After making absolute tracks beelining to the big city and away from the warm domesticity of her parents' uncannily perfect life, Gillian's only goals were to have fun and live life to the fullest. For her, that essentially boiled down to leaving the apartment as much as possible, her favorite activities being karaoke and indiscriminate flings with her duet partners.

Until, of course, she unexpectedly (though not to the pleased narrator) fell pregnant by one of those partners, Juliette Capp (of all people!). Then, unexpectedly (including to the horrified narrator), that pregnancy turned out to be triplets. Gillian, ever resilient, decided to get her shit together as her children grew up and dedicated herself to becoming a moneymaking entertainer.

Thistle accompanied her twin sister Saige on her quest for love in Ciudad Enamorada. Unlike Saige, though, who fell deeply in love with her soulmate, had explosive career success, and overall sailed smoothly through life, Thistle encountered more than her fair share of bumps in the road. Over the course of her life, she became a single mom with one partner (Quintin Ames), married and divorced another (Ulrike Faust!), and eventually became engaged again (Marielle Sui)...only to pass of old age before getting married. Even more tragically, Marielle was pregnant when Thistle passed.

Even so, Thistle lived life to the fullest and never seemed to have any regrets.

natalia graves (née townsend) gen 6 - legacy spouse social media expert rockstar du jour...and du jour...and pour l'éternité

Natalia was the lifelong partner of Saige, both of whom fell hard and fast and, honestly, coasted through the rest of their wholesome lives with no issue. She was a social media manager, but eventually became a stay-at-home mom to their two children, while Saige continued her successful business as a Romance Consultant. As a side note, Natalia was one of the series of bachelors and bachelorettes (including her brother Maximilian*) I made for Saige and Thistle's adventures in love, and in my opinion, she's the prettiest Sim ever.

*who, unbeknownst to me, married Nervous Subject and had a child with him

milo graves gen 5 - legacy heir vampire (cured) shy, awkward farmer building a family Oldest son of Arlo and thee Lilith Vatore (which created an awkward connection in the family tree that we Don't Discuss), Milo took the cure as soon as he was able and set off to Henford-on-Bagley. While maintaining his close relationship with his sister and cousins, he started his own family with Jane, a crystal-crafting, hedge-witch outcast in the otherwise close-knit community.

The only son of Shaw & Olivia.

A bit of a snob, Winston is the type to attend every gathering of the club of Graves cousins, and then proceed to ignore everyone there. His favorite as a teen was going to the Ruins, where he'd swim and ignore Milo's every attempt at conversation. But, unlike Raina, he did actually attend every single one.

And perhaps there's something to be said about his werewolf temperaments and the loneliness he tries to hide...

One of the twin daughters of Wren & Seth.

Unlike her twin Raina, Selena was born with her werewolf blood in dormancy, and no real desire to awaken it. Being the only human in her immediate family hasn't dampened Selena's spirit at all, nor her kindness. She and her cousin Milo became besties as teenagers and have stayed that way ever since.

werewolf temperaments: hungry like the wolf, prideful, night wolf, hates being wet

One of the twin daughters of Wren & Seth.

While Raina is probably the absolute cutest Sim ever born (Mila Münch was her great-grandmother and it shows), and she has reliably sweet traits (Dog Lover, Horse Lover, Outgoing) she's also super mean. Immediate hatred for heir Milo for being born half-vampire, and even after he was cured, she, unlike her cousins, never warmed up to him. Real nice, Raina.

Saige and her twin sister Thistle moved to Ciudad Enamorada as soon as they were old enough, seeking love. There, they were set upon wildly different paths of romance, but stuck together the whole time, eventually building and raising a big family within the same household.

You could say Saige had it easy - she found the love of her life as a young adult and never looked back, thriving seemingly effortlessly well into her old age.

Matthew and Bastian had four children total, including legacy heir Arlo - and all but one of them turned out to be werewolves. Poor Matthew never had a chance of escaping the occult, especially since almost all of his children went out and found mates of their own, growing into what ended up being an entire pack in Brindleton Bay.

Isadora & Severo Graves, and daughter Salomé Graves

I'm writing a legacy challenge, just for fun! I will probably post it when I'm done.

Isadora is a scion of the Graves spellcasting dynasty, a bloodline so powerful that all consorts take the Graves surname. Imagine her horror when her daughter was born without magic. An issue easily fixed, of course, by putting her before the Sages and allowing them to test and ascend her...but instead, Isadora gave her "unworthy" daughter the cold shoulder and refused to have her taught and gifted with magic.

The moment she became a young adult, Salomé set out on her own, determined to find magic of her own accord. But not by way of the Sages - she had no interest in following in the footsteps of all the Graves scions before her. Instead, she moved to the quiet suburbs of Willow Creek to pursue the magic inherent in gemology.
