do we have another super-villain from the future?

bunnix, dusting herself off: no no no it’s nothing serious. future seemed a little off but it happens very often. i just need to look for small error so no biggie 

chat noir: then... do you have some spare time for me? i need someone to talk to and since u know future as well..

bunnix: i mean.. *checks her watch* i guess im not in a hurry. whats up kitty?

chat noir, lying down: i just dont understand why lb wouldnt let me know her identity! we are dating, she knows who i am, so why not? i dont want to rush her but she acts real weird when the topic comes up too, u know?

bunnix, playing with her umbrella: huh, maybe she's still anxious to take that risk.. like for that chat blanc incident how u got akumatised and all?

chat noir, staring: i...what now?

bunnyx, frozen: ahhhh oops fck u didnt know *proceeds to open her portal and jumps in* BYE

chat noir, trying to catch her: BUNNIX WHAT CHAT BLANC

Its the fact that ladybug doesnt even get to have a proper time of grief whenever she loses her kitty in the battle bc shes the only one who can fix everything and world needs her

she has to hold tears back to focus on thinking, looking for solution thats literally the most complicated plan in the world

No matter how many times she goes thru this, she would still feel like a miracle to see him back again every single time

Marinette and pink is the best pair it must be her favourite colour💖 Anyway she probably had to stay behind instead of outdoor PE lesson and she uses this time to have a little chat with tiki

Adrien, worried abt marinette as usual, tries to check on her over the class window and at that exact moment magically the wind blows the curtain away to show mari warmly smiling boom now he has feelings for her, blushing and all 😔✋not him panicking right after that sensation struck him lol he will probably drink from a wrong waterbottle and when nino points that out he will throw it to random direction while trying not to drop it

Their school isnt exactly built for this whole scenario but who cares :') bit of an anime AU i guess
