Once upon a time, I created this comic character (Grace) back in La Guardia H.S. circa 1998. The name of the comic was "LaGhoulia - Population: You". Buffy the Vampire Slayer series didn't exist yet. The storyline was similar (fighting monsters) but the main heroine would be revealed at the end to be the Anti-Christ and she'd have to decide to either save or destroy the world via Ash Williams style. I got the idea when I was in Saint Benny's. Kids used to because of my name (Emmanuelle) make fun of me and call me the "Anti-Christ" or other bs names (it's kinda funny how I'm an adult and that hasn't changed). As I was writing & drawing the comic, I realized things manifested. I didn't know why until the famous Grant Morrison talk about his hyper sigil comic 'The Invisibles'. I probably was channeling some things because there's a few drawing I did where two kids burn down the school and worse (Columbine happened the following year).
