Neve: "This is a beautiful ancient calendar!"

Lucia: "Hey Neve, look at this golden necklace. A gift from Malcom A. Landgraab to Lady Victorine Goth. Huh, as in Lady Ravendancer Goth? The years match. Didn't know those families intertwined." Neve: "...Goths and Landgraabs? Lucia: "Is something wrong?" Neve: "No... It's just, I'm a Landgraab. I didn't know I had distant relatives in the Goth family." Lucia: "Oh nice, I didn't know that! But that's so interesting, having your family name in a museum! You know Victorine, or Ravendancer if you will, had some odd rumors about her. They said she was a spellcaster. Not sure if I believe that though." Neve: "Oh really? Hm... should we go to the boys over there?"

Silas: "This is the same statue like the one in the town square, it's Madre Cosecha. The lady that helped people settle in Selvadorada during a famine." Terrell: "And it's all bronze, thats incredible. You know a lot of the history from here." Silas: "My mom actually taught me most of it. She was an archeologist, that's how she met my dad." Terrell: "I'm sorry for your loss, they seemed like great parents." Silas gave Terrell a nod, "Thank you man, they were."

The group spent the rest of the afternoon in the museum together, feeling grateful they had met some new friends.

Day 7 of 7, Summer 2006; Day 3 of 7, Fall 2006

Philomena and Augustine's birthday party kicks off with all the excitement expected of such a special occasion. Mortimer, in his element, is in the kitchen baking not one, but two birthday cakes for his twins, carefully icing the delicate layers. Carefully, he sets them up in the dining room and locks the door.

Guests start to arrive, among them, Rohan Elderberry, Sofia Bjergsen, and Luna Villareal who gather in the kitchen to grab some drinks - and gossip - they whisper about something that catches Rohan's disapproval: Cassandra's older boyfriend, Alijah Crain, who seems to be the hot topic of conversation among the younger guests.

In the living room, Philomena, Alexander, and Nathaniel Landgraab are focused on putting a puzzle together, while Augustine immerses himself in a game of Voidcritters. The party hums along, but there’s a strange energy in the air - the laughs are a bit too loud, and guests find themselves repeating conversations they had just moments ago. Cassandra and Alijah steal a kiss, their moment unnoticed by most, but not entirely missed by those who were watching closely.

Simis Bachelor, Bella’s father, warmly embraces his granddaughter Philomena, their bond evident as they share a quiet moment amid the chaos. Cassandra, ever the host like her mother, makes drinks for everyone, her mind clearly elsewhere as she mixes cocktails with a practiced hand.

As the party progresses, it seems endless, stretching late into the night, and Mortimer checks the time on his watch but it seems impossible, reading as two in the morning. He does a quick tour of the house and notices that none of the clocks seem to read the correct time. He makes a mental note to correct them after the party, or tomorrow. Oliva finds Mortimer in the living room and asks him for an autograph, as Mortimer hands over a signed headshot he asks Olivia what time she has, and she seems just as perplexed as her watch says nine in the morning, the digital readout saying 1 of 7 of Fall.

Alijah and Philomena engage animatedly at the puzzle table, their discussion lively and full of laughter, despite the strange undercurrent of the evening.

Finally, the moment everyone has been waiting for arrives, Cassandra calls everyone into the dinning room to celebrate the guests of honor: Philomena and Augustine blow out their birthday candles, surrounded by cheers and confetti, with Dina leading the chorus of "Happy Birthday" in her usual dramatic style. The dining room fills with the sounds of laughter and chatter which echoes through the manor’s grand halls. The twins, now teenagers, sit at the table surrounded by family and friends, their childhoods officially behind them.

In the midst of it all, Cassandra and Alijah exchange another kiss, this time on the cheek, just before they slip away upstairs, unnoticed by most.

The night drags on, the clocks ticking oddly. Later, the Goth siblings — Philomena, Augustine, Cassandra, and Alexander — find themselves outside, playing "Don't Wake the Llama" under the starry sky. For a moment, the world feels suspended, as Philomena glances up, her eyes reflecting the vastness of the night, a quiet contemplation on her face. Something has changed, but what exactly, none of them can quite put into words.

You can use CC, but if uploaded to the gallery please indicate it is modded. You are only allowed to remodel the home:

You cannot change the overall footprint of the house. No resizing from the exterior walls.

However you can move/remove/add interior walls.

You can also add porches/balconies on the outside or walls for aesthetic purposes (i.e. walls for chimneys or pillars.

External makeover is allowed.

Landscaping is allowed.

House must remain on original lot. Gender can be fluid in CAS:

Names, traits, age must all remain the same.

Lucia: "I have an idea! Has anyone ever done a tarot reading for you?" Neve: "Nope. Honestly, I've never really thought about it, why?" Lucia: "I've practiced it for quite a while now, if you want to I could do one for you!" Neve: "Alright, but please don't tell me I'm doomed or something..."

Lucia shuffled her deck, pulling out a card. She turned it over…

The Empress.

Neve: "That sounds fancy! What does it mean?" Lucia: "It's a very positive card. It's about embracing love, creativity, and life's abundance. Maybe even taking a leap, if there's something you've been holding back on." For some reason Neve felt the card hit close to home, even though she struggled to believe in it. Neve: "How often do you feel these cards speak the truth?" Lucia: "I'd say more than half the time. There's a limit to how much we can control our future, so something must be pulling the rest of those forces for things to work out."

Neve: "Thank you for today, I really needed this!" Lucia: "Me too, I had so much fun, and thank you for listening."

Bekindtoyourself-darling’s ‘just make it better’ save file v.2 - Snowy Escape Update

This is an update to my save file in which Snowy Escape has been updated. Not all lots have been changed or changed majorly as some I personally believe are already very nice. But some have been updated, some have had minor or major changes. The sims have also been updated.  While the original intent is for this save file to be played with cc for the sims, there is an option for cc free sims, but be aware they won't look as good as their cc'd counterparts. I would recommend default skin or default eyes at the least as this helps update their look majorly without the need for a ton of cc. There are three versions to this save file. These versions are:

CC Free Buildings, but CC’d Sims (You can find the cc lists under the cut, most sims have the same CC.) (This is labelled as the CC save)

CC Free Buildings and Sims (This is labelled as the No CC save)

Buildings Only. No Sims.  (This is labelled as the No Sim save)

This means you can pick the one right for you. If you want my cc’d versions of the sims which you can look at if you go through my sims tag then you can go through the cc lists and download all the cc. CC Lists are all linked below. While some sims have a lot, most sims have basic cc like skin details and default eyes, most of the cc is the same. While each household has a cc list a lot of those cc lists are identical.  You can find all the CC lists linked below.

Equally if you work without cc or don’t want the hassle of downloading more cc you can get the cc free sim version or if you want a completely empty world save there’s a version with no sims at all.

Please bear in mind that I have all the packs, although I do not have the new kits. This is a save file that uses all the packs and uses them in different worlds. You might find things missing from builds if you don’t have all packs! You might also find items missing off of sims such as hairs and clothes!

I have gone through and added relationships for sims. There are some sims who are completely new and some sims have relationships we might remember from sims 2!

I have also sorted out an issue with the bathroom in the Strangerville bar, it is now big enough for your sims to go into and use! If you notice any other issues when playing with my save file do let me know so that I can fix them!
