I was skeptical about this, when it comes to yfoods or huel. I have not yet tried Huel but did try yfoods and I must say that they are tasty, have great ingredients, flavors and if you are vegan there's an option for you too.

I have lactose and gluten intolerance which for people like me they are safe!

Don't be afraid and try them. They're not cheap, far from it, but they work for me. Maybe they'll work for you too.

What can they be good for? Break at work, for travel, a snack in the middle of a workout or simply when you are sitting down for a good read or a movie. Your choice!
