I’m so obsessed with the Rayman clone simply because there’s so many directions it could be taken in…

Like. Is he even a clone at all?? Does he know he’s not the original Rayman? Is okay with this? does he think he’s actually Rayman? What do they do with him after the broadcasts because he clearly doesn’t hang out in og Raymans/Ramon’s house.

IS HE EVEN A CLONE AT ALL, IS HE EVEN LIKE. A SENTIENT BEING? IS HE JUST SOME KIND OF PUPPET.

Could you imagine how cool a scene would be where him and Ramon meet? Like. I see so many things. If Ramon stays. Ramon he could just be. Rayman. LIKE IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES. Ughh

the show has been out for a day, and I'm already seeing people go 'omg, they made rayman a VILLAIN in that new show!!!'

y'all. he's not a villain. he was never a villain. that was the entire point. was he the poster boy of something horrible? absolutely. did he have bad intentions? absolutely not.

he was a victim of a corrupt system that used him to push their agenda. he didn't know any of what was happening behind the scenes because eden had beyond brainwashed him.

My thoughts about Captain Laserhawk (maybe part 1)

In general, I thought for a long time about how the Laserhawk activated its bomb on Sarah's left hand, if she always activates the bomb on her right...

Okay, I was thinking about who sent Rayman the message "If you want to know the truth, talk to the frog." The most stupid and at the same time the most ingenious option - The Board of Directors the most Rayfrog shippers!

But seriously, there is a version that it was Sarah, or rather, that cyborg spider in the finale, speaking in Sarah's voice. He has exactly the same mathematical symbol on his head as on an empty chair in the boardroom.

And then, how did he manage to send a message without revealing himself, for example, by voice? I couldn't watch the whole scene in the original, so I don't know if the Board of Directors speaks in the voice of one of the Director during the conversation, or if another voice is used so that none of the Board of Directors members will give themselves away just because of the voice. In any case, spider didn't use his real voice. hacked the system???

Perhaps he is a traitor among them (run "Among Us flashback.exe "), who wants to destroy Eden from the inside. It can be said that he was waiting for the moment when Rayman would be replaced on television in order to show the truth to the real Ray and destroy the Board of Directors with his help.

Based on the theory that the whole universe of "Captain Laserhawk" is a game, I'm already starting to talk some nonsense I assume that this cyborg spider (I'll call him that because I'm not sure if it's Sarah, I'll explain later) knows the whole plot (or at least knows the main plot twists that need to happen). That is, perhaps he knows that in this story the hero is not Eden, but the rebels, that the story does not come from the top of power, but from those who must destroy and defeat it.

Well, why does it seem to me that that spider (and therefore the character we followed all 6 episodes) is not the real Sarah Fisher? I'm not talking about the appearance that is different in flashbacks and the present tense (although this could be my argument in any way). Here I again rely on that theory (perhaps I confuse two different publications and mix them into one, who knows). It also said (or rather, summarized) that it was possible that the Laserhawk would be revived in the second season. I have a suggestion that one day Sarah died, and her consciousness was transferred to a certain database of deceased users of people (I'm sure it could well be in the cyberpunk world) and was used by the same traitor to cover up. I'm just not sure that Sarah could change her mind after seeing on TV almost the same underside that she sees when working in a maximum security prison

(I watched last episode, and Sarah's flesh was visible at the moment of the explosion, so this is a real person, albeit with cybernetic legs, so my theory is interesting, but unreal. Although her consciousness could indeed move into the cyborg's body after the destruction of her body. Or is there just an artificial intelligence in the cyborg spider's body based on the consciousness of the real Sarah)

You guys have no idea how much I think about that VR beach scene. How much I think about Bullfrog's final words. How much these two make me feel shrimp emotions. Yall have no idea man. Oh my fucking GOD

Thinking about how his blinders turn on immediately when it's about him.

Rayman has been taught to ignore everything that doesn't look right, and so whenever they're like "omg Rayman this is about you!"

Blinders. Instantly.

A good example is everyone's second favorite Rayman scene, where he shoots the council.

He's gone there for Bullfrog. That's his mission, and he's thinking entirely about someone else. He's focused entirely on Bullfrog. He gets those guns to save Bullfrog, he talks himself out of being a coward in the bathroom because hybrids need his help, and he goes up there to the board and he tells them to stop the timer.

But then they ask him "Are you happy now?"

And Rayman's mind like?? Shifts an entire fucking track dude! IMMEDIATELY about him and not the guy on screen in the electric chair!

AND HE JUST SHOOTS ALL OF THEM.

HE DOESN'T NEGOTIATE A WAY FOR BULLFROG TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE CHAIR OR ANYTHING.

HE JUST?? IMMEDIATELY RUINS HIS OWN LEVERAGE BECAUSE HE'S MAD. And he has every right to be mad, but he's immediately blind to the state of Bullfrog

WHO IS STILL SITTING IN A WORKING ELECTRIC CHAIR. WHO IS TO SAY THAT FAKE RAYMAN WON'T JUST PULL THAT SHIT HIMSELF?? DOES ANYBODY ACTUALLY BELIEVE THE STORY ABOUT THE ELECTRIC CHAIR MALFUNCTION??

Thinking about the contrast between Rayman's considerate nature and his learned selfishness...

He's inherently caring, he cares so much.

But the second it's about him he's such a fucking brat. It's an amazing character switch I love it.

Lex i need to ask something in regards to Captain Laserhawk and Rayman--i see them talking about Hybrids (anthro animal people looks like) so there's humans and hybrids, but what exactly is Rayman classified as? he's not really an ANIMAL per se (in my opinion he's some sort of Beast) but he's not human either. So. What is the rayman. Tell me everything 🎤

you're right that rayman is neither a hybrid nor a human - in the laserhawk universe, he's an alien refugee from another dimension!

this, I feel I should point out, is not lore taken from any of the rayman games or anything - this is something exclusive to the show. rayman, in the canon of his franchise, is just referred to as a 'thingamajig'. no one really knows what he is. he's not from another dimension, though - but he does have like a billion different backstories depending on which game you're playing. they all conflict with each other. we rayman fans have learned to just go with whatever we individually personally prefer 😆 so rayman being an alien from another dimension is like 'alright yeah man sure add that to the list of his backstories'
