Long time no see friend! I was just thinking about Marcus because I noticed that she always holds her case in the same arm so there might be risks of muscle imbalance. And given her current confidence, do you think she will highly benefit joining a fitness club?
If there is a fitness club in the Suitcase, who do you think are the members? (I imagine that Marcus is warmly welcomed like Mob with the Fitness Club in Mob Psycho 100)
OMG HII!!! How's it going??
I have to admit I haven't watched Mob Psycho 100 but I get the idea
Marcus is definitely stronger in one arm, but she might be ambidextrous which is quite cool. Her busy hand is the right hand, always carrying the case, and her free hand is the left, could say she uses her left hand the most but the right is also not neglected. Might even vote for her having tense muscles due to always carrying it with one.
May make her arm a bit clumsier than her free one due to the lack of movement. So, yup, she definitely needs to stretch those arms.
Now, if there was a fitness club in the suitcase then let me tell you, J and Shamane would definitely be there all the time.
I'd also say Argus is there rather frequently, she makes sure to stay fit and to pass some time. She's a regular but isn't always there.
Sonetto would be there as well, she's keeping her body fit and making sure she doesn't slack on her training. She's often accompanied by Lilya to exercise since Vertin doesn't get much free time to do so (and she makes up excuses)
Lopera is also a regular at that place, though she prefers to be shooting somewhere safe, she still has to take good care of her musculature. Like Argus, she's there frequently but not always.
Melania has it in her routine. Maybe twice a week she goes to exercise and makes sure she stays fit for her "tests". She rarely changes her routine so you can expect her to be there by the specified time and leave not a minute late. She doesn't spend a lot of time since she doesn't have time to be sore, but twice a week for at least an hour is just right.
I'd also say Blonney appears there occasionally. She does say her body isn't easy to achieve, eating healthy and getting the right amount of sleep, it wouldn't be strange for her to do exercise whenever she's not working on a movie. She doesn't have a specified time, she goes there however many times she feels like (oftentimes accompanied by Jessica, she's moral support) in the week and spends however much time she wants. Not frequently there, but will appear someday.
Spathodea Is another one of those that is there almost all the time. Yeah she has her duties with the Uluru Games but when there's no games nearby she stays there as much as she can with J and Shamane. Quite the funny image but they get along great.
Vila appears occasionally, but not because she desires to do exercise (Swimming is actually an amazing sport to build your body), but because someone needs to make sure Windsong does. Vila is quite strong, and Windsong isn't that weak either, but staying inside for months doing research and then spending more time outside, sometimes neglecting the basics to survive does affect her body negatively, especially her back. Vila had to do something about it.
Would it be funny to say Lucy comes by once a month and just stares at people then leave? She does.
Also, Tooth Fairy is a rare guest but she makes appearances there. She may be a doctor but that woman is not weak at all. Her schedule is pretty tight but when she has some free time and Z is busy (literally all the time) she goes to spend that time exercising. If Z is available, they play tennis, a good sport to train your reflexes.
Mercuria appears once every blue moon, mostly bc Matilda - and sometimes J - drags her along so she doesn't feel lonely. Yeah, Matilda also appears, but she's rare. I see Matilda is strong, less strong than Sonetto but more than average, she still needs to keep her body in shape for field missions. She's embarrassed to go somewhere so public, and Kanjira doesn't like doing stuff so Mercuria it is.
Voyager enters, stares, lifts things effortlessly, gets bored, leaves. She repeats this when her Violin is getting repaired.
Willow is a regular as well, accompanied by her moral support Flutterpage, and sometimes the strange appearance of Caroline. Willow does her weekly exercises aside from stretching just so she doesn't lose shape and can have better control over her leg, Flutterpage rarely misses these sessions, she doesn't do anything there but she watches and hypes Willow up. About Caroline, it just happens when Willow "invites" her. It's more like a backhanded invitation that you have to read between the lines to get. Thankfully, Caroline is amazing at that.
Kakania is there. Her times are odd, she's there and she's not, but she does say exercise and good health are good for the brain and God knows she needs it.
I'm so damn sure Liang Yue has made visiting the Fitness center a weekly thing.
Ms Moissan is such a rare visit, but she can lift hammers like nothing so she's surely doing something. But no she doesn't appear frequently.
Mondlicht and Pavia are such cases. They do go to the fitness center but at the same time the other does, have a very entertaining fight and decide to come back another day. Coincidentally, they appear the same day again.
Back to Marcus, that girl is more than welcome there. She probably made it a weekly thing and gets along pretty well with J and Shamane. She prefers to go when Sonetto and Lilya go, but she's more frequent than them so sometimes her times collide with Kakania's or Melania's and she tags along.
People are more than happy to let her join their sessions.

When I watched a bit of Shamane's story, I thought about how similar yet so different are his circumstances with Kakania: They both come from an upper-class arcanist family that views them as the family disappointment/waste of talent, have disapproving fathers, didn't finish their education, teamed up with teenage girl from the Foundation in their patch, and are indirectly tied to the destruction of their land (although it is not their fault).
But where it deviates HIGHLY is how they approached their circumstances and who was with them. Matilda was a top student, personally worked with Timekeeper, and had experience when it came to these kinds of missions while this was the first time Marcus had to go to a field mission, and was even accompanied by her mentor. She was still learning.
Shamane has decades of experience, emotional intelligence, and maturity to handle a lot of depressing or shocking events like his sister's suicide. And while they both found it hard to change their society around them, the 19-year-old Kakania was too idealistic, brash, and naive about what it takes for Vienna to change.
She didn't even know what her dreams were! And while her job meant looking deeply into one's psyche, she didn't know the extent of what Isolde is going through (which is understandable given that time's understanding of mental health) until that girl snapped and she realized that she didn't even know her at all.
But what I believe lifted Shamane from his dark past was due to his mentor who taught him what he knew now (and of course, decades of experience). I know that whatever happened in Vienna will never be reversed and her relationship with Isolde will forever be broken(based on Kakania's storyboard) but what do you think Shamane could do or say to Kakania once he finds out? How would he react?
I haven't played their respective stories but this summary helps me!
Shamane Is one of the best teachers in life one could get. For someone like Kaalaa to have him really changed her life and her perspective on the situation.
He's a wise man, and also very friendly. If he heard about what happened in Vienna, and Kakania's involvement being similar to his, he would certainly be curious and consider talking to Kakania.
I feel like his main emotions would be surprise and curiosity. He would try to engage in a small conversation before realizing just how young Kakania is and her involvement with the incident, that makes him worried.
At the beginning, I don't think Kakania would search for comfort or reassurance from him once she heard the similarities between their tales. She would be surprised, but not so much. There are a lot of people with different stories.
Shamane is not necessarily persistent about things like these, but after hearing what Kakania went through, he's just the right person to talk to. His many years of experience help with Kakania's worries and doubts.
Maybe they could have this sort of Mentor and student relationship in life, where he talks about how he got through his pain and that, while it's not the same for everyone, he's willing to share his recovery in case it can assist hers.
Which is to say, they wouldn't be the closest of friends, but Kakania would warm up to the idea of having someone to rely on and talk about Vienna so freely, as well as the tragedy that occurred there.
