Tips For Picking The Perfect House Plan
It helps to follow a personal meal plan if you are following any type of diet for the purposes of losing weight.
A personal meal plan:
1. ...can help you to stay focused on your diet and reduces the likelihood that you will deviate from your weight loss efforts.
2. ...is useful for planning out what you will be eating each day. This way you can avoid the temptation to deviate from your diet due to being hungry and not having food available or not having a plan for where you can eat.
3. ...serves as an excellent educational tool, as it helps to guide you as to how to eat healthy and how to stay on track.
4. ...helps you to build accountability to yourself for the diet. You can track your progress and see where you are successful and where you are faltering with your weight loss journey. Too big, too little. Too fancy, too plain. With myriad options for house plans available today, it's hard to know where to begin.
Consider the following issues and ask yourself some telling questions. The answers will help you decide on a design that's just right for your family as well as your budget and lot. Click here the rock meal plan
Square one
The real estate agent's mantra "location, location, location" rings true even when you're building from scratch. From privacy to orientation, your lot is likely to influence which plan you choose.
"Theoretically, it's best to start by finding a lot because then you'll have a clear idea of what square footage will and will not fit on the property," says Robert Martin, Architecture Editor at Southern Living. "It's a dangerous proposition to try to gooseneck a house into a lot that's really not ideal for that plan."
The property owner can seek a variance to exceed the "building envelope," the allowable area that a home can occupy on a lot. However, the process is often lengthy and there's no guarantee that permission will be granted.
Local zoning boards and community organizations often require a house be set back a certain distance from the street. Before purchasing a corner lot, find out if front-yard setback regulations apply to the lot's front and side-street boundaries. This could substantially reduce the area available for a home's footprint. Easements as well as natural features, like rock outcroppings and mature trees, may also influence where the house can be located.
"Some communities promote close neighbors, and some communities promote more breathing space," Martin says. "It's not wise to use up every square foot of building space because you'll have less of a yard."
If the lot is located in a suburban neighborhood, consider the placement of windows - take care that they will not align exactly with neighbors' views. Driveways should also be taken into account to make sure that there's plenty of room for parking and turning around.
Streets and topography may be the main determinates of a house's orientation, but it's also a good idea to consider sun exposures when possible. A homeowner might reorganize a floor plan to take advantage of morning and afternoon light. Martin says that covered porches that face a southern exposure can help block out heat and sunlight.
Remember that plans are not necessarily "as is." Builders can use a reverse set of plans (sometimes called a mirror image) to better site a house. It's also possible to hire an architect or modification service to personalize a plan. Ask if reproducible prints or electronic CADD files are available for the selected plan. Either will make the alteration process quicker and easier.
Complimenting your lifestyle
Before delving into the thousands of plans available today, evaluate your current living situation. Look around and ask what works and what doesn't.
Consider which features matter most to you and which floor plan best accommodates your family's lifestyle. "Does the floor plan live the way you live?" Martin asks. Are you an empty nester who's ready to downsize? A single-level ranch home might be your answer. Is this a house where you expect to raise a family? Check out plans that feature great communal spaces as well as a private master suite. Would you live outside 12 months a year if you could? Pick an airy floor plan with plenty of porches and more windows than wall space.
When you decide on a house plan, you're also choosing a way of life. Do you host dinner parties often, or do you only step inside the dining room on holidays? Today, many families forego a dedicated formal dining room. Instead, a casual eating nook connected to the kitchen accommodates week-night meals, Little League pizza parties and all their entertaining needs. If you work from home or have school-aged children, an office or study may be a necessity. Think about the rooms and how you and your family will use them.
Marrying the old and the new
Magazines and TV shows often tempt us to start decorating from a blank slate, but few people have the luxury to fill a house with new furniture. Keep your existing furniture and aesthetics in mind. It takes a special talent to make a mid-century modern couch work in a Colonial manor house.
The main thing to keep in mind is how the arrangement of furniture will influence the overall feel, flow and function of a room. How will your prized possessions work and look arranged in the new space? Scale is key. A soaring, two-story ceiling can easily dwarf low, horizontal furniture. To avert the Alice-in-Wonderland effect, make sure the plan has strong, vertical architectural elements like a chimney and tall windows. Similarly, an overstuffed couch, two armchairs and a media cabinet might make a small living room look cluttered.
Tip: To help visualize your current furniture in a new space, make a scale model of each item - simple rectangles, squares and circles cut out of construction paper will do. Slide the stand-ins around the floor plan to see which configurations will work. Make sure there will be enough room to walk and adequate clearance for doors to open.
Know what you're getting
Be aware of what is and isn't included in the blueprints before you purchase a plan. Most blueprints suggest electrical plans designed to meet national standards. However, varying interpretations and the fact that codes are subject to change mean that the placement of switches, outlets and light fixtures is ultimately subject to local building codes. Heating and plumbing plans are usually not included, so you will need to consult with subcontractors. A local builder or engineer should review the plan to ensure that it complies with all building codes and subdivision restrictions.
Due to concerns over energy costs, safety and other factors, some cities and states require a licensed architect or engineer to review and seal, or officially approve, a blueprint prior to construction. Do your homework. Contact to a local building official to see if such a review is necessary in your area.
Taking the plan from blueprint to dream house
A builder may provide a ballpark estimate of construction costs from a study plan, but he or she should consult the working drawings to give a more accurate figure. Many variables can affect the bottom line, including the choice and availability of materials, labor costs, choice of finishes and degree of detail. Ask several contractors for competing bids.
If you've got the vision but not the bankroll (at least at this time), it may be wise to choose a plan with bonus space that can be built out as finances allow.
Be sure to allot a portion of your budget to landscaping and finish details. Architects and interior designers recommend that you don't skimp on the seemingly small stuff. Higher-quality trim and building materials may trump extra square footage. "Good, insulated windows may be costly initially," Martin says, "but over the long run, they're going to save you money on your power bill." Crown moulding and custom cabinetry can make a stock plan feel like it was designed specifically for your family. After all, it's the personal touches that make a house feel like a home.
5. ...should be customizable to some degree. This will give you some flexibility and freedom to eat what you choose rather than being forced to eat something that is not appealing to you.
A good example of a rock solid, healthy and reliable weight loss diet plan would be one that requires you to not only generate your own customized personal meal plan and adhere to it, but also, at the same time integrate a great deal of flexibility in terms of the dietary options at your disposal. It should, also, ideally account for some leeway to occasionally cheat on the diet, within a certain degree of limitation.

Easy Organic Gardening Tips From The Pros.
There are as many types of gardeners as there are types of gardens, but no matter what your gardening style is, there are certain things every garden has in common and certain ideas will apply to all gardening. Here are some tips that are relevant for all gardeners and many types of gardens.
Gardening can be a very rewarding practice. Not only can you improve the look of the outside of your home, but you can be proud of it as well. There are plenty of tools and things to use in gardening and this can be a very rewarding activity. You can improve not only your home but your neighborhood and quite possibly start saving on groceries by growing your own food!
Take the time to know your soil. Get it analyzed. This will let you know what is in your soil and in what areas the soil may be deficient. You can then buy the missing nutrients to add into your soil which will help maximize your crops! Many local universities that have agriculture departments have the ability to test your soil for a small fee.
Invest in a electronic PH tester. Avoid liquid PH kits (the color coded ones) as they tend to be less accurate. It is very easy for first time users to botch readings. Also, do not use soil PH test kits as they are unreliable and are not intended for home use.
Save money by drying the seeds from your annuals to plant next year. Petunias, zinnias and impatiens are just a few of the flowers from which it is easy to extract and save seeds. You will have to extract the seed pod from some flowers, and wait for it to split open. With others, such as marigolds, you will have to open the flower and extract the seeds yourself. After extracting the seeds, let them dry for at least a week. Place them in a jar with a rubber seal, and add silica gel pouches to keep them from absorbing moisture. Store them in a cool, dry location until you're ready to plant them next year.
One of the best ways to maximize the benefits of a garden is to learn how to can. Water bath canning is an effective way to store fresh vegetables for a very long time and is not that difficult to learn how to do. It involves submersing jars of the gardens home grown goodies into a bath of barely boiling water. This will preserve the vegetables for up to a year or more.
For weeds that aren't in the middle of your plants, use boiling water to kill their roots. The safest herbicide that you can probably find is a cup of boiling water. Soak weeds with freshly boiled water, just being mindful to not afflict damage on plants you want to keep. The weeds' roots will be damaged by the boiling water; normally, this prevents them from continuing to grow.
Do you love fresh mint leaves but hate how they quickly grow to take over your garden? You should plant the mint in a rather large garden container or pot instead so you can monitor growth. If you would like, go ahead and plant the container and the plant right in the ground to prevent root overtake.
You can prevent pests from invading your garden with certain plants and natural materials. A border of onions or marigolds around a vegetable garden can repel slug. Insects can be deterred if you use wood ash instead of mulch around trees and shrub seedlings. These methods prevent use of harsh chemicals.
If you want to grow vegetables, but do not have the room, consider planting vegetables that grow on a vine. Vegetables like squash, melons, and tomatoes can be trained to grow up along a trellis or fence. You can make use of vertical space to get the vegetable garden that you want.
Pest control can present a challenge for successful vegetable gardening. You want to avoid spraying harsh chemicals since the vegetables are meant for consumption. One way to control gardening pests is to be vigilant. If you catch the pests early, the best removal technique is just to take them off your plants by hand.
Plant fruits and vegetables that you know you like. If you have children, having them help in the garden will make them want to eat the food that they grow. You will be able to save money on your fresh produce as well as know that your family is eating the best produce around.
Consult the pros. If you are starting a garden for the first time, it's a good idea to look for professional help. This doesn't necessarily mean going to the trouble of hiring a landscape architect. You can find plenty of great advice online, in gardening books, magazines and tv shows. A good idea is to look for regional resources, such as a website devoted to gardening in your area, or a local garden center. Whatever method you choose, don't be afraid to make mistakes, and above all - have fun designing your new garden!
If you do not like chemical insect repellants you should consider using herbs instead. Herbs like chives can be used in place of the chemical insect repellants to keep bugs from eating your flowers and produce. You can grow chives yourself or buy them at your local grocery store.
If your yard's soil isn't as healthy as you want, or has been contaminated in some way, you can still grow organic produce using raised beds. You can use wood, brick or stone for the border. Make sure that it is at least 16 inches high so that there is room for the roots. Fill it with organic soil and compost.
Any garden and gardener can benefit from these tips, whether your ideal garden is huge or tiny, whether you prefer flowers or vegetables, whether you like exotic plants or native plants. With this advice in your gardening tool shed, your gardening skills might improve so much that all your gardener friends will want to know your secrets.

Termites built themselves a landfill the size of Great Britain
The insect architects have been building these trash heaps for 4,000 years.
Massive murundu mounds dominate the Brazilian landscape.
Millions of miles of tunnels go largely unnoticed beneath the feet of farmers in northeastern Brazil. About four inches across, these smooth and twisting passageways penetrate at least five feet into the earth, likely more. As their architects carefully executed the subterranean engineering grain by grain, they unwittingly wrought vast changes above ground too.
After four thousand years, the inhabitants of the overworld have finally taken an interest. Countless termite mounds dot the landscape of northeastern Brazil, where they are known as murundus, but only recently have they come to the attention of entomologists. According to a new theory described Monday in Current Biology, the button-sized insects built these monuments not to live in, but rather as debris depositories for their underground excavations. The scale of their activity cements the critters' reputation as ecosystem engineers on par with any other species on the planet.
“It’s amazing to think that one-centimeter long termites did this,” says Roy Funch, a botanist at Brazil's Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana and the driving force behind the study of the mounds. “They’re all over the place. Not just 10 or 20, but literally millions of them.”
The scope of the phenomenon defies visualization. Each structure looks like an upside-down ice cream cone reaching eight feet above the ground and spanning about 30 feet at its base. Arranged in a striking honeycomb pattern, an estimated 200 million murundus stretch across nearly 90,000 square miles of Brazilian scrubland—a swath similar in size to Great Britain. All told, if you lumped that dirt together you'd need about 4,000 great pyramids of Giza to hold it, or a single cubical box 2.3 miles on a side.
Perhaps more mysterious than the mounds’ extent is their constant spacing. Funch initially assumed each cone represented one colony defending its turf against encroaching rivals, but when given the chance to duel most neighboring soldiers don’t take the bait, he found, suggesting that local clusters tend to belong to one “family” of friendly termites. They will fight with outsiders brought from dozens of miles away though, so the whole zone must contain many different termite groups.
Instead, the secret to the masses' positioning lies in their function—or lack thereof. Some termite species live inside their constructions while others use them for ventilation, but the murundus are plain piles of dirt, sealed to the outside world. Resembling mini-volcanoes in structure, they have just one central column the termites climb before sending dirt tumbling down the outer wall. Rather than serving as homes or functional accessories, the team suggests they are mere heaps of rubble.
“It’s the difference between a high-rise building and a slag pile,” Funch says.
Life as a Syntermes dirus isn't easy. Their squishy bodies dry out fast under the Brazilian sun, so they don't leave their underground lairs during the day. Squads of a few dozen workers emerge each night to forage for leaves, but only under the protection of soldiers with fearsome, clicking mandibles—locals call them bate-cabeças, or head snappers.
With the overworld such a hostile place, the termites aim to spend all their time in their roomy and ever-expanding tunnel network, so having evenly spaced debris piles helps make sure that they’re never too far from a place to dump some dirt.
Scott Turner, a physiologist at SUNY who studies termites in southern Africa, isn't surprised that these Brazilian termites can reshape the world to suit their needs. "It's one of the underappreciated stories about social insect biology, just by the simple act of moving soil these things can carry out incredible feats of modification of their environment," he says. He thinks it would be even more interesting to learn just how much dirt the insects are moving, which can be measured by embedding styrofoam beads in the soil and seeing how fast the termites clear them away. Doing so would help show how erosion might balance out this mound growth.
Funch first took an interest in the mounds in the early 80's after finishing a tour in the Peace Corps. They were a familiar feature of the local landscape, but because they were buried under a 20-foot layer of interwoven spiny bushes and trees known as caatinga, no one had taken the time or risked the scratches to study them in depth. Eventually, local activity made them more accessible. "If the farmers hadn't opened some of the roadside land for grazing, no one would have seen these mounds," Funch says.
Still, another 30 years went by before Funch got the chance to take on the project himself. A botanist by training, he applied to do a post-doctoral study on the caatinga vegetation as an excuse to dig into the mounds. His recent results build upon his 2015 publication introducing the earthworks, as well as a 2017 survey of satellite imagery by French researchers documenting their extent.
Despite the fact that scientists have lived largely ignorant of these cones, they've been around for quite a long time. Funch dated 11 samples from all over northeastern Brazil with a relatively new technique that uses cosmic ray strikes as a natural clock. As particles from deep space slam into crystals inside the mounds, electrons get knocked loose and stuck in new locations at a predictable rate. When researchers heat or illuminate the crystals in a lab, the electrons fall back to their original locations, giving off a faint flash. Based on the number of these flares, the team determined that the mounds sampled ranged from about 700 to nearly 4,000 years of age. In future studies, Funch hopes to sample more mounds to get a more accurate range, and also different layers within a single mound, which would give an idea of how long a mound takes to form.
An area where farmers have cleared the caatinga for pasture, revealing a sea of regularly spaced mounds.
His team has more dramatic plans as well. He and co-author Stephen Martin, an entomologist at the University of Salford in England, have pushed fiber-optic cameras down the tunnel as far as they could go, but twists and turns stopped them before they could find a queen's chamber. The next step, Funch says, is to "back-hoe a few mounds into oblivion" and mount a full expedition into this unexplored world, both to locate a queen and to figure out the basic structure of the tunnel network. "We don't know anything about the architecture or the geography," he says. "We've only just scratched the surface."

Ptfe Fiberglass Market to Witness Exponential Growth by 2026
Global PTFE Fiberglass Market: Overview
PTFE is a Teflon-coated woven fiberglass membrane which is highly durable and resistant to weather. The PTFE fiberglass is chemically inert and is capable to withstand temperatures ranging from −73°C to 260°C. It is completely immune to degradation by UV rays and rainwater. The PTFE fiberglass offers a unique combination of thermal stability, inertness, and excellent surface properties, which makes it ideal for projects that require fire-resistance and survival in harsh weather conditions. During the scientific test of solar properties, the PTFE fiberglass membrane was found to reflect 73% of sunlight and hold just 7% of energy of the sun. The PTFE fiberglass has high mechanical strength. Fibers are drawn from the hot-melt glass through platinum dies into a continuous filament and then, they are twisted and plied into yards.
Global PTFE Fiberglass Market: Drivers and Restraints
The PTFE fiberglass market is driven by high demand from construction and packaging industries. The PTFE fiberglass is used in these industries, as it remains inert under extreme temperatures. Also, the self-cleaning property of the PTFE fiberglass acts as a driving factor, as builders and architects are recommending and using this fabric for construction and building activities. The PTFE fiberglass market is also driven by rise in the demand for reflective windows. The fiberglass is used for window panels, as it reflects sunrays; does not allow the heat to get trapped; and maintains temperature of the room constant. PTFE is the key ingredient of the fiberglass. The global PTFE fiberglass market is highly concentrated. It is dominated by only a few players. The monopoly as well as the change in policies may hinder the market during the forecast period. PTFE is the raw material for the PTFE fiberglass and changes in prices of PTFE can hinder the market for PTFE fiberglass.

Titan Integrity Campus | Mindspace <a href="https://www.savidevelopers.com">Savi Developers</a>
Titan Integrity Campus | Mindspace
Titan Intergrity Campus Corporate office building is located on a 6.5 acre site which has a lake on the eastern side and road towards north. The design has a very special connect with the site and the adjoining lake. The idea is of exploiting every view possible to the lakeside makes any user a spectator of this serene setting.

A bio lake is conceived towards eastern side of the site which responds to the existing lake and would seem like an extension of it. Office building with all its ancillaries is proposed around this bio lake. Building is oriented with longer sides facing North – South to bring in glare free natural light. Porosity in planning and form allows continuous movement of breeze with wind tunnels creating venturi effect. Common areas are open and non-air conditioned.
The three-floor structure has terrace garden at every level .Free flowing Cascading green terraces which is reminiscent of rice fields, is connected through external staircases gives a feeling of elevated ground at each of these floors. These terraces also provide insulation to office spaces below thus reducing heat / AC load resonating to the idea of a sustainable building. Green terraces not only allow one to work outdoors, stimulate interaction amidst the flora and fauna but also offers trails for those who wish to enjoy leisurely walks. A walk along the proposed green walk path covers around 650 mts. Over the year’s greenery on the receding terraces on either side of the lake would embrace the built making it a non-building. A green wall on the western side of the building shields the usable spaces from harsh western sun. Green buffer zone in between green wall and usable spaces further cuts off the radiation.
Space Planning– Unifying Diversity of departments Planning of the program is in such a way that each of the departments like Watches, jewellery, eye ware, accessories etc has its own zone but are yet connected to the other departments through voluminous atriums which brings in light and allows hot air to escape and houses lifts and staircases. The depth of office space is conceived in such a way that entire office space is enveloped with daylight as long as there is light outside thus minimizing use of artificial light. Artificial lighting is planned with light sensors and occupancy sensors.
The ground floor of the building is lifted by 2.7m.A wide inviting staircase along cascading water body leads one to the central spine which connects to the water body and greenery beyond, unfolding serenity. This element of surprise that changes as the atmosphere around changes has the effect of renewing our appreciation for it, so that it remains a recurrently delightful surprise to the senses. Water whether at rest or in motion, strokes human spirit.
The reflection of the water takes over the central spine during early morning hours. Every movement of the water’s rhythm can be seen on the ceiling. A beautiful game of movement, rhythm gives the space an extra dimension as it unfolds like a movie. By lifting the ground level there is a seamless connect between internal bio lake and external Veerasandra Lake making the edge of the boundary disappear.
The central spine along the clear water body edge is a linear double height space integrated with a series of wide steps, courtyards, product display walls, seating and informal meeting spaces. The spine culminates into an atrium leading to the dining block. Positioned along one edge of the serene water body, framing the greenery and water, one can dine either indoors or outdoors listening to the sounds of birds or sound of water. The dining block is designed in three levels to double up as a multipurpose hall.
A facated glazed crystal floating above the water along the central spine symbolising Titan’s association with Jewellery was created. This was cocieved as a design department where the designers of the various departments would be seated together reflecting Ttan’s strength of design edge and innovation. However as the design progressed this is converted to MD’s cabin. The second floor is converted to a huddle / brain stroming space.
Atrium-Never feel disconnected , collaboration between departments The five atriums in the campus vertically connect all the floors from basement bringing in natural light and creating sense of one community, togetherness and encouraging interaction between different departments.
Considering Bangalore weather conditions and since bio-Lake and green terraces creates an adequate micro-climate, we questioned requirement of Air-conditioning for offices. Another major challenge was “How to encourage employees to use terraces gardens as outdoor work spaces and for interaction?” which questioned requirement of AC which would result in completely sealed interior spaces. A two / three stage air conditioning system is planned to minimize energy consumption by 30% compared to conventional AC. This system which requires continual air movement is coupled with highly energy efficient HVLS fans (High Volume Low Speed) which consume about 20 Watt energy while producing 200% more air volume compared to a 60 W domestic ceiling fan. Third stage will be used only during high humid months.
Solar panels are planned above the terrace along the western side and above the service yard on the ground floor to generate on site energy to adhere to 25% of the energy requirement. The landscape design is conceived as a vertical park where each level is a green terrace starting from waterfront park at the ground level to the sky park at the roof level. Integrated with the dynamic architecture the landscape spaces seamlessly merge from outside to inside. On the whole Titan corporate office campus where the idea of a corporate office is reinterpreted seated amidst nature is designed to inspire and elevate experience of the end users.

Termites built themselves a landfill the size of Great Britain
New Post has been published on https://nexcraft.co/termites-built-themselves-a-landfill-the-size-of-great-britain/
Termites built themselves a landfill the size of Great Britain
The scale of their activity cements the critters’ reputation as ecosystem engineers on par with any other species on the planet.
“It’s amazing to think that one-centimeter long termites did this,” says Roy Funch, a botanist at Brazil’s Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana and the driving force behind the study of the mounds.
All told, if you lumped that dirt together you’d need about 4,000 great pyramids of Giza to hold it, or a single cubical box 2.3 miles on a side.
Instead, the secret to the masses’ positioning lies in their function—or lack thereof.
Life as a Syntermes dirus isn’t easy. Their squishy bodies dry out fast under the Brazilian sun, so they don’t leave their underground lairs during the day.
Scott Turner, a physiologist at SUNY who studies termites in southern Africa, isn’t surprised that these Brazilian termites can reshape the world to suit their needs. “It’s one of the underappreciated stories about social insect biology, just by the simple act of moving soil these things can carry out incredible feats of modification of their environment,” he says. He thinks it would be even more interesting to learn just how much dirt the insects are moving, which can be measured by embedding styrofoam beads in the soil and seeing how fast the termites clear them away. Doing so would help show how erosion might balance out this mound growth.
Funch first took an interest in the mounds in the early 80’s after finishing a tour in the Peace Corps. They were a familiar feature of the local landscape, but because they were buried under a 20-foot layer of interwoven spiny bushes and trees known as caatinga, no one had taken the time or risked the scratches to study them in depth. Eventually, local activity made them more accessible. “If the farmers hadn’t opened some of the roadside land for grazing, no one would have seen these mounds,” Funch says.
Despite the fact that scientists have lived largely ignorant of these cones, they’ve been around for quite a long time.
His team has more dramatic plans as well. He and co-author Stephen Martin, an entomologist at the University of Salford in England, have pushed fiber-optic cameras down the tunnel as far as they could go, but twists and turns stopped them before they could find a queen’s chamber. The next step, Funch says, is to “back-hoe a few mounds into oblivion” and mount a full expedition into this unexplored world, both to locate a queen and to figure out the basic structure of the tunnel network. “We don’t know anything about the architecture or the geography,” he says. “We’ve only just scratched the surface.”

PTFE Fiberglass Market to Surge at a Robust Pace by 2026
Global PTFE Fiberglass Market: Overview
The PTFE fiberglass is employed in various industries such as aerospace, construction & building, power generation, laminates, electric insulation, electronics & telecommunications, heat sealing, screen printing, automotive, and food processing. Being non-toxic in nature, PTFE fiberglass cloths are used in the food industry for non-stick applications. In the construction & building industry, the PTFE fiberglass is used for roofs, windows, etc.
Global PTFE Fiberglass Market: Key Segments
Based on product, the PTFE fiberglass market has been segmented into fabrics, tapes, belts, cords, threads, and yarns. Threads made of the PTF fiberglass are employed to improve sewability and reduce friction. It is used in fabrics for release sheets on heat-sealing machines and laminate presses, gaskets, seals and bearings for chemicals, oils and gases, covers for hot plates, platens, chutes, hoppers, and rolls. Tapes, belts, cords, and yarns made of the PTFE fiberglass are used in applications such as packaging, food products, printing & textile, building products, and chemical processing.
In terms of geography, the global PTFE fiberglass market has been segmented into Latin America, North America, Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East & Africa. Asia Pacific dominates the global PTFE fiberglass market, closely followed by Eastern Europe and North America. The dominance of the region is attributable to the growing number of end-user industries in Asia Pacific such as construction, chemical, food & beverages, packaging, and textile. However, the markets in North America and Europe witness sluggish growth, as the markets in these regions are saturated. However, ongoing technological advancements and launch of new products are likely to boost the demand for the PTFE fiberglass in these regions during the forecast period.

It takes many weeks for many men to modify to the discomfort and feelings brought about by the surgical medical cassette on their penis. Some recording suppliers will end up being providing to retail vendors centered on their requirements. A good supplier should become capable to identify the tapes that are high in demand and should be ready with items in share even before the purchase comes in. All the vendors will prefer a provider who can supply products with a extremely brief notice of period. In purchase for the supplier to perform that, the supplier should end up being keeping track of the goods that are moving fast and those that are not obtaining sold enough. Home appliances to the countryside to the genuine great, relevant supervisory responsibilities important. Many amendment companies and tailors maintain their steps on them; by this, they can end up being prepared for any demands or guidelines their customers have. With the arrival of the Internet, marketing options expanded. Primarily, marketers had been persuaded to buy so-called banner ads that had taken up a huge space close to the best of the screen and said little. Most advertisers discovered that such advertisements weren't worthy of much when it comes to adding rewarding product sales. Subsequent arrived the Minidisk battler, and though this understanding storage space system certified listeners to carry much more songs on one particular drive, the world of consumer electronics still obtained very much more to add. The culmination of their capacity, and our unlimited need to listen to the songs we actually like, any period, anywhere, offers arrive with each other to create the perfect example in tracks portability - the iPod. Another latest invention is certainly epoxy adhesive. When you desire to bond two materials of different types collectively, such as metallic and cup, regular glue will not really work extremely well. But with epoxies, you can connect these factors jointly quickly and conveniently. They also are capable to connect non-porous materials quickly. You can actually use Top Glue, one of the even more popular types of epoxy to seal off slashes collectively instead of using stitches. No longer ake any probabilities, remove the video tape gradually, it can be carried out within 5-mins with no unfavorable effects! In the 1990't, the computer market revolved around personal computers, notebook computers, and network computers. Dell competed with high-end devices from IBM, Horsepower, and Compaq with a product collection that supplied value-priced systems for consumers and extremely reliable networked systems for business. In the late 90't, around 40% of households owned a pc in the US. On the in contrast, from the business aspect, around 80% of the businesses still had aged server and desktop devices. Administration acquired to say yes to purchasing purchases, which resulted in just 2.2% of servers' sale in assessment to the total purchases for desktop Personal computers in 1996. On the other hand, many clients and big businesses are hesitant to hire people who have got no certificate, degree or level in visual conception or its related areas. Introducing Justin H. Miller, Head of Deus Records
Justin Miller is an Orange County, California native who fresh-faced from high school began cutting his teeth behind the well-worn counter of his favourite LA record store.
Before long he could be found moonlighting as resident DJ at LA’s finest dive bars anointing nocturnal patrons with the ooze lifting from his ever growing collection of obscure post/punk 45’s & 12” singles. However, just as the congo line began to snake around the block he softly dropped the needle in the lock groove and made his way east to New York.
It was here the real education started. Like a cat jumping from a comfort chair Miller landed on his feet finding a new home in the office of iconic record label DFA—Home of genre bending giants LCD Soundsystem, The Rapture, The Juan MacLean and many more. As the sole employee for seven years Miller was the blue in the labels purple period of productivity and international acclaim.
These days however Miller writes his own pay cheque, dividing his time between the responsibilities of running his own personal imprint HAKT (Have A Killer Time), ongoing international DJ commitments and now as the architect of Deus Records; the latest facet shaping the Deus Ex Machina store.
Justin Miller:
“ The state of the music landscape has changed dramatically during my involvement in the last 10 years. It seems the planetary cycles of vinyl, cassette, CD’s through to digital are all returning to their origin. Wax sales are up globally across the board, people want the digital convenience but the legitimacy of vinyl as the perfect tangible keepsake. Nothing sounds better than dropping a needle and hearing the warmth reverberate out of your speakers. Upon inception we decided the 7 inch record as a foundation was the preferred medium, it signifies punk and packages nicely as an art contribution to the music.
My personal imprint Have A Killer Time / HAKT is primarily house, disco and electronic, though my deep-seeded affections will always lie with rock, punk and everything the Deus lifestyle encapsulates.
Over a Commodore burger in Brooklyn and multiple Pina colada’s later, I was riffing with Omar from Deus over the importance of process-driven activities and how they seemed more relevant than ever. People are coming back to the craft, tinkering on a motorbike, hand shaping surfboards and pressing vinyl. Kids and adults alike want to understand the art of the activity, rather than just the ease of buying the product.
With my background at DFA Records I’ve always been fixated with the process, Omar shared this bright-eyed enthusiasm so we decided Deus Records was a legitimate extension of the craft focused nature of Deus. Motorbikes, surfboards, clothing, restaurants, What about the fucking soundtrack!? I said. I floated the idea to Dare when he was next in New York whom I knew shared an affinity for vinyl records and music. I was also aware in a previous life Dare was a founder of an iconic Sydney independent record shop and soon after label Phantom Records that made obscure releases available in late 70’s Australia. I’ve always saw my time at DFA as a sort of modern equivalent and as it turned out Dare and I were able to connect musically straight away. Next thing I knew I flew out to Bali to seal the deal and Deus Records was born.”

Hyperallergic: How Art Secured American Banknotes for 150 Years
Alonzo E. Foringer, “Standing female with wheat and scythe” (1927), oil on canvas, signed “A. E. Foringer. N. Y. C.,” 30 x 30 inches, created for American Bank Note Company (courtesy Grolier Club)
Before the United States produced the Hudson River School or paintings of the American Frontier, the new country proved its artistic might on banknotes. Images of Value: The Artwork Behind U.S. Security Engraving, 1830s–1980s at the Grolier Club chronicles 150 years of this history, with over 250 paintings, drawings, etchings, banknotes, and stock certificates, along with currency from 15 countries. Mark D. Tomasko, who collected most of the works on view, notes in an introduction that security engraving “was one of the first arts in which the United States became a world leader.”
Tomasko explained to Hyperallergic that his interest in security engraving spawned from collecting coins, which he started doing at the age of 10. “Within four or five years, I became interested in banknotes.” At the time, “three different kinds of paper money were circulating”: green-seal federal reserve notes that survive today, red-seal US notes, and blue-seal silver certificates. “Still later, when my grandmother gave me some stock certificates of the Marmon Motor Car Company [1920s–30s], I discovered securities, as they were the largest format for banknote engraving. By the late 1960s I was interested in the engraving on the banknotes and securities — who did it, how was it done, and where the artwork came from.”
There were several factors that contributed to the success of this financial fine art in the US, including the quality of engraving firms in Philadelphia and New York as well as a system that allowed nearly all American banks to issue their own notes. And the more expertly executed the security engraving, or “vignette,” the harder to counterfeit the note or bond. The exhibition at the Grolier Club begins with early 19th-century pastoral scenes, including work by Asher B. Durand, who worked in banknote art before concentrating on landscape paintings, and progresses up to the 1960s–80s, when artists like Robert Lavin were modernizing allegorical figures to represent new technology and industry.

Images of Value is arranged so that almost every banknote is accompanied by its source artwork and engraving; thus visitors unfamiliar with the process (probably the majority of them, although this is the city of Wall Street) can appreciate the evolution of an artwork as it was transferred to currency. For instance, “fancy heads” representing allegorical women that were popular as engravings proved difficult to copy. (Some of these women were named — Martha Washington appeared on US Silver Certificates from 1886 to the early 1900s, the first historical woman to be immortalized on American federal money — but most were anonymous.) In the early 19th century, the art had to be created at miniature size for the engraver to trace; later, photography allowed it to be reduced to scale. The sources of the visuals could be eccentric. While banks often commissioned original artwork, others drew from books, lithographs, and, by the late 19th century, photographs, with the progression of the print industry promoting the diversity of vignettes.

For instance, 1925 coupon-size bonds from the Cuyamel Fruit Co. feature the face of Evelyn Nesbit, lifted from a printed photograph. Although she’s unnamed on the engraving, it was only a couple of decades after the 1906 murder of Stanford White, who was shot in the head by her husband, Harry Kendall Thaw, for their past involvement (at the age of 16, Nesbit may in fact have been raped by the famed architect). Meanwhile, the head of a cow in Edwin Landseer’s “Wild Cattle of Chillingham” was likely borrowed from a book illustration. The wide-eyed English animal became a Texas longhorn when it was altered for an 1889 Honduran banknote, then an 1893 Spanish bull-fight ticket and a 1900 railway stock certificate.

The exhibition throws a bit of shade at modernism by stating that the “Salon art of the late nineteenth century had given way to new art movements not suitable for vignettes.” Alas, no “Nude Descending a Staircase”–adorned Fruit bonds were to be. Instead, artists like muralist Alonzo E. Foringer contributed a draped figure sitting on a generator for a Kansas City Light & Power company gold bond, or holding a telephone for the Stromberg-Carlson telephone-equipment suppliers.
This adoption of contemporary references in allegorical art continued through the 20th century. A 1975 Westinghouse Electric Corporation debenture was decorated with a rare nude male figure, who lifts an atomic symbol before an array of electronic instruments on a rocky vista. While security art for currency and other banknotes has become more sophisticated over the years — the current US $100 bill has color-shifting ink, a security ribbon, and even microprinting alongside its watermark of Benjamin Franklin’s portrait — the originality and execution of the work remains an integral part of counterfeit protection.

PTFE Fiberglass Market to Record Sturdy Growth by 2026
Global PTFE Fiberglass Market: Overview
