Faceclaim for Baela and Rhaena Targaryen

She honestly is a perfect faceclaim for let's say the Dragon twins Baela and Rhaena and even for their daughters like Baela's daughter Laena or another cousin of hers through Daemion or the granddaughter of a younger brother of Vaemond or from Larissa Velaryon's branch or from one of the branches of one of The Sea Snake's nephews/or Rhaena's Hightower daughters who probably had their mother's silvery-white hair.

She could also be a good faceclaim for a grown Daenaera Velaryon.

My ramblings: the model is so beautiful, like her lips and her skin tone make me think of a princess.

(If Laena Jr is as mentioned as she is, surely it is because her children must have married the children of her younger trueborn brother).

Laena The First is the daughter of the Sea Snake Lord Corlys Velaryon and Princess Rhaenys The Queen Who Never Was, while her granddaughter Laena The Second is the daughter of Princess Baela Targaryen (the daughter of Laena The First) and Lord Alyn Velaryon .

Laena Velaryon Jr inherited many dresses from her grandmother and namesake, as well as many of Laena's jewels that she had passed down to her daughters Baela and Rhaena.

Very probably Laena Jr's line merged with that of her younger brother if their children married each other (remember in the world of Westeros cousin marriage is not considered incestuous) and that even if Laena could not be the ruling Lady of Driftmark, she helped her brother with the matters of government.

Laena could have married her descending third cousin-once-removed Julian Velaryon, son of Jax Velaryon, son of Daemion Velaryon; and rise to become the Lady of Driftmark as her brother Corlys probably died fighting in the Conquest of Dorne.

Laena would be tutored by her cousin Magnus Velaryon in governing and probably gained a lot of support by claiming one of the hatchlings born from the two last eggs from Syrax and playing and doing tricks with her dragon, and by her closeness to her cousin Daena who did the same.

Either way, Baela always envisioned her daughter becoming THE Lady of Driftmark

Same, I think Laena always supported Daena and fought against Daena being sent to the Maidenvault.

Though I think Laena must have had a soft spot for Rhaena, she always appreciated Daena

Daena was Laena's favorite cousin and Laena sulked when Daena was denied her birthright.

My own headcanon is that Daena was given a dragonling by their aunt Rhaena, and she took Laena flying with her many times - Laena was probably scared of another dragon egg hatching as a wyvern again - and they were best friends, and that Daena felt Laena was the only one of her cousins who understood her and saw Laena as a sisterly figure

I think in addition to her father and brother, Daena also really got along with her elder cousin laena velaryon. Both girls who should’ve had dragons 🥲

This is my faceclaim for Magnus Velaryon. Baela's cousin who worked as regent and steward to House Velaryon whenever Alyn left in a voyage and who guided Laena Jr later in life to be Lady of Driftmark when she married a grandson of Daemion Velaryon and her being a woman of power.

After Alyn's disappearance there was a lot of affection between Baela and Magnus as he had always been her great support.

He never married, fully focused on rebuilding the legacy of House Velaryon after the Dance if the Dragons

Laena Jr must have been given a new dragonling after the wyvern incident but rather than riding her dragon she played and made tricks with it.

I like to believe it was through Laena that the Velaryon line kept going, as her brother Corlys probably died in the war in Dorne; and with the scenario of Laena marrying a Velaryon cousin (which the Velaryons did to keep their blood pure) then the Driftwood Throne must have fallen to her and her line.

Also, it's more probable that an uncle (Velaryon removed cousin, and possibly a grandchild of Malentine Velaryon: Magnus Velaryon in my headcanon) was her regent and guided her to be the Lady of Driftmark.

Her husband must have been the grandson of Daemion Velaryon as the marriage was done to unite their claims and for her family to accept her rule.
