Lmao we got this new guy on Tuesday and I only really saw him in passing but he seemed nice
He was off yesterday as was I
He came in today, worked maybe 2 hours, said "fuck this" clocked out and QUIT AFSFFSFSGDGDG
We can't even retain people with a new manager 😭😭😭
Granted we DO work 4am shift and he was working grocery which is heeaaaavy bullshit that needs restocked daily so like I get it but 😭
I guess they're having a big hiring event and it's like cool cool so for every 5 we hire, we retain 1 for a year+ period. So...
