Celestial Journey to the Holy Land of Mt. Kailash
In the Hindu religion, Lord Shiva is believed to be the point of origination of eternal energy. Situated in the pristine location of Tibet, Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is thought to be the auspicious one. Every year thousands of pilgrims travel to this sacred destination for seeking the blessings of the lord. According to Skanda Puran, religious text, Kailash is the dwelling place of Lord Shiva and his consort Devi Parvati. Why do the pilgrims visit this auspicious land every year? Everyone is in search of inner peace. It is said Mt. Kailash is the seat of eternal energy for the mortal beings. Such a sanctified journey occurs once in a lifetime. The devotees endure hardship in this due course of the journey just to encounter the significance of the lord. The omnipresence of the lord has made him completely prominent among the devotees. In Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, the prayers of the devotees come out of the depth of pure heart. The pilgrims devote to undertake this life-changing journey leaving behind all kinds of life-related problems. This journey embarks the path of salvation. In the Hindu religion, nirvana is the ultimate goal to annihilate the soul in the spiritual realm. It is advised that one takes this auspicious journey to Kailash Mansarovar to rediscover own self. Most of the pilgrims use Nepal as the gateway to enter Mt. Kailash. The devotees from India as well as from the Western countries travel to Tibet to catch the holy glimpse of Mt. Kailash. Due to high altitude, the devotees face unavoidable conditions. The enigmatic location of the site will show you the elegance of spirituality. Every devotee surrenders completely to the supreme power of Lord Shiva.
Parikrama around the mountains
The devotees undertake extreme hardships of life to reach the heavenly abode of the Lord. This journey remains incomplete without completing the circumambulation around the mountains. The life of a person starts from his birth and comes to an end with death. It is believed that the parikrama around Mt. Kailash brings a new life to the devotee. An individual starts realizing that the Lord exists in every nook and corner of this spiritual place. The Hindus believe that 108 parikramas around this religious mountain will transform his experience towards life. In spite of its arduous nature, the pilgrims will achieve a rewarding experience at the end. The yatra will bring an enlightening change in the human soul. Another parikrama is around Lake Mansarovar. The etymological meaning of the word Mansarovar is the clear stream of consciousness that brings a complete change in the human soul and mind. The devotees take a holy dip in the lake to rinse off the committed sins of life. The spiritual thinkers believe before stepping into the holy site of Mt. Kailash, everyone needs to be pure from heart and mind. Therefore this bathing ritual means to be a compulsory event for the devotees to cleanse the sins. The auspicious time to encounter the holy water of the lake is between 3 am till 5 am. In this Brahma Muhurta, it is said that the celestial beings from heaven descend to earth to take a bath in this holy water. The pilgrims cover 32km trek on foot in the mere hope of encountering the supreme power of the lord. On urgent need, the pilgrims can also hire yak to complete the journey across Mt. Kailash.
The myth around Mt. Kailash
In Hinduism, the philosophy of Prakriti and Purusha is believed to be the ultimate seat of energy source. In the religious scriptures, Lord Shiva is defined as Purusha and Devi Parvati as Prakriti. The radiance of such spiritual power will guide you to seek true wisdom and knowledge of the universe. From the tinkling sounds of the anklets of Prakriti, the universe confronts its first sound AUM. Such cosmic sound makes reverberation in the valley. When an individual steps into such divine space, the aura of the sound can be felt easily. In this life-changing tour, one comprehends the essence of ultimate truth- ATMAN. The chaotic nature of the universe gets a form with such resonance of aura. Prakriti and Purusha indulge in the bewildering dance form of Tandav and Lashya. The spiritual thinkers believe such cosmic dance is perceived as the undying spirits of the pilgrims to travel the magical land. It is believed that the inner consciousness of an individual is knotted tightly at the apex of Mt. Kailash. After encountering such an incredible site, the conscious minds of the pilgrims are set free. After confronting the grandeur of the lord, the pilgrims rediscover the truthfulness of life. The philosophy of Shaivam stands on the base of hope and faith.

Character Profile: Lashya
Name: Lashya Riggs (also with an uppercase i because L was used)
AKA: Voidhound, Captain, beautiful (by Corso)
Class/Species: Scoundrel/Miraluka
Specialty: Heals (mostly just stealth through everything)
Relationship Status: Married, because even though she’s a flirt, country accents really do it for her.
Partner: Corso Riggs (he had to work for it, too. I mean, he had to break that gentlemen charm for her to finally admit she wanted him. Practically threw her over his shoulder when she finally let him have her.)
Orientation: Likes her men rich or country( mostly country though, rich men are no fun and usually Sith or snobbish.)
Family/Sibling: Older Sibling/Lukas
Personality: Sassy, Sassy, Sassy. Not serious about anything except money and her friends. Loves her ship. I mean, really loves it. Really weird about stuff she likes when people ask her about them.
Background/History: The youngest of two and orphaned with her brother at age 15. She is force sensitive but does not want to become a Jedi or have anything to do with that kind of life. She has trained with her brother to suppress all force abilities that does not contribute to her vision.
The first ship she ever owned was bought for her by her brother. She quickly learned the trade of smuggling during their travels. Terrific at Sabacc and has been banned from Nar Shaddaa twice under two different names that were not her own. Though, her brother would never tell anyone, he has been banned 4 times before the Jedi cleared his name with the help of the SIS.
Became a smuggler shortly after her brother joined the Jedi order. They made a deal with the Jedi consul that she would not join the order as long as she remained in Republic space and checked with them from time to time. She quickly broke that rule, but stays in contact with her brother regularly and only he knows where she is most of the time.
Her first job as a smuggler and not a privateer was for a man named Skavak.

Character Profile: Lukas
Name: Lukas (its actually spelled with a uppercase i because L wasn't available)
AKA: Hero of Tython, Jedi Commander
Class/Species: Sentinel/Miraluka
Specialty: Damage (the soft kind)
Relationship Status: With someone, but if the devs make another person romanceable, idk.
Partner: Lana (but Scourge though)
Orientation: Isn’t into really a gender, it's kind of depends on how the force looks around them. Something about how the dark side surrounds a person really interest him, even though he is completely light sided.
Family/Sibling: Younger Sibling/Lashya
Personality: Humorous and witty. Likes to remember how he was before the order, but also likes how he is now. Like to joke and tease his teammates, but can be serious when he needs to be.
Background/History: He and his sister were, I guess, orphaned, when their father died, but it was later in life. Their mother, who was a Jedi, died early on when Coruscant was attacked by the Empire. He also joined the order much later than most people, not because they didn't want him or he didn't want to, but because he wanted to wait until his sister was older enough to care for herself.
His family was quite comfortable before they passed. Even though they are both from the Miraluka home world, their parents left him and his sister a home on Coruscant, which they still own and meet with each other sometimes.
He was a privateer with his sister for a time and bought the ship that he left with his sister when he joined the order and had to give up his worldly possessions. While he was a privateer, he used his force-sensitive abilities to coerce better deals out of people and learn where were the best places to go and who he could and couldn't deal with. Amazing at Sabacc and taught his sister how to play.
