tbh I kinda AGREE….. I’ve definitely thought about these two together

Im not a max scholar so my knowledge is limited, but I think he and and lance kinda match each others idgaf-ness… but max is more brash about it, and lance is more 🤷‍♂️ whatever. which is a fun contrast to me

the only issue is like… their existence has almost no overlap 😭 but if I had to fic them, I’d probably go for the route of them both coming into f1 at such a young age… the mutual understanding of how difficult that is

maybe something something 2017…. lance who’s struggling with all of the hatred and pressure on him at only 18, and max provides a bit of a shoulder for him to cry on.. a bit of advice for handling all of that. a bit of clumsy teenage fumbling with each other…….
