DJ put his device down on the small table next to his deck chair. He had been laying there and typing away, chatting with Rose after he spotted her running inside in quite a hurry to deal with her sunburns. Luckily he still had his sunscreen that he had put on a short while ago.

He slowly sat up and looked across the water. DJ had been hanging out on the deck, enjoying the quiet day and making sure that things were on the up and up with Rose once she ran back inside. But now, it was time to have a bit of fun. He stood up and walked over to the pier that ran from the deck’s side out into the water, looking for a certain someone...

“Um... Jade... you might want to know that something fell down in there.” The brunette would comment with a patient sigh... and a little appreciative that none of her wily pets were around to see it. Explaining them would be pretty difficult if one of them opted to say... suddenly show up over there in an overly excited attempt to obtain the inadvertently discarded bean..

Thankfully they were still napping at the moment or it could have been a bit more awkward than it was. However, one of them was visible on the camera at the moment, a pitch black lump of fluff curled up on the nearby couch in the background not that far away.

With a flash and the signature noise of transportalization, Rose appears on the meteor lab that is Kanaya's current accommodations, clad in her usual red tank top and black shorts.

One of the first things the Jadeblood might notice about Rose is that she's quite literally glowing, not the pale glow of a rainbow drinker, but a warm golden light that would be reminiscent of a warm, relaxing summer's day.

Of course... Evie of all people has decided to drop by in person this time while wearing that god tier outfit of hers... which might have been somewhat mistaken for the witch of time outfit if anyone didn’t exactly know better. Generally, the dead giveaway was the fact that the overall tone of the outfit had this deeper red tone all the way across the board.

Either way, brunette, dark reddish with of time-space godtier outfit, and accompanied by one of those weird pets of hers... a big fluffy one that probably was about the size of a large Maine Coon cat, it’s big red eyes being pretty much the only sign it even had appendages in that pitch black mass.

To be honest though, Evie did look a bit more... dragony this time... but the hood and the skirt of her garments hid pretty much everything odd outside of her wings... which along with the obscured wings and tail were just as pitch black as her unusual companion.
