Pierre Borel est un saxophoniste et compositeur parisien, travaillant dans le domaine de la musique improvisée et expérimentale. Depuis 2006, il réside à Berlin, collaborant avec de nombreux musiciens et compositeurs. Il a joué dans la plupart des pays européens, au Japon, aux Etats-Unis et en Russie et est un compagnon de jeu régulier de Tobias Delius , Hannes Lingens , Derek Shirley , Tetuzi Akiyama , Christoph Kurzmann, Christian Lillinger, Axel Dörner , Sven Ake Johannson , Didier Lasserre ….

Il obtient un master en Jazz à l'Institut Jazz à Berlin en 2008 , et étudie la philosophie à Paris . Avec Florian Bergmann, Joel Grip et Hannes Lingens , ils créent le collectif Umlaut Berlin qui a organisé six festivals de musique improvisée.

Laurent Charles étudie au C.N.R de Metz et de Versailles, puis s’oriente vers la création contemporaine et l’improvisation. Son travail se développe autour de la relation du son et des autres formes d’expression (théâtre, danse, image, sculpture). Sur son parcours il a rencontré, entre autres, Annick Nozati, Fred Van Hove, Raymond Boni, les Dust Breeders, Camel Zekri, John Butcher, Vinko Globokar, Jacques Di Donato, Quatuor Stanislas, Kamel Maad, Fabrice Charles, Jean Luc Capozzo, Gerard Fabbiani, Marc Pichelin.... Enseigne actuellement au CRC de Saint-Raphael.

Le Leem se dote d'une nouvelle organisation interne

Le Leem (Les entreprises du médicament) a revu son organisation interne à la suite de la mise en place de ses nouvelles commissions en juillet, a indiqué son directeur général, Philippe Lamoureux, mardi dans une interview à APMnews.

Ces changements ont accompagné l'élection de Frédéric Collet (Novartis France) à la tête de l'organisation professionnelle, note-t-on (cf dépêche du 10/07/2019 à 08:00).

A la place des neuf anciennes commissions (affaires économiques; affaires industrielles; affaires internationales; affaires publiques France/Europe; affaires scientifiques; communication; juridique et fiscale; responsabilité sociale des entreprises; et sociale), six "commissions stratégiques" et trois "commissions expertes" ont été créées (cf dépêche du 10/07/2019 à 08:02).

"Jusqu'à présent, les commissions étaient rattachées aux directions, aujourd'hui c'est l'inverse", a expliqué Philippe Lamoureux. "C'est désormais de ces commissions que découle l'organisation des directions internes au Leem, ce qui est probablement plus clair et plus rationnel."

"La logique est de mieux centrer l'organisation sur les préoccupations de ses adhérents", a-t-il relaté.

En parallèle, un poste de directeur général adjoint a été créé et confié à Pascal Le Guyader, qui reste par ailleurs à la tête de la direction des affaires industrielles et sociales. Il est aussi en charge du secrétariat général du Leem et de la nouvelle fonction de "référent PME".

"Dans l'organigramme, on note que le directeur général adjoint n'est pas en-dessous du directeur général, avec autorité sur tout. Il a au contraire des missions précises", a souligné Philippe Lamoureux.

Les six nouvelles "commissions stratégiques" du Leem sont consacrées aux thèmes suivants: recherche et innovation; accès des patients au progrès thérapeutique; croissance, régulation et politique conventionnelle; transformation industrielle; emploi, compétences et empreinte territoriale; et responsabilité et réputation. Les trois "commissions expertes" s'articulent autour des thèmes: affaires juridiques, fiscales et conformité; communication; et numérique, données et nouvelles technologies.

Une nouvelle direction pour les affaires publiques

Pour coller à ces commissions, le Leem a procédé à la création d'une direction spécialisée dans les affaires publiques (France, Europe et internationales), un sujet qui dépendait jusqu'ici de la direction en charge des affaires économiques. La nouvelle direction est pilotée par Laurent Gainza, ancien journaliste entré au Leem en 2010. Il était depuis 2016 directeur de projets auprès du directeur général.

Christelle Maréchal, jusqu'ici directrice "affaires européennes et relations extérieures", occupe désormais le poste de directrice "affaires européennes et internationales".

"On essaiera avec cette nouvelle direction d'avoir une vision à 360°, en lien étroit avec la direction générale. Elle ne se concentrera pas seulement sur des aspects PLFSS [projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale] mais aura une vision très holistique", a assuré Philippe Lamoureux.

Autre changement: le regroupement des sujets liés à l'accès au marché au sein de la direction des affaires économiques, qui les partageait jusqu'ici avec la direction des affaires scientifiques.

Conséquence, la direction des affaires économiques, publiques et internationales est renommée direction "accès, économie et export". Elle reste pilotée par Eric Baseilhac.

La direction affaires scientifiques et responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE) devient quant à elle direction "recherche, innovation, santé publique et engagement sociétal", avec toujours Thomas Borel à sa tête.

"Nous avions une vraie volonté d'avoir un seul pôle consacré à ces thématiques, pour embrasser tous les sujets de recherche, même les plus amonts", a fait savoir Philippe Lamoureux. Ce pôle sera également en charge des questions liées aux nouvelles technologies et à l'amélioration de la réputation des industriels, un point sur lequel les adhérents ont des attentes "fortes".

La direction de Pascal Le Guyader (affaires générales, industrielles et sociales) est renommée direction "relations sociales, emploi et industriels" et la direction "affaires juridiques et conformité" de Marianne Bardant est rebaptisée direction "juridique, conformité et fiscalité". Rien ne change, en revanche, pour la direction communication, qui reste sous la houlette d'Eric de Branche.

Philippe Lamoureux a noté que la réorganisation s'accompagnerait de quelques embauches sur trois axes: le secrétariat général, les données et les nouvelles technologies (car "ce sont des compétences que nous n'avons pas aujourd'hui"), et la réputation et la RSE (responsabilité sociale des entreprises). Il a prévenu qu'il s'agirait d'un renforcement "à la marge", au vu du cadre économique contraint dans lequel opère le Leem.
