The Subject Property

This large, master bathroom was in need of an upgrade. The old space was outdated with a retro design as well as an outdated color scheme. The homeowners were not interested in changing the layout. They were only interested in remodeling the space into a much more modern space with a completely different and updated color scheme. Regency began by removing all flooring, walls, cabinetry, and fixtures in order to complete an entire gutting of the bathroom. This would allow for the installation of all new fixtures, floors, and walls in order to complete the modern remodel.

End Result

The new bathroom truly looks spectacular! The color change was accomplished via several changed such as converting the old, pink, standard tub with a new MAAX white tub. Another big change was the removal of the pink vanity with a beautiful black vanity topped with a cotton white granite counter top from Daltile. The Riobel lavatory faucet, Grohe showerheads, and Artos tub filler all have a brushed nickel finish, which greatly contributed to the modern style of the bathroom. The preexisting, pink toilet was also replaced with a sleek, white Kohler toilet. All of these changed beautifully blend together to convert the outdated color scheme and finishes to a very stylish and modern space. Regency was successful in converting this space to a gorgeous and stylish space that the customers will enjoy for many years.
