As an autistic woman who masks anytime they go outside, I totally relate to the trope where monsters disguise themselves as humans to try to blend in.
And when you've got multiple social masks for different groups of people in your life...
And even when you seem normal but you pick up on the wrong social cues...
Then when you are around other neurodivergent people....
It's a silly trope that I've always loved and now I finally understand why and have the language to express this feeling.

One of my favourite things is when two characters interact in such a completely innocently soft way that just for them becomes incredibly intimate and sensual. This scene here with Laszlo and Mary. He's demonstrating how saliva can coagulate a small cut on her finger. All he's doing is addressing her wound but it's so romantically done with the soft touches and the eye contact with one of the first times they physically touch eachother. 😫 ugh to be looked at the way Laz looks at Mary. It was incredibly hot.

Nadja and Laszlo’s matching hair streaks!
I assume it’s some vampire power and they aren’t like, dyeing them, and that Nadja probably controls it, and her being Laszlo’s sire gives her that power over him or something, but honestly I just think it’s really cute that they match.
