HDJSHDH i need to know what happens with bad boy robby and his date with larusso’s sweet innocent daughter 😭
i imagine he picks her up at her house, driving a car he took from his mom and some flowers and chocolates he also stole, wanting to save what little money he had in order to pay for whatever they were gonna do.
it’s so cute to think of him getting all ready for a date like maybe ironing his clothes and spraying cologne 🥺
i think he’d either wanna go to a concert, arcade, or like a theme park or fair. all of these he’d want to impress her and show off. he’d buy them both some snacks and drinks to share, maybe a smoothie with two straws cus he saw it in a movie and thought girls would find it romantic. at the end of the date he brings her home and heads to leave but she invites him inside for a bit, they end up either watching movies and falling asleep together on her large comfy bed (maybe something else🤭)
thank you so much for answering all of my super long requests<3
I love your super long requests 💗 don't be shy to send more 😉
Robby would be the one to wanna pay for everything so he's scrounges up some cash to do so. Of course he steals the flowers and chocolates because the money can be used elsewhere. He wants to impress Reader and she's a rich Encino kid, so of course he has to do everything like a gentleman.
However, this is sweet, goth LaRusso!Reader. She doesn't care about money or what he's able to get her. One their daylte, she probably pays with her dad's card before Robby has the chance to take our his wallet. She doesn't care about the stereotype where guy pays for everything on the date. She just wants to have a nice, fun time with her date.
I thought they might go to a concert, but I love the idea that they go to a fair!
They totally eat fair food and sit at a picnic table while drinking a smoothie together. She totally finds two straws romantic, not that she'll admit it outloud. She has an air of gothic mystery to keep up, similar to his bad boy attitude he keeps up with. He definitely puts his arm around her while they walk around the fairgrounds, holding her close as he gives off that 'I don't care' attitude to everyone they pass by. It's actually so sweet.
They go on rides together where he holds her hand the entire time and they're laughing together, just having a nice time together. They spend the time waiting in lines talking about any and everything, just getting to know one another that much better. And cliche as it may be, they have their first kiss at the top of the Farris wheel 🤭 totally unplanned. It was just the perfect moment.
When the night is seemingly over, Robby is happy with how things are seemingly going to end. He takes her home and walks her to her front door, but then she mentions how she doesn't want the night to end and asks if he wants to come inside. He has nowhere he has to be, so he comes inside and they decide to watch a movie in her room. Her family aren't home, so there no one to bother them or bombard them with questions. She strategically told her dad that she was going out with friends and definitely not his new hire from the Auto Group.
It's sweet and innocent at first, but as they forget about the movie in favor of lip locking and gentle touches. Being that he wants to be gentlemanly, he doesn't touch past her waist but he does get some squeezes in. He can't help it. Her waist is so soft and squeezable 😏 so he has to at least get one in, which makes her gasp and their lip locking turns into making out.
They lay on her bed making out for what feels like forever before they have to part for air. She giggles when she sees her black lipstick smeared on his lips and she can't help kissing his cheek to leave a black smooch on his skin. And maybe a few more down his neck. Robby is not opposed to any of this and perhaps they get a little carried away with each other 🤭 either way, their night together is unforgettable.

He Got That Boyish Look That I Like In A Man
pairing [s] : daniel larusso x reader
warning [s] : nothing! | this really sucks 😭 I just wanted to release something cuz I've been lacking on yall
a/n [s] : requests are open! [ALSO! should I challenge things? like flufftober??]
Whenever your job offers you a raise to become an Automotive Director of Engineering for the dealership in Reseda, California you take it without warning. In an attempt to get away from slushy winters in the small state of Connecticut, you moved swiftly to a small apartment with lovely neighbors and a new life. You had been to California on some vacations with family, but living here had never crossed your mind.
You walk into your office that smells like fresh paint and cleaner, and set your books and purse down on the dark-oak table. The company had hired some individuals to work for you, which felt weird to say, as you used to be the same person. Your assistant walks in with a tap on your glass door, and she walks in. “Hey! I’m Shannon. Anything you need, I'll be across the hall. I've already started on the connections with Toyota and Nissan!”
You smile at her and shake her hand that she was holding out for you. “It’s nice to meet you. My name is Y/N L/N, but I assume you already know that!” You laugh and let go of her hand to hide any awkwardness and anxiety you had about being in such a high position.
“Okay well, I'll see you! And, someone has already set up a meeting with you!” Shannon says before walking away and shutting the door behind her.
You rub sweaty hands against your clothes and turn on your heels. The air-conditioning rumbles on and you wrap the small cardigan you had brought around you and begin staring at the paperwork that was placed in front of you. You start the work: scribbling works and many, many signatures with red pens and black pens. A knock is gentle against your door and you look up, and see Shannon and a very recognizable man standing there in a Navy suit and a smile on his face.
“This is Mr. Daniel Larusso. He owns Larusso auto parts and he said he wants to speak with you,” Shannon says, pushing her glasses up her nose and walking away.
The name sends a shiver down your spine as you hear it, and the face is suddenly very recognizable. The fateful summer vacation of 1986, fifteen-years old and young, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
You're sitting on the bench near the beach in a swimsuit and a big t-shirt, peeling through the boom. you had brought to your family vacation. Your family is on the beach setting up the tent and towels all across it to mark the place on the beach. The warm sun heats your skin up as you lay against the bench and continue flipping through your book that suddenly becomes boring.
A tan boy emerges from the water in orange trunks and black hair slicked back with salt water. An older and shorter man follows him up the coast and talks to him. You stare at him with your eyes following each of the tan’s movements. He notices your staring as he stares right back at you, eyes piercing into yours deliciously. His smile exposes his teeth and he knocks his head to the side and waves at you. The older man slaps the side of his head and scolds him.
You laugh at him before he tells the older man something then jogs over to you. His warm skin is a bronzy, and you swear there were twinkles of gold mixed in his skin shining against the light. “Hey, I’m Daniel. What are you reading?” The New Jersey accent rings out and you can't help but feel warmer.
“Oh some dumb romance. My name is Y/N, it's nice to meet you Daniel. Is that your Grandfather?” You cover your book up subconsciously to attempt to not get embarrassed, and point at the older man who seems weirdly angry next to the old car from the 40s.
Daniel shakes his head in response. “No, no. That’s Mr. Miyagi, he's my karate sensei. Is your book good?” He asks and you nod at his explanation, showing him you agreed.
“Yeah, my book is pretty good. You like karate? That's pretty awesome.” You tell Daniel and stare into his eyes. They're a soft, dark brown with a puppy-look inside of them. He looks your age, as he gets thrown a West Valley High soccer shirt that's bigger than him as he shrugs it on over his shoulders.
Daniel leaves with the older man after inviting you to the beach for a party held by the Football team and Cheer Team. You showed up in a baggy sweater and a pair of shorts. Daniel waved at you whenever he saw you, as he kicks around a soccer ball impressively on his two legs. You walk over to him and he laughs and kicks the ball over to you, and you catch it and throw it back to him with a shared laugh with him.
He sits down in the sand and you scoot closer to him. You're handed some hotdogs and sticks to cook over the fires made on the beach. You start one and hold a conversation about where you're from, why you were visiting, etc. The conversation was long, and filled with laughter and glances held longer than usual. Daniel handed you a drink and you declined, and he didn't drink as well.
You and Daniel just talk; it feels quite amazing. You haven't had a conversation like that in a long time, but everything falls out and you let your hand fall into his as you star-gaze further away from everyone else who was drunk and half-a drink away from throwing up on the beach. You almost find yourself staring at him more than the stars, admiring him underneath the full moon and stars. He looks beautiful both times: morning and night.
How are you supposed to leave Reseda and not think about Daniel when you leave back to Connecticut?
“I’m Y/N L/N, nice to see you again.”

I completely agree on the take that Johnny working at LaRusso Auto feels unearned, but consider this:
Amanda needs to take care of her girlfriend somehow, OK?
I like the theory that Carmen is as much of a disaster human as Johnny, and now with her disaster lovely having gotten herself pregnant by the family pet - because make no mistake, that's what Johnny Lawrence is to Amanda - Amanda has taken care of things behind the scenes, using Daniel as a smokescreen as she always does.

Weekend Night Relief
Well, Andy said he's gonna need some weekend time to himself. Looks like he's finally taking care of himself, that's great! I'm so happy for him!!!
So, I went through some resumes and gave him the ones that passed my tests.
He spent every night this week with a new possible recruit, as he called them, to find the right fit. I told him either one would do, but he said, and I quote "Sorry Ms. L, but I'm not putting over 10 years of my work here, at Larusso Auto, on the line for just any probie."
Oh well. *smiles* I knew there was a reason why I kept him.
So, Andy says he's picked the guy...
Declan Phieffer, former college football player and graduate, comes from a law enforcement family and is a great critical thinker.
Andy says he has what it takes to go far and will be a good face--I mean--good fit, in the Larusso Auto family.
Well.... At least maybe *someone* (@everyonesfavoritegoldenboy) will stop laughing over a certain bubbly blond bartender.

I once drew this fanart of Johnny and Daniel, where Johnny is wearing a LaRusso Auto shirt and Daniel wears his Metallica shirt and it was originally for my first LawRusso fanfic but Jon Hurwitz picked it from my Insta and shared it, I said I was happy he liked it and he said It's great! XD So... ever since I wonder if we would ever see Johnny work at LaRusso auto and I am super twisted about this. On the one hand I think he would fit in, the path for the possibility is laid out since Daniel knows he knows a lot about cars and he is a handyman and all.
And damn would I love to see Johnny wear a shirt that said Johnny LaRusso XD
But... here's the big 'but':
First of all Daniel being Johnny's boss would crush him. It's not like Daniel was above him in any situation possible, he got the girl, the good dad-sensei, the win, the family, the fame, the money and Johnny always feels defeated by him in any situation. He hates taking charity from him or anyone.
And I fear... if we follow that stupid plot with Carmen and the B*** and her wish of a house with a garden and all.... I fear that Johnny could be pushed further into the situation that he sees no other way than take the job our gold-hearted Daniel *affectionately* offers him and work below him to get everything right to feel worth of Carmen's love as always. (Did she ever say she loves him, yet? I don't think so XD)
I talked with my mom about it the other day and she also said it would be terrible if Johnny had to work for Daniel and I agree. I think it can be cute for a fanfic scenario, though at this point I wouldn't write it again because the thought of Daniel being Johnny's boss is just a personal no-no for me now. But if they do it in the show, it would be so bad, imo. If Daniel wouldn't offer Johnny to be an equal partner (imagine LawRusso Auto canon hrhr I would die for it XD) or have like his own workshop at the dealership where he's his own boss, it wouldn't work for me.
Maybe nothing of this will be addressed at all in the show but I think a lot of possible scenarios and this seems not too far fetched? Maybe? ^^;;; I just hope if any of this happens in some way they will let Johnny have dignity because he suffered enough.
#cobra kai#thoughts#johnny lawrence#btw I turn of reblogs for these kind of texts because it is often that it is part of a train of thoughts and I might add something later#or correct a typo or three#as always it's just bits of thoughts I write down and it usually goes deeper and deeper and it's not all sides I shine a light on just the#one that occupies my mind atm =)

This chapter covers the events during and surrounding season 3 episode 3, "Now You're Gonna Pay". Some of the plot and dialogue in this chapter comes directly from the episode itself, because I want to make sure there's enough context to understand what's going on without y'all having to go back and rewatch the episode...and their chemistry in this episode is off the charts lmao.
Let me know what you think!! <3
(Full chapter text below the break)
“Earth to Faroush. You have the contract, yeah?”
Without a word, Anoush held up the black binder, and Tom Cole flashed his surgical smile. He hung behind his current boss as they walked up to the front of Larusso’s Encino branch. The sleek building façade loomed overhead, and a gurgle from Anoush’s stomach made him question whether he was really over the odious twenty-four hour bug that had ruined his weekend plans. His digestive system did not perform at its best in stressful conditions - these days, nearly all of his conditions were stressful. A battle-fortified demeanor of professionalism could only mask so much of his innate social terror.
Had Anoush known what he was giving up when he walked away from Daniel and Amanda, he may have walked a tad slower. The slightly larger paycheck - and it was slight - did not make up for what the Valley’s other self-proclaimed auto king was putting him through now. When he’d accepted Tom Cole’s invitation to lunch at Mistral in Sherman Oaks after a week of stewing it over, the matter-of-fact conversation they had left Anoush feeling like his feet were on solid ground for the first time all summer. Cole made the choice to jump ship seem exceedingly simple. It wasn’t that Anoush was witless enough to trust the guy, but the facts were the facts. He could compare commission rates, promotional incentives and 401k contribution matching; or, he could compare how gratified he was by his work at LaRusso for over ten years to how despondent he’d become in the three months since Daniel moved him to the North Hollywood branch. When Daniel stood him up on that final day, Anoush was already detached. He was just another LaRusso who’d claimed to care, then left him high and dry.
While Anoush held no guilt walking away from his old boss, he did wish the hazing from the new boss would end soon. Roping him into this slipshod attempt at humiliating the competition was all too typical of Cole and his small army of filler-ridden white boys at the Van Nuys location. Anoush had faced down far worse insults, pranks and plain old beatings in middle and high school. That didn’t mean that the racist and antisemitic nicknames, or the gauntlet of repetitive trainings designed to keep his window of time for actual sales as low as possible, were fun to endure day after day. But if he could hang in long enough, the rest of the sales team would forget about him and find someone else to harass. Anoush was looking forward to invisibility. On the airy, tranquil LaRusso show floor, he was completely exposed. He sucked in a breath and held it as they marched towards Daniel and Amanda, who were huddled together by reception with stony expressions. Only one customer was on the floor, being coaxed into a mid-size SUV by--
Oh.
Of course.
“LaRussos!” Cole proclaimed, sweeping his arms wide like a televangelist ready to burst into song. Anoush stared at the iridescent flecks in the smooth marble underfoot. Whatever Cole was rambling about, he couldn’t hear properly. He felt like he was encased in a glass water tank. Shapes blurred, colors muddled, sounds didn’t travel quite far enough for him to decipher. In the corner of his vision, a navy blue form in the general outline of Louie LaRusso tucked its amorphous arm behind the customer’s back. The two figures floated down the corridor and out of sight. Louie hadn’t seen Anoush standing there. He must not have, otherwise he would have dropped everything to butt into the awkward bunch and pepper Anoush with dozens of invasive and embarrassing questions. Louie would have come over for one of his notorious bone-crushing hugs if he’d seen Anoush. But perhaps not. Anoush only knew Louie in a context that no longer existed, and that was no accident. In current reality, there was no evidence to suggest Louie would do any of those things. Maybe he had seen Anoush from across the floor and left in the opposite direction on purpose. That seemed most likely.
“Really, Anoush? You walk in here with this guy and let him talk to me like that, huh?”
He heard Daniel loud and clear, crashing back through plate glass to land face-first in the burgeoning hostilities. Meeting the indignant glare of his ex-boss - his ex-friend - only confirmed his suspicions, and there was no way he could look at Amanda. The couple regarded him as the interloper he’d chosen to be. If one LaRusso had beef, it transferred vicariously throughout the family.
“It’s just how he talks,” Anoush said in a monotone, with no idea what smarmy insult had been leveled at the LaRussos. “You get used to it.” His three-piece suit was far too hot for the glass-enclosed floor space, but his hands were growing clammy. “Uh, excuse me. Restroom.” He rushed away from the others, stomach churning with a vengeance.
***
In his big shiny office, Louie was grooving on his new sale paperwork. Dean Martin played on the Bluetooth speaker, and he whistled along to “Volare” as he kicked his feet up on the desk. His customer had just left with the promise of a brand-new Audi and a vibrant flush overtaking her face - just how Louie liked to leave ‘em. Amanda could gripe about numbers all day long, but he was doing pretty fucking peachy considering he’d only been back for a week. If Amanda was so concerned about how many cars they were selling, why was Louie the only one out there selling cars? Yeah, he supposed there needed to be actual people present in the building to sell cars to, but that was a technicality. Louie’s strategy was to sell to anyone who walked through the door - and if no one came in, he’d make them come in. He had his ways.
His cousins were too freaked out about the school fight, but when Louie questioned if they really wanted the business of folks who were idiotic enough to blame the LaRusso family for what happened, he was met with withering glares and grumbling. “Of course we want to sell to those people,” Amanda had snapped. “We’re trying to sell cars, Louie. Ve-hi-cles. As many as possible, to as many people as possible. The manufacturers don’t care how stupid a customer is, do they? You see a box for that on the form, Louie? Let’s see, How stupid is the buyer on a scale of one to a hundred? Who did the buyer vote for in the presidential election? Did the buyer have any pets growing up?-” Louie had backed out of Amanda’s office at that point. He wasn’t there to piss her off, although it was pretty funny to watch her slow descent into an automobile-induced nervous breakdown. It was way more fun to prove his worth by single-handedly saving the family business, if that’s what it came down to. And when they’d weathered the storm thanks to Louie’s powers of persuasion, he would rub it in Amanda’s face for years. That idea alone kept him in great spirits.
“Hey, man, look alive.” Daniel didn’t bother to knock on the open door, and Louie almost fell out of his chair. “You busy? Don’t seem busy.”
“I just sold you a fucking car,” Louie retorted, holding up his paperwork by the stapled corner of the packet. “You’re welcome.”
Daniel didn’t acknowledge the attempt at banter. He was looking over his shoulder. “Will you just come out and watch the floor for a sec? I don’t know where the hell Marcus wandered off to…”
“Yeah, fuck Marcus.” Louie tucked the paperwork into its proper folder like the stellar employee he was before getting up. “You and the missus headed out for the day?”
Daniel shook his head. “No, Tom Cole just showed up with Anoush. Cole’s completely insane. He actually has the nerve to walk in here and try to buy the place out from under us. I swear, if it weren’t for the school fight, he’d be laid out on the show floor right now.”
“Huh.” Louie was trying to button his suit jacket, but suddenly he couldn’t find the button-hole. He fumbled, dropped the button, and tried again. Then he quit trying and just stood there, staring out the door into the hall. Daniel was looking at him funny.
“You feeling okay?”
“Yeah, yeah. Uh, that’s crazy. I’ll go watch.” Louie cleared his throat, took a glance at his reflection in the mirror above his desk, and brushed non-existent lint off his lapels. He brushed past his frazzled cousin without another word on the way out. As a kid, Louie spent more time in detention than in the classroom. Walking out to the floor now as a grown man was scarier than any death march toward the principal’s office ever had been - and for once, Louie hadn't done a damn thing wrong. It was just Anoush, for crying out loud. The little fucker was about as intimidating as a basket of laundry. And yet, when he turned the corner and saw Anoush standing next to Tom Cole, arms folded tight in front of his chest, Louie’s control of his limbs evaporated. He stopped dead next to the intake desk and looked for a pen, a brochure, anything to look busy.
“Louie.”
Fuck. Amanda’s quiet, ferocious voice was a force Louie didn't feel like reckoning with.
“What's happening?” He pointed at Tom Cole and grinned like his life depended on it. “Hey, how you doin’, Mr. Cole? Ready to give up on that racket you got going down the street and join the cool kids?” He was cringing at the sound of his own words, but he had no clue how to handle the people in front of him. Amanda just shook her head, Cole’s silicone face didn’t budge, and Anoush’s cheeks puffed out like a hamster's. Louie knew he was doing that stuck-up little fake sigh he always did when he objected to something Louie said, or the way he said it, which was all the damn time. It meant Anoush was still judging him from afar - a tiny quirk that used to drive Louie up the fucking wall. Now, recognizing Anoush’s expression was a relief.
“If the cool kids are cool with violence,” said Cole, clasping his hands together, “then call me a square.”
“What?” Louie scoffed. He glanced at Anoush, gesturing towards Cole like get a load of this guy. He thought, or imagined, that the corners of his mouth twitched. Then Anoush turned his head away to stare at the wall.
“Don’t you get it, Louie?” Amanda said brightly. “He’s saying we’re all thugs. Tom, why don’t we get settled in the conference room, okay? Daniel’s on his way.”
“Now, now. No need to be dramatic.” Cole followed Amanda, oblivious to the daggers she’d been glaring at him the entire time. Daniel passed a moment later to join them in the conference room, mouthing something at Louie that he didn’t quite catch. That left him alone on the show floor with Anoush. Louie shoved his hands in his pockets, following Anoush’s stony gaze towards the front entrance. He wasn’t used to the air between them being so quiet. Then again, Louie wasn’t used to being near Anoush at all anymore, and he didn’t get why he had to make this weird. Wasn’t he gonna say hello? At the very least, he thought Anoush might show some sign of being happy to see him. Damn, Louie thought. If that’s how it is…
“I can’t believe you’d go work for that mamaluke.”
Louie got exactly what he was after - Anoush’s attention. The wrinkle that appeared between his brows told Louie all he needed to know. Anoush had a lot of tells when Louie got under his skin.
“That is the most goombah thing you’ve ever said,” he retorted. Louie’s frustration flared hot in his chest.
“Hey! Take it easy, okay? That’s not your word, that’s our word.”
“Is it, though?” Anoush always did this. He pushed on every point Louie made, searching for weakness. He’d never let Louie relax. Every conversation was a battle to determine who had to play the most defense, and who could withstand the barrage of personal barbs the longest. It got Louie’s blood pumping.
“I don’t know. Still, I didn’t like your tone, the way you said it.” A picture-perfect volley, designed to goad Anoush into his favorite subject of argument - semantics. But where Louie expected him to step up and snap back, Anoush just deflated.
“Okay.”
With the flow of energy cut off, Louie was unmoored. He hated the lurch in his stomach, hated Anoush for making him stand there like a dick with nothing to say. Louie refused to allow this bullshit to continue. He was bull-headed, obstinate, and proud of it - he’d keep pushing and pushing until Anoush either decided to chill out or to murder Louie with his bare hands.
“You still over on Lankershim?” he asked. Anoush shifted on his feet, rewarding Louie’s effort at small talk with perfunctory eye contact.
“No. Upgraded to a small two-bedroom over on Outpost.”
It took Louie a second to recall where Outpost was. “Oh, good for you, man.”
“Yeah, thanks.”
“I’m tryin’ to move right now, I’m still over at the 99 Cent Store. That place sucks, man.” There was no denying Anoush’s smile now, though Louie wasn’t completely sure whether it was friendly or mocking. When it came to him and Anoush together, there wasn’t much of a difference. “You gotta see the degenerates that come in and outta there. But I'm gonna get my own spot now that I got a little job stability.” For a brief giddy moment, Louie thought they were over the hump. But Anoush frowned, his lower lip jutting out slightly, and Louie had seen that face before. It was never good.
“...Don’t be so sure of that.”
Louie felt blindsided. Why did Anoush have to speak in fucking riddles? “What you talking about?”
Anoush opened his mouth, but nothing came out. He scratched his temple and fidgeted. Louie was beyond done with fucking around.
“Anoush. I know you know something. What do you know?”
Their eyes connected steadfastly for the first time. Louie had no idea what to think. All he knew for certain was that Anoush looked exhausted. He’d forgotten how it made him feel to see Anoush genuinely downtrodden because it was so rare. Watching Anoush look over his shoulder at Cole made him furious on his behalf. In a brain ruled by impulse, reaching out to grab Anoush by the arm and tell him everything would be alright seemed like a great idea - but he didn’t. What was most important to him now was keeping Anoush right here. If he scared him off now, he’d never forgive himself. Not to mention, he didn’t know if everything would be alright.
“Okay,” Anoush said, “you didn't hear this from me.”
***
Only a few hours had gone by since Anoush had re-entered the LaRussos’ lives under extreme duress, but several months worth of fatigue set in as soon as he sat down in the solitude of his own car. He shucked off his suit jacket and scrambled to unbutton his waistcoat. When he pulled a lever on the bottom of the driver’s seat, it reclined all the way into the back. Anoush laid flat in the seat, crossed his arms over his face to shield his eyes from the afternoon sun, and let out a long groan. “Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.”
He never imagined that he would grow weary of being treated to lunch at the most delicious restaurants in the Valley, but the dragon roll Daniel bought him wasn't sitting right in his stomach. The conversation itself had gone well, Anoush thought; it was lovely to catch up with Daniel now that he had a foot back in the real world. But he couldn’t bring himself to make any promises, and the disappointment was plain in Daniel’s expression as he toasted Anoush with lychee strawberry soju. Anoush knew Daniel understood that he was in a difficult position and had a lot of factors to consider, but he was so tired of letting people down.
Anoush was startled out of feeling sorry for himself by a brash ringtone playing over his car’s Bluetooth speaker. “For fuck’s sake, harām zādeh,” he grumbled, digging in his pocket for the phone. A solid five minutes of peace and quiet was too much to ask of the universe. He answered without looking at the screen. “You’ve got Anoush.”
“What the fuck, dude? “You’ve got Anoush”? When you start answering the phone like a corpo douchebag?”
Anoush sat up straight so fast that he tweaked something in his lower back. “Ow. Louie?”
Louie was openly laughing at him over the speakers. It reminded Anoush of a weird dream he’d had last year. “What happened at lunch, you fucking nerd?”
“How do you even know I’m done with lunch?”
“I dunno. Call it a fifth sense or whatever.”
“Or Daniel told you.”
“Maybe.”
“So you already know what happened at lunch.”
“Not really. You think I just called to hear you talk?”
The interior of the car was way too hot. Anoush turned on the engine and cranked the air conditioning as low as it would go. “Kind of seems like you did.”
Louie laughed again, but started coughing in the middle. He didn’t say anything for a moment.
“You still there?” Anoush asked. He wanted to kick himself for daring to skirt around the elephant in the room, but the elephant was throwing a tantrum and spraying water everywhere.
“Yeah, yeah. I’m here,” Louie finally replied. “Sorry if the sound’s weird. I’m out in my car.”
“Me too.”
“So what’d you tell him? He wouldn’t give me shit. I asked real nicely, too.”
Anoush figured their conversation wouldn’t be quick. He sank back down on the flattened driver’s seat, and reached for the knot in his tie. “I didn’t really tell him much besides what I told you. His contract with Doyona’s void at the end of the month. Cole made him out to be a maniac.”
“So what’s he gonna do?”
“I don’t know for sure. He mentioned flying out to meet with Doyona.”
“All the way in Japan? Jesus.” Louie’s frustrated exhale created a burst of static on his end of the line. “This shit is so crazy. Hey, did he say he wants to take me to Japan with him?”
“...You know what? Oddly, that didn’t come up.”
“Man, I just want one of those sick-ass Japanese swords. Bring it back with me.” Louie made a few swish, swish noises, and Anoush could picture him swinging the air katana in his driver’s seat. “If that blond asshole comes around the dealership again, he’s gonna be sushi.”
“Fuck that guy. He never paid me for the shoes he ruined.”
“Amanda said he hurt you,” Louie remarked. Anoush waited for a joke or a childish, vulgar nickname that never came.
“Johnny? Yeah. Punched me in the stomach.”
“I’m sorry.”
“What?” “I shoulda been there.”
Anoush closed his eyes and made himself to inhale and exhale, deep and long, ignoring how his breathing wavered. He loosened his tie completely and pulled it off. On that day, he’d thought the same thing.
“What would you have done?” he said, forcing the levity in his tone. “You couldn’t beat the guy when you had a baseball bat.”
“Hey, hey, that was a dirty-ass fight. You weren’t there. Don’t talk about shit you don’t know, Anoush.” He could hear the smart-alec energy return to Louie’s voice. “But then I guess you’d never have shit to talk about.”
“I don’t know what I’m talking about? Six months ago, you told me with a straight face that you thought Elton John was a woman until you were twenty-five.”
“I fucking told you, I misheard it my whole life! Not my fault I never saw his fucking name written down. Thought his name was Ellen John.”
“Ellen fucking John.” Anoush was laughing so hard he curled up in a half-hearted fetal position on the seat.
“Well, what kind of fucking name is Elton?”
Their laughter eventually trailed off and left dead air in Anoush’s car, with only the drone of the fan filling his ears. This silence didn’t carry expectation or dread; they’d gotten something out of their systems together. Anoush thought about what must have led Louie to finally look down at Anoush’s contact card in his phone and tap it. He wondered if Louie had considered hanging up before he got an answer.
“I don’t know what to do now,” he admitted to Louie.
“I mean, you just tell Cole to go fuck himself. Right?”
“Ideally, yeah.”
“And then you come back over here.”
Anoush sighed. “I don’t know if it’s that simple.”
“What the fuck is un-simple about it? They want you back, man.”
“...I just know things won’t be the same as before.” There was no way to tell if Louie understood what Anoush meant by that. He wasn’t entirely sure what he meant, himself.
“Fuck no. It’s gonna be way better. They’re gonna be so glad to have us both back, we can have whatever the fuck we want. You gotta see the office they gave me, it’s fucking ridiculous. What, do you not wanna come back because you’re scared I’m gonna beat the shit out of you this quarter?”
“Not really much competition when the quarter’s half over.”
“Yeah, you better stay over there at Tom Cole’s daycare then.”
“Fuck you, Louie.”
Anoush had missed saying that so much.
“Just come back,” Louie said softly. “Don’t…don’t be an idiot. Just come back.”
“...Fine.”
“Oh. Okay then.”
“Yeah.” Anoush didn’t need to look in a mirror to know his face was burning bright pink.
“I thought you were gonna be way more of a pain in the ass about it. I had a whole speech ready,” Louie fake-complained.
“No, no. I wanted to leave on day one. Just waiting for a good enough excuse.” Anoush really didn’t want to hang up - they had months worth of bullshit stories and heated arguments to catch up on. “Can you leave me alone so I can call your cousin?”
“Fuck, finally. I thought you’d never shut up.”
“I want to hear that persuasion speech on Monday morning, by the way.”
“Oh, yeah. I made that shit up.”
“I still want to hear it.”
“Okay. Damn. Bossy bitch.”
Once he brought himself to end the call, Anoush didn’t rush to get Daniel on the line. He stared up through the sunroof of his Porsche at the cloudless sky and wondered if he’d just hallucinated the entire conversation - or maybe he’d hallucinated the entire summer. On Monday, Anoush would wake up and stop for coffee or donuts or both on the way to work. He would arrive before Louie, and set a Boston cream long john on his desk for when he inevitably rolled in fifteen minutes behind schedule. Everything would be the same - or almost the same. The morning Louie never showed up would become a distant nightmare rather than a catalyst of chaos in Anoush’s life. And one day soon, they might laugh about it together. Unable to stop smiling, he sat up and dialed Daniel’s number.
“Hey. Yeah, let’s do it. I can have Cole back there in an hour if you really want to rub it in his face…just promise not to punch him, okay? I don’t feel like being named in a lawsuit. And Louie has to promise, too.”

I lowkey feel like once things get better in Mercy, Terry’s gonna find himself…domesticated! Let’s be real, there is no way Daniel won’t eventually revert back to being a househusband. Amanda practically ran LaRusso Auto herself, Daniel seemed to really love being at home with family and cooking and doing cute stuff like scrapbooking and gardening and fiddling with old cars :3
I can see Daniel going about Terry’s mansion making it more homey. Look how beautiful and warm his and Amanda’s home was! That’s got Daniel written all over it. Maybe if Terry is a good boy he’ll even learn to cook his favorite things to eat. Crème brûlée, Mr. Silver? :3
(Besides, Terry would nut so hard if Daniel wore an apron. Haha.)
💯 Terry is going to be domesticated 😂 but I think he’s counting on (looking forward to) that.
Can’t wait to do all the things couple do 😉
Terry has had relationships but never any real ones.

Shop Talk
Declan Phieffer: Hey, man, what's up? *sits down at the bar* You said you wanted to talk before my next shift...?
Andy Morgan: Yeah, hang on a minute. *finishes mixing a drink and walks it down the bar*
DP: Hey, look, I just wanted to thank you again, for the job. Ms. Larusso said you had the final say.
AM: *wipes hands on bar towel and hangs it over his shoulder* Yeah, about that.
DP: *concerned* Whoa, what's wrong?
A: Look, like I told you when you first started, I've been working at Larusso Auto for more than ten years--
D: Yeah...
A: --and it's not just a job. They've been very good to me. They gave me a real chance, gave me a purpose again after I got out of the service.
D: *hesitantly nods (worried where this is going)* yeah, I've heard how hard it can be coming back...
A: It is, but that's not what this is about. To repay them--especially Ms. L--for everything, I've taken it as my duty to look out for not only the company, but her as well.
D: Well, yeah, of course! That's kinda what a security guard does...
A: I'm not just talking about during my shift.
D: Come on, Morgan, just spit it out. If I'm gonna be working there, I can't be walking on egg shells. If there's something I need to know, just tell me.
A: *sighs, crosses arms* Fine. Sheila told me that she was working on the planning for that retreat thing and that you might have been a bit...flirty. Not just with her, but with Ms L.
D: Oh, that.
A: Yeah, that.
D: Yeah, I probably was. But what's wrong with keeping the ladies you work with--or for, for that matter--happy and making them feel good?
A: Look, Sheila's a big girl and can handle her own. But if you haven't noticed yet, many of us--especially Sheila, Anoush, as well as myself--have been looking out specifically for Ms. L.
Well, she is the boss, right?
It goes deeper than that. There used to be a "Mr. Larusso".
Oh...
Yeah....there was a divorce. It was a lot cleaner and quieter than it could have been, but Ms. L really did take it hard. They were together for 20 years, have an entire franchise of car dealerships, not to mention two kids under the age of 16. She's tried to keep it close to the vest...for the employees, for the public, as well as for her kids...you can imagine the ol gossip mill is not easy on her in this town. But when it's just me and her, alone on the night shift, I've seen the signs. I've driven her home and cleared the house many times, before leaving.
D: So, is that another official duty for the night shift, or just a seniority perk?
A: *glares, and softly yet sternly, clears the air* There's absolutely nothing going on between me and Ms. L, if that's what you're asking. I have the utmost respect for her, she's a good woman.
*leans back in his chair, defensively raising his hands* Hey, I was just asking. Wanted to know if there was anything *special* that I needed to know. You never know how much of the stories are true or not.
What stories?
You know, lonely divorcees in the valley. You're over here talking about "just you and her... Alone at night..."
*glare intensifies, until Declan drops it* But yes, there will be times that she will need to be driven, or the very least followed, home. Not every night, just if you notice that she's not her best, maybe a bit tired or maybe a bit scrambled. She's a ripe target for harm, especially alone at night. All we need is some jackass to hold her up for money, or worse, kidnap her and hold her for ransom.
Okay, yeah, that does sound more grounded and realistic. Sorry, about--
*brushes it off* Yeah, drop it. You're young yet, just don't let any of your fantasies get the better of you. You're there to do a job.
*Nods, with all sincerity* Yes, sir. *taps the bar and slides off his stool to leave*
*pulls towel from his shoulder and goes back to drying glasses* Oh, I do need to give you a head's up though.
*stops abruptly and hangs back, hesitantly* About...?
Ms. L has been seeing a guy.
Okay.....
Normally, I wouldn't say anything. It's none of our business. He's a good guy...mostly...and he does treat her well. But....
But what?
Well, one, there was a big long history with him and...Mr. Larusso.
Oh, okay. Is Mr. Larusso going to be around a lot?
No, not really. He hasn't been around for a while, actually. I honestly don't even know if he knows that Ms. L is with Lawrence.
Okay, then why--
Well, I said Ms. L took the divorce hard--
Yeah...
--and then ends up with Lawrence, her ex husband's arch enemy--
Wait, what?!
*sighs, and puts the dry glass up* yeah, it's a long story. Be around long enough and you'll get the details, just don't talk to @jerseysanswertogodamongidiots about it, he's still not all that cooled down about it. He and Lawrence tend to get into..."arguments", whenever they're in the same room.
Wait...Louie Laru--he's her--
Cousin-in-law, yeah. Don't try to think about it. Things have been a bit crazy the last couple years. Ever since Lawrence's car came in to get serviced, in fact. I was working that night, I should know.
Wow, okay!
Yeah.
So anything I should know about this Lawrence guy, if he turns up at night?
Like I said, he's more or less a good guy. He's not much of a talker, but I can tell, he's crazy about Ms. L and would do just about anything for her, but--
But... What?
There is a bit of an age gap, he's about *squints* 10 years her senior, and well--
Morgan, come on, well what? Is he some rich mafioso or something? Does he have a mob of goons, ready to pounce on me if I make a pass on Ms. L or something?
Nnnooooo. Just--let me put it this way....you kinda look a lot like he did when he was your age.
Ahhhh. So, probably shouldn't be trying to flirt with the Boss for brownie points, got it! *tilts head and salutes with two fingers*
Yeah, and the big drama between him and Mr. Larusso goes way back to their high school karate tournament, so--
Wait, what?! You're warning me about a guy that's still going on about his high school karate days?!
Hey, I know you're too young to remember, hell, I'm almost too young, but back in the 80s karate here in the valley, was like football in Texas.
*chuckles* Texas, huh? That's funny. So, you're saying that Ms. L has hooked up with the Valley's answer to Al Bundy?!
*rolls eyes and goes back to drying glasses* well, both made the finals and there's been an argument for the last 30 years about if the win was legal or not.
Okay, since you said Ms. L kids are under 16, I don't think I have to worry, about getting my head bashed in by a wall, railing or a door.
Very funny.
Hey, I heard you, no brownie point flirting, okay? I think I'm good now. Anything else? Gotta grab some grub before my shift.
Yeah, Lawrence won't be around every night. He's got his own business a couple hours away, so he only comes into town every couple weeks. Just wanted to let you know what you're walking into.
Copy that, boss.

i’m in desperate need of robby fluff<3
s1 bad boy robby who still hangs out with trey and cruz. he goes to the skatepark often and that’s where he sees her, an angel- he thinks. Her beautiful face painted with eyeliner and thick black makeup, a chubby body squeezed into short shorts that hugged her ass and hips, and a low cut metal band tee that he recognized which showed off her plump tits. He tries to work up the confidence to talk to her, but is stopped by his “friends” to talk about a new plan to scam someone. They see who he’s looking at and tease him for thinking the fat goth girl is cute, but robby just tells them to fuck off.
When he applies at LaRusso Auto, he thinks it’ll just be a quick thing, something to get some money and eventually steal from. But his plans change when he finds out that his angel from the skate part will be training him. She shows him the ropes and they have casual conversations about life. They talk about family and he finds out she’s larusso’s daughter. At the end of their shifts they exchange numbers and make plans for a date. When robby goes home he feels he’s in heaven and for the first time in a while he sleeps peacefully thinking about his pretty little angel.
also i hope you’re doing well!! i know you’ve mentioned you’ve been struggling for a bit
I'm doing alright, thank you 🤗💗😊
Let's not forget that Robby applied to work for Daniel to irk his own dad, so when he learns that Reader is his daughter, that idea is out the window too. He sees Reader there and he's so head over heels.
She's dressed for work in dark blouse and skirt. It's a toned down version if what she was wearing when he first saw her but she's definitely made the business look her own. She's still wearing her dark makeup and jewelry, setting herself apart from the rest of the employees aside from her age. It's eye catching and Robby can't help checking her out, especially the way her tits strain against her blouse and her thighs peeking out from her skirt.
He can't help trying to flirt with her while she's training him and she smooths over it, pretending not to care. However, she is totally into Robby. She's remembers him from the skatepark. Her friends were talking and skating but she was watching Robby. She liked the way he carried himself and his style, especially his rings she sees him turning as she talk and explains what his workload will be at the Auto Group.
When he's about to leave for the day, he's shocked she stops him and gives him her number. He thought he wasn't getting anywhere with her but now he gets thay she was just acting professional. Their little talks could've amounted to nothing but he got her number and he gave her his. He went home with a big smile on his face. He can't wait to go on that date 😍 ☺️
Bad boy Robby drifting to sleep that night thinking of the pretty, goth angel that he finally met. No doubt he's trying to think of date ideas, but he doesn't have a lot of experience, so he had no idea what he's really doing. He doesn't have any spectacular ideas, but he doesn't know he doesn't have to worry about that. Reader is at home working on getting them concert tickets to a band they were talking about and both enjoy 😉

✮ — enid sinclair / warmth sparked
( secondary canon muse | source: wednesday | main verse: nevermore university )
a study in: pastel princess, only daughter, growing at her own pace, this kitty has claws, the rainbow not the pot of gold, arts and crafts in every corner, social media girly, bright manicures that never seem to be wrecked, unassuming doormat, constantly apologizing (and trying not to), the friend to all, loyal to the end, not good enough (even for her mother), boy crazy really just wants to be loved, under the full moon.
( es1 ) painted all my nights a color i have searched for
main verse- enid at nevermore university. sort of an au... can be taken post canon? werewolf girly who can be a werewolf but doesn't always have to be or really want to be. doing things on her own terms.
( es2 ) done apologizing
normal eighteen year old enid, senior year of high school, after making a friend who pushed her so hard she snapped- and maybe stood up for herself both to her friend and finally to her family... and maybe she can finally live for herself... she can't wait to get out of this town...
( es3 ) and you started it
enid at nevermore without wednesday. college or high school type scenario. she really did change things for her... what happens if she's not there to.
( es4 ) kitty has claws
she's not a werewolf, just a teenage girl with a popular instagram and tiktok page in the valley. finds herself stumbling into the middle of a karate war... she's got six brothers and well- maybe she can learn to fight too. even if a little thing like enid's not all that menacing, she, like the others, could at least learn to defend herself. she's just lucky to fall in with miyagi do after her dad takes her to get her first car from larusso auto and suggests she try it out. at least her dad believes she can do something even if he won't stand up for her... but maybe she needs a stronger mentor figure in her life.

I wish CK would end with Daniel giving up Miyagi-do and teaching, leaving LaRusso Auto to Amanda, and just becoming a full time stay at home dad. He loves family life and homey stuff, and he always seems happiest and most content when he’s at home with his family 💕 I genuinely believe Daniel isn’t ambitious and would have been perfectly content being a househusband. I don’t think Amanda would mind either since she seems to be the one who runs the business and Daniel there just to help her out and charm the customers.
speaking of careers johnny needs to go back to being a handyman and like, actually try and be a dad to robby. his “karate” is better off as a hobby and certainly not something miyagi-do needs to be associated with.
So you feel there was zero character development for either of them Nonnie? Pretty damning on the writers 🤭 I didn't use to think Johnny was a bad sensei, but contrasting him with Miyagi-Do doesn't bring out the best in him. Sam and Miguel said they wanted the All Valley to be able to compete safely, to prevent injury, with the possibility to safely back out of a fight and if Johnny doesn't understand that Tory was at serious risk to hurt herself and Sam, after what had already happened to Miguel when Robby got like that, he's no better than Kreese.
As for the business - Amanda needs Daniel there as a front man. It's cars, the sexism must be rampant. I'm sure he already gets as much time as possible at home but without him, they would lose out on customers and contracts. I said what I said. The likes of Cole would really be like: "You're buying your cars from a chick???" The presence of a man legitimises a woman to those kinds of people. There also must be a reason why they focus on foreign brands, Daniel probably feels familiar and less aggressively Murican to those suppliers. I know for Americans, Johnny Lawrence may feel mainstream but to Europeans at least all the flag waving and bigger-is-better feels pretty foreign. Daniel of course to us is still very obviously American, but less loud, so he can close certain cultural gaps more easily. As long as he defers to Amanda behind the scenes, this model works very well. There would simply be too much stigma if Daniel stayed home permanently. I bet Amanda always closes up and comes home to a home cooked meal with Daniel having picked up the dry cleaning. It's the best this culture will allow.

Cobra Kai Character Political Orientations
(bc I'm avoiding work; also my opinions are extremely unqualified)
Terry: Republican until Bush (round 1), voted for Clinton, went back to Republicans after 9/11, and then voted for Obama. Donates to republican lobbies to keep business regulation down.
Kreese: Libertarian, but voted for Republican presidential candidates until 2016
Johnny: has never voted. Doesn't even know how. Zones out whenever anyone brings up politics, which makes Daniel crazy.
Daniel: Parents were republican until Ragean and then Lucille became strongly Democrat. Didn't really care about politics until his late 30s. Now he pays attention to local elections, was on the school board at one point probably
Amanda: Democrat. Is still on the school board. Considered running for local office at one point but didn't want to spend less time on LaRusso Auto
Carmen: Democrat. Would pay more attention to local elections if she weren't raising a child and single-handedly supporting her family of three.
Lyle: Libertarian.
Ali Mills: Democrat to the end. Parents were republican, so at first, it was rebellion and then when she was old enough to pay attention to politics and vote she decided she aligned with Democratic party ideals
Stingray: Only votes in presidential elections. Tells every black person he meets that he voted for Obama
Sid Weinburg: What Do You Think? Donated money to Raegan's presidential campaigns both times. Before that, he donated to Ragean's governor bids. Donates money to every pro-business Republican lobby he can see. Caused the 2008 market crash somehow. Was probably in the KKK Louie: Also only votes in presidential elections, for whoever his parents told him to, now whoever Amanda tells him to. Before Amanda started giving him names, he voted for whichever candidate had the hottest wife
Anoush: Democrat, votes in senate and presidentials only, claims to be "super involved" and fights with Daniel about it.
Counsellor Blatt: Passed out Hillary bumper stickers in 2016. Took the day off when she lost and posted a very long, melodramatic post about the direction the country was going in. A bunch of kids from the school started anonymously flooding the comments with "lock her up" and she hosted a seminar on cyberbullying
Mike Barnes: Republican until he got his act together, votes democrat in big elections, and "feels it out" in littler ones.
Jessica: Democrat, her and Amanda have lively Thanksgiving debates with the rest of their family
Johnny pt 2: tentatively decided he was libertarian after Lyle explained it to him and then his kids told him about the libertarian debate over age of consent and he got frustrated and gave up on politics again

I would say he projected onto Tory, not empathized, because if he had empathy he would have understood that was not what she needed.
If he had any self reflection he would know that fighting it out, has also never done him any favours.
Love everyone taking about Daniel’s favouritism towards his kids when Johnny literally whispered in Mike’s ear the entire time about Devon and even fought him so she could have a shot.
That’s cool though.
Larusso auto - Johnny we know is someone who can dish it out but can’t take it. Not talking about physical fights where he constantly has his ass handed to him.
But he is so obsessed with getting respect, having done nothing AT all to deserve it (like Robby forgiving him cough cough) but then doesn’t respect anyone else.
He always acts like he’s owed so much and why?! He doesn’t even do the bare minimum.
Daniel gave him a job so he could have a steady paycheque so he could get a house for his family - once again having someone else solve his problem.
Even though his family’s needs depend on this job he throws a temper tantrum because he feels slighted.
Even though he did the exact same thing to Daniel about training the day before.
I think this sums up Johnny. The part where he tells Daniel he’s handling it (referring the fight) then proceeds to stand there and do absolutely nothing except make the situation worse.
I think overall I’m just confused about Johnny’s arc this season. He had some big moments of growth, but then completely regressed. He inadvertently led Tory and Sam to talk things out, but he also inadvertently pushed Devon to poison Kenny. He bulldozed Daniel and took over training, and then got upset when Daniel took over training the next day like Johnny literally told him to. He tried to stage a coup at Larusso autos and jeopardized the steady job he only got to take care of his family. He understandably empathized with Tory over her mother’s death, but he showed zero self reflection with the fact that “fighting it out” following his own mother’s death is precisely what imploded his entire life. And this is all consistent with the character over the last 6 seasons, but man do I just wish that in the final season they would actually let him grow and escape the narrative they’ve trapped him in
