halle bailey. she/her. ciswoman. ›spotted at the met steps , nevaeh ivy james , most likely listening to in a sentimental mood by ella fitzgerald with their airpods pro . the twenty three year old gained quite a reputation , known to be reclusive yet spontaneous to anyone who knows them . you'll easily spot them when you hear about the shadow from the refrigerator light in the kitchen late at night, dirt underneath fingernails from picking vegetables in the garden, the kind of warmth that only comes from a hot stove or warming oven followed by burning cinnamon and vanilla candles . latest nepoupdates article talks about the youngest james’ sister abandoning her solo career after suffering from panic attacks on stage ( true ) , but i guess any reputation is good reputation .
━━━━━━━━━ 💟 B A S I C S :
full name: nevaeh ivy james
nickname(s): ivy, vaeh
age: twenty - three .
ethnicity: african american .
gender: cis woman .
pronouns: she / her .
orientation: biromantic / bisexual .
occupation: ( retired ) musician / food journalist & content creator .
language(s) spoken: only fluent in english but learns phrases and basic verb conjugations when traveling so that they can interact with those native to the country she’s visiting .
━━━━━━━━━ 💟 P E R S O N A I L I T Y :
absolutely hates being perceived . it’s funny because she’s the walking personification of anxiety but is still incredibly spontaneous, but that’s mainly because her decision comes from her anxiety . she believes the drastic measures she’s taking are the only way she can get away from the problems she’s making up in her mind which isn’t the case at all but it’s been working for her so far so no complaints . she’s very guarded, doesn’t like talking about her, doesn’t like sharing, would much rather sit in silence but will also happily listen to you talk about yourself if it means she doesn’t have to talk about what her favorite things are . she’s constantly scared of saying/doing the wrong thing or anything that goes against the norm . a chronic people pleaser until she gets it wrong then she just completely avoids the situation/person, puts as much distance between it/them as she can . like will book a flight to another country kind of distance if running away to her apartment isn’t enough . she’s very nice when she’s not in her own head though .
━━━━━━━━━ 💟 B A C K G R O U N D : tw panic attacks, tw anxiety attacks .
along with their incredibly talented sister, gemma, nevaeh lived a comfortable life surrounded by the music industry’s most brilliant musical minds. unlike gemma, however, nevaeh never quite took to the musicality. she could carry a tune and always made sure to take her vocal lessons and writing sessions seriously as to appease both her parents and her sister, but where gemma threw herself into every aspect of the record label to better herself as an artist, nevaeh only did what was expected her and nothing more. while gemma taught herself varying instruments, nevaeh took up crocheting, gardening, and cooking. activities that took her away from the screens that were piled high with comments about which sister was better or how the girls will live up to the legacy their parents left behind.
for awhile nevaeh thought she loved music just as much as her sister did, but that had never been the case. she just loved being with her sister and didn’t want to disappoint her parents. promoting, shooting, and performing was easier whenever gemma was around because of how supportive and reassuring she always was. she didn’t focus on the things nevaeh was doing wrong but rather the ways she could amp up what she had working for her, at least that’s how it felt to nevaeh. it also helped that gemma was a lot more outgoing than nevaeh had ever been, she could easily take the lead on hard questions in interviews and ensure the crowd was having a great time without much help from nevaeh. she found she enjoyed watching gemma on stage just as much as the audience clearly enjoyed it. nevaeh would hit her notes, and hit her marks, never fall out of step, but the star quality always belonged to gemma and nevaeh was happy to be no more than a supporting act.
whenever gemma decided to release the solo tracks she worked on, however, her parents expected nevaeh to do the same. they believed that it’s simply what she would want to do considering the legacy their label had to uphold. after performing for years alongside gemma, nevaeh thought she could do it. at the very least, she really wanted to to make her parents proud. but with a change in sound and no gemma beside her all eyes were on her and only her. the pressure to not only perform but perform well was overwhelming. she was having anxiety attacks before interviews and panic attacks on stage and telling no one. it got to the point where she was locking herself in bathrooms or disappearing for days on end in order to avoid music video shoots, interviews, and promotional performances for singles.
her actions were putting a very sour taste in the mouths of her parents but the knowing that she was disappointing them only made her stay away even more. eventually, she decided to up and leave the country to get away from it all effectively putting an indefinite halt to any projects solo or not. she knew her parents thought it to be a punishment, but nevaeh couldn’t be more relieved. she deleted all of her socials, only responded to messages and calls from her sister, and spent months on end backpacking in europe, touring asia, and contemplating moving to latin america.
half way through her travels she started a new account geared towards showing off the native cuisine she found along the way. complete with interviews with the cooks and their loyal customers on the dishes and what they loved so much about them. it was meant to be an anonymous account but soon nevaeh didn’t feel like her pictures and typed up captions were enough to capture the love she had for the places, people, and food like she wanted it to and soon moved to video content.
upon returning to new york, her relationship with her parents remained rocky with nevaeh trying to warm her way back into their hearts but she knows it’ll take more than some home cooked meals and baked goods to do so. she continues with her food related content, bringing attention to family owned restaurants or places that are hard to find but worth of the hype (think similar to keith lee content). she also makes a lot of recipe videos as she tries to recreate her favorite dishes from abroad and making some alterations to fit a wider palette.
━━━━━━━━━ 💟 H E A D C A N O N S :
has a whole little garden she tends to everyday. it’s full of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. some flowers but that’s mainly for plating aesthetics and not so much bouquet making but she does love having fresh flowers on the kitchen counter so it does help for that as well.
as mentioned earlier, she does crochet. loves it so much. like where other people will bring a book or their switch or something to keep them entertained while they’re waiting, she’ll bring a crochet project and probably finish one or two in the time because she’s incredibly fast.
cooks A LOT always makes too much on purpose because she likes to volunteer for meals on wheels/soup kitchens but instead of delivering something pre purchased, she likes to give them home cooked meals. has actually befriended a few of the elderly people she usually delivers too and so she takes personal requests and sometimes cooks in their home as well.
gemmas number one fan fr will always break her usual feed of content to post her sisters latest project or accomplishment, she’s very proud.
does not address or comment on any of the posts about her music career. will actually take the time to go through each individual comment to remove it.
honestly spends too much time reading comments from strangers about herself and spiraling about them. no matter how many she deletes it sticks with her and she ends up feeling bad and turning to cook a five course meal to relieve the stress at 2 in the morning. she knows she needs some healthy coping mechanisms, she’s working on it.
━━━━━━━━━ 💟 W A N T E D C O N N E C T I O N S :
I know this is the first time ive done this thats so crazy LMAOO BUT I ONLY HAVE LIKE THREE OKAY ANYWAY Firstly, i think it could be really fun if there was someone she was constantly dumping her latest creations/recreations on. Like she’s popping up at all hours of the day with a ton of groceries or an already made dish to get them to try bc she knows they’ll be honest with her. Preferably someone who is gentle with them bc this will probably be the only person she can take criticism from well yknow without the spiraling happening LMAOO
Also think it could be painful (aka fun) if she had someone she was with before she tried the solo career thing and then along with the solo career effectively abandoned them too womp womp like if you cried
AND THEN TO FOLLOW THAT someone she had a whirlwind romance with while she was away abroad. Like maybe they were away in relation to their career or also just getting away to get away and they met up and it was one of the first times she found herself truly having FUN and they had a blast could have ended on great you go your way i go mine terms or could have been another situation of a hint of conflict and nevaeh bolting in response we can plot that out !!!!
Lastly i really want her to have a roommate. I think shes too anxiety ridden to live alone, like she cant be left alone with her own thoughts for too long she needs someone to bother at all times so a roommate OR MULTIPLE ROOMMATES !!! would be lovely thank you <3

Bouckaert Equestrian H. T. &, International, Watching the First CCI4*-S of the 2024 Winter
Hannah Sue Hollberg and Capitol HIM. Photo by Liz Crawley Photography.
The big 4* season is upon us here in the U.S., and the action kicks off for the top horses and riders this weekend at Bouckaert Equestrian, formerly known as Chattahoochee Hills in Georgia. A total of 34 horses and riders are entered in the headlining 4*-S division this weekend, along with a slew of riders from divisions ranging from 2* up on the FEI side and from Novice up on the National side.
These early season 4* events provide a preview of the horses aiming for spring 4*-L or 5* events, and this year in particular we’re keeping a keen eye on these prep events as many riders will be vying for a berth to the upcoming Paris Olympics. There’s also a healthy prize fund on offer this weekend, with $12,000 up for grabs in the 4* division. While we won’t typically see all combinations putting the pedal down in the jumping phases this early in the season, we’re nonetheless in for a top competition.
Gillian Warner will be reporting on Bouckaert Farm’s 4* this weekend with a comprehensive final report coming your way after the conclusion of the event. You can also follow along with live scoring here; competition begins tomorrow (Friday) and will conclude on Saturday for the 4* pairs.
Hanna Bundy and Lovely Assistant. Photo by Shelby Allen.
Highlighting this weekend’s entry list are several Canadian riders, all putting their best foot forward to catch the eye of the Canadian selectors after our neighbors to the north cemented their team qualification for Paris at the Pan American Games last fall. We’ll see riders such as Hanna Bundy with Lovely Assistant, Katie Malensek with Landjaeger, Colleen Loach with FE Golden Eye and Vermont, and Lisa Marie Fergusson and Honor Me competing in the 4*-S.
Other key names to watch include Phillip Dutton, who brings forward Azure, Denim, and newer ride Jewelent — and he’s also riding alongside his daughter, Olivia, who’s just started her Advanced and 4* career with former 5* horse Sea of Clouds.
Mia Farley, who stole all our hearts with her gutsy performance at her first 5* last fall at Maryland, will return to action with the off-track Thoroughbred Phelps. Hannah Sue Hollberg is also entered with Capitol HIM; this pair was the top-placed U.S. combination at the Maryland 5 Star last year and will look to build on that result this spring.
Leslie Law and Lady Chatterley. Photo by Christine Quinn.
We’ll also see the return of Lady Chatterley, who had a quiet 2023 after winning USEA Mare of the Year in 2022. She’ll return to the level with Olympic gold medalist Leslie Law in the irons, coming off a romp around the Rocking Horse Advanced last month to kick off her season.
Other ones to watch who could be good for the lion’s share of the prize fund include Caroline Pamukcu with King’s Especiale, Alyssa Phillips and Oskar, and Julie Wolfert and SSH Playboy.
You can view the full entry list here. Stay tuned for much more coming your way from Bouckaert Farm soon!

i. gannon grew up in a single parent home. cora wyatt was a widowed irish immigrant who worked as the head waitress of a little diner in bayonne, new jersey. she was a loving, hardworking woman who encouraged gannon’s independence at an early age out of necessity. he prepared his own meals and got himself to and from school without any issue.
ii. without a father-figure of his own, gannon found himself seeking out the presence of guiding figures. by the time he was fourteen, he had quite a collection of archetypes — from the bookish science teacher to the rugged mechanic on his block, he was in no short supply of those from which he could learn something useful. fred auerbach, however, was his favorite. he’d met him on the ferry by chance, having sat right next to him. from a pair of walkman headphones, gannon heard his first muffled strains of pink floyd’s dark side of the moon. his inquiry into what he’d heard, tinny and garbled through small, sony speakers was the catalyst for a life-long love affair with music. fred, a middle-aged composer and cellist for the new york city philharmonic, was receptive of a wide-eyed protege, so he lavished his knowledge of music upon gannon and, eventually, his love of collecting music. it was refreshing to find a young mind open to exploring music at such depth. their friendship was an odd one, but one they both treasured greatly. on gannon’s eleventh birthday, fred gave him a walkman. on his thirteenth birthday, a pioneer record player. on his fifteenth birthday, season tickets to the philharmonic. for graduation, a gibson les paul classic.
iii. gannon worked in the garage on his block until graduation, enough money to buy a new record a week and help his mother with the bills. it wasn’t glamorous work, but it came naturally to him — picking things apart and understanding how they worked — plus, he could listen to music as loud as he wanted while he worked.
iv. while gannon was gifted at math and science, his long hours at the garage kept him from performing as well as he might have otherwise. without any scholarships being offered him, he was prompted by jack, the garage owner, to take the asvab. he scored a 99.
v. barely a year into his first tour, he was selected for navy seals, special forces. gannon excelled in a military environment, exceeding the expectations of his superiors. he proved a level-headed if reluctant leader, quick on his feet in dire situations, and able to make difficult decisions under the gun. by the time he was 25, he’d earned respectable rank among his peers.
vi. the next year, his mother succumbed to cancer. he was granted a month of leave to wrap up her affairs. upon returning home, he ran into his high school friend, rachel. she helped him through the loss, and he allowed her to get closer to him than anyone before. by the time he was called back for duty, they were engaged.
vii. the next five years were a blur. gannon found himself entrenched in military life. he returned home to his fiance when he could, but the demands of his post were overwhelming. most of his comrades were without attachment, and it was easy for gannon to forget the home whence he came and those that were awaiting his return.
viii. at 31, gannon’s career ended when he lost his right leg and right eye to an IED. he was honorably discharged and sent home.
ix. rachel attempted to help him through the loss, but the severity of his ptsd proved too much for her nerves. after a few years of struggling to navigate his grief with him, she gave up, leaving him alone.
x. once again, it was fred auerbach that turned gannon’s life around when he looked his young friend up on a whim. having bought a fine storefront in brooklyn for a record shop, it occurred to the old man there was only one person he could trust to run his investment with any integrity. gannon was reluctant at first, too blinded by his own grief to see any potential in anything but his own suffering, but once he saw the bowing wood floors and the art deco chandelier hanging in the store’s window, something bloomed within him that he’d thought long-dead: passion.
xi. fred’s vinyl resting place would become a cornerstone of the music culture in brooklyn, nyc. not only did it boast an enormous collection of vinyl, cds, and tapes, but a burgeoning basement venue for exclusive, intimate shows by artists, new and established. locals enjoy a PBR at beer:thirty when browsing the endless aisles of rare and popular presses, or while listening to a local act’s new release. though fred’s growing older in years and not able to man the shop anymore, he’s left it in capable of hands. gannon manages the bookings, inventory, and two employees with ease.
xii. gannon spends a lot of time alone, though he keeps busy. his nights are interrupted by nightmares, so he gets very little sleep — choosing instead to pace around stacks of records in his flat, attend shows, or fool around with his guitar.
xiii. he has an artificial right leg, and it begins just below the knee. while he can get around without issue most of the time, sometimes his joints ache — when it’s cold or raining. in those instances, he must use a cane, and he hates it.
xiv. few know him well. those that don’t think he’s an asshole because of his quiet, detached nature, but he’s very kind and would give a stranger the shirt off his back.
xv. he has begun restoring a honda nighthawk 750 in his spare time at the garage in bayonne where he worked as a kid. he hopes to have it running by the fall.

@jimstares replied to your post: “I gave up and called an electrician to install my new light. Not THIS...”:
Also, once you lose the screws or if the screws don't fit, you're in uncharted and unhappy territory. The L&T could tell you stories about my profanity laced tirades when the screws are the wrong size or thread count ;)
Jim, I thank you for your advice and wisdom on all of this (and I had a profanity-laced tirade of my own, so you’re not alone in that).
While the whole “installing it myself” thing didn’t work out (I had a Facebook friend encourage me that I could do it as well, so you weren’t the only one who overestimated my abilities), I DO thank you for doing so almost four years ago when you told a prospective employer that I was god with computers, and when I was able to make her printer print when she could not, you proved me right -- I haven’t forgotten that me lucking my way into the solution, plus your recommendation, helped me get my current gig),
Sometimes I get it right. Other times, not so much. This time, VERY wrong (and it’s gonna cost be about $200 to get the new light installed, but I have to make sure the new light (since I broke the other new light, apparently) is here on time. I may try a more local electrician and see if I can cancel the one I called yesterday, which wants to charge me $75 for a “travel fee” from Reno (about 50 miles away).
Also, I’ve been thinking about your comment about “looking for new opportunities” a lot lately. I may take your advice on that as well. It’s a “devil you know” vs “devil you don’t” situation.
I may or may not get chewed out tomorrow when I go in for a quarterly department meeting. After not only turning down going back to managing the bar (I JUST DON’T HAVE TIME), but also majorly badmouthing another manager who we ALL know is the weak link.
We’l see how it goes (the boss I sent the email to had questions, but understood; not sure HIS boss will be so understanding when I see him tomorrow). But I am starting to seriously think about putting feelers out there.
I’ve been here for almost four years. And while I have a six-year gap before this on my resume (I just couldn’t convince anyone that I was a right fit), that’s enough tenure to convince people that I’m not going to just leave as soon as they get me trained.
And it’s not my goal to stay at a job for a few years and then leave it (I would like, at some point, to call a “job” a “career” instead, and at 45 years old, I’m still not there).
I like this casino. It’s just...on grave, I’m left a mess of a floor from swing, there are usually a lot of machines on which “low paper” have been completely ignored, the coffe hasthe consistency of tar, and I have to deal with the late-night drug addicts. And the boss I talked to yesterday literally asked “what do you even DO on grave?”
It’s a long-standing thing that other shifts don’t get that we deal with a LOT on grave. And while this boss took ONE of those things away yesterday (one part of my job that I actually enjoyed -- auditing paperwork from the day before and finding the mistakes before Audit catches them and sends messages), it’s still nice to just ignore it and not constantly be stressed over JUST HOW MUCH out staff sucks at paperwork. I mean, they don’t even bother to get a second signature on payout forms that LEGALLY REQUIRE A SECOND SIGNATURE WHEN IT HAPPENS.
I am surrounded by people who just don’t care, which makes it hard for ME to care.
Especially when one of those people who doesn’t care is the main boss. He talks a big game in our manager’s meeting, but NEVER follows through.
I get SO tired of following rules that nobody else takes seriously. With guests, it makes ME look like the asshole if I enforce gaming regs, after THEY threw toose regs aside.
If I can find a better-paying gig when I want out of where I am, I’m probably there. It’s going to come down to the environment and who I would be working with. I worked with a BAD crew once in Illinois. and I turned the job down because of meeting the people I would be working with (I would NOT have meshed with them and I knew it, so I turned the job down).
But I need to have something else lined up BEFORE I put in notice for this job. I’m not risking another 6-year unemployment streak, especially with the way COVID-19 is affecting things right now (we’re one of 36 state with the virus -- only 14 states have no reported cases so far). That could affect things. So for now, while a friend told me it may be time to look for new opportunities (I’m not going to name you but...that has been sticking with me as maybe the right thing to do at this point despite my loyalty to a company that hired me after six years of unemployment, as a manager when I applied for less than that -- but if you see this you know who you are), I think it may indeed be the right time to look for new opportunities. Another local casino offered me a security job for more than what I make now (not even management; just security) a couple years ago. I turned it down because of the whole “loyalty” thing. I may want to get in touch with them. It’s literally only a block and a half further than I drive now.
I know how hard that would be on my current casino, but...at this point I don’t know how much I care. For once, I’ve gotta do what’s best for ME, not what’s best for my current casino. I don’t know whether this will happen, but I should at least look into it.
To make more money with less responsibility...or to make even MORE than that with the same level of responsibility (even in a larger casino), might not be a bad thing.
Also, I just cancelled the electrician that was based in Reno and was going to charge me a $75 “travel fee” for driving down to help me. The more I thought about it, the more I figure I could find someone local who may charge more per hour, but no travel fee.I probably should have priced them first, (I still have not priced them but this was going to cost me $200 or so just to install a light, without even looking at the second switch and I figure I can do MUCH better than that if I go with a local electrician), but I do appreciate your help with this. If so many pieces hadn’t broken off when I pulled the light down the next day after you told me White was the hot wire, or if I’d done it right in the first place (and not lost those two screws -- even running a strong magnet over the rug didn’t find them), this may have been cheaper.
But you did your absolute best to help, and I truly do appreciate that. While I failed, I’m no electrician so I’m only taking it SEMI-hard that I failed (I should have been able to figure this out, but...I am who I am, and sometimes I have to admit defeat).
THANK YOU for mentioning your profanity-laced tirades so I didn’t feel alone on the ones I had. While I have 100% confidence you know what you’re talking about, it was nice to see that I wasn’t alone in my fristration.
Now to find a local electrician that won’t charge me a $75 travel fee just to come to my house.
Fortunately, the guy on the phone from the company I hired yesterday (he doesn’t answer the phone with an electrician company name which also gave me pause) was very understanding and made my cancellation painless and didn’t try to charge me for it.

It’s 2021 and dating is weirder than ever, finding a worthy bachelor (and by that we just mean someone we found a real relationship with) is like finding a pot of gold. almost impossible. It’s like we’re playing hide-and-seek. And when we meet a new guy, he’s cute for three days before it totally blows him away. It makes you question yourself sometimes, and how other people have found people and are really happy. But it doesn’t have to be this way, we should look for ourselves while looking for other people. It is a look into the mind of a lonely girl and a brief interrogation of her thoughts.

Stop thinking and questioning the why and how
It sucks, we get it. Everyone around you is constantly in some sort of romantic affair, sometimes to the extent that it makes you think, Whoa, already? Didn’t you just say that you are taking some time to focus on yourself? When you are constantly about to ‘focus on yourself’ that doesn’t make sense anymore, your mind wonders why is it you who is not in the relationship? Sometimes you even feel alone. You keep thinking, when is my Prince Charming coming? We should not think about why we are alone, but instead how we can take advantage of this time by focusing on ourselves alone.
How should you think: Don’t over-analyze why I’m the only part, it doesn’t make sense and it’s just a continuous loop. You should not analyze past ‘almost’ relationships or relationships, yes, the events of these relationships changed the course of the future, but this was for the best. It’s hard to think about it because it makes you question yourself, but there’s nothing wrong with you. Despite the constant paranoia that is something, you have to realize that it is your mind playing on your own insecurities.
Understand that life has a plan of its own
Maybe, or in fact, life plans for you are not determined solely by your current relationship status. We don’t know who or what will happen tomorrow, in the next ten years, or if we’ll be here by then (global warming could be our death, save the turtles). Aside from the facts of the matter, life really has its own plan for you. Maybe you’re one of those lucky people who doesn’t have to go through many bad serious relationships to find the one, maybe you only find one true love, and that’s more than enough. The path of discovery for each is different from the other, your own mental journey. So, if you’re not currently seeing anyone, or you are, these are each individual lesson to learn. Changing our thought processes can help us find versions of ourselves that we didn’t even know existed and adapt our thoughts and ourselves to life along the way.
how would you be thinking: Trust the process, seriously! Know that everything will be all right when the time is finally right. You will meet that special someone, but only when you are mentally prepared. A partner is a plus, not a requirement, whether or not you have one should not be a factor in your personal growth. Take J-Lo and Ben Affleck for example, they took a break for years and got back together after working on themselves and their individual careers.
Realize that your hopeless romantic friends can be really hopeless
We are usually in awe when our friends are happy with someone, as if we can already hear the wedding bells. It’s really cute and we love our friend’s new partner and seeing them happy together. But, maybe sometimes we should question hopeless romantics? Sometimes there are general patterns of behavior that lead to leaving one relationship and jumping into another, which is suspicious. Whether they realize it or not, these people have not created any space where they can take some time for themselves and work and grow. It will make you better off finding someone one day for you initially. Besides, there’s no point in dwelling on why something hasn’t happened to you yet. This will happen when the time is right.
How should you think: Keep in mind that what meets the eye is not always reality. Don’t feel insecure about being single, sometimes it’s for good. This isn’t to say that your friends who are actively dating are wrong, they aren’t, but they’ve had their way and are actively pursuing, and that’s okay but it’s not for you. Each of us has our own path and plan. Focus on the best version of you.

It’s OK to Give Objective Advice
You’ll find yourself giving advice and you don’t know if it’s the right thing to do, due to the fact that you doubt your own experiences, you don’t even know when it’s ideal to give advice for a single friend. He has the least experience. It’s totally normal to be emotionally invested in your friends’ relationships, everyone is. But, you should also not doubt yourself and whether you are qualified to give your input, as these are rational thoughts and conclusions that you have gathered through your past experience or the experience of others.
How should you think: Reassure yourself that your opinion and the way you experience things are valid, and just because you don’t have a similar relationship history doesn’t mean you don’t have your own experiences to give your input. Huh. Your opinion can actually be very important for specific situations, as you are a third party and can see things fairly and without prejudice. You learn from the situations happening around you, and your mind subconsciously takes mental notes.
It reminds us, don’t underestimate your own experiences
Don’t underestimate the relationships you had with someone that didn’t work out, wasn’t meant to be a label for something. Too often things don’t work out in the initial first phase because of the intensity of the relationship, fear of commitment or openness. This often leaves people mourning each other, never actually officially together, and we relate so much to that. You know that one guy you can never really get over? What happened to him is real and will remain bleak, but you knew something was there and you were both scared?
How should you think: Remember that it didn’t work for some reason, but also remember that it did for a reason. Remind yourself that it is not the state of the relationship that is a sign of the love you feel, but the indirectness of it all. You don’t have to do the whole ‘but we were never together’ thing to feel better. Every experience has its own lesson that you get to understand a little bit more about yourself every time. We must adapt our mindset to evolve over time. We understand how and why we act in certain ways, such as in our friendships and relationships. Remember that your own personal journey is a force to be reckoned with, and you should be the proud girl.

manifest good
The phrase ‘you get what you attract’ is very literal in the sense, the energy you put forward is what comes back to you. If you expel greatness, you will get it. You need to reveal the best partner for you. Be the person you want to date. Don’t wait for the perfect partner to arrive, be the perfect partner so that when a potential love interest shows up, you yourself are ready and able to accept it.
How should you think: Reveal the greatness you deserve, so that it can come. You will attract whatever you put in there. Remember that being single, the emotional bond you are responsible for is with you. We only live once, and there is no point in dwelling on how we are living it. Everyone’s journey is different, and we should keep enjoying ourselves along the way. By making the most of it, we will live a life with little or no regrets. You know what they say, it’s always green on the other side, but that’s only true when you get it wet.

A-Z (fluffyver.) w/ suho?
A-Z Fluff Version
Member: Suho Band: EXO Author: Admin 체리
Smut Game Requests: CLOSED | Selca Ships: CLOSED | MTL: OPEN | Headcannons: OPEN | A-Z: OPEN | Q&A: OPEN |
A – Acceptance (does he accept you?)
Suho accepts anyone and everyone into his life, no matter race, gender, religion. I feel like he focuses more on who you are on the inside.
B – Balance (do you two belong together?)
There needs to always be an equal balance with him, like ‘the door swings both ways’ kind of way. There shouldn’t be a ‘who wears the pants’ type of thing.
C – Caring (how caring is he to you?)
Suho is called the mother of EXO, he takes care of his members so there is no doubt about him taking care of you. He prefers it when you go to him so he can help in any way he can.
D – Dad (does he have dad skills?)
A dad. If he’s a parent of EXO and can take care of eight grown men that act like children I’m sure he can take care of one kid. He’d love to be a dad and probably be one of those that are the ‘mum’ dads.
E – Easy (is it easy living with him?)
If you can clean up after yourself you’re good to go; Suho is kind of a clean person but doesn’t mind a little mess. But he doesn’t like living with a complete slob that never does anything.
F – Friends (he just wants to be friends?)
I feel like if Suho had to turn someone down he wouldn’t be a dick about it or ghost anyone, he would still want to maintain a good friendship with you and have that and possibly build off it one day.
G – Generous (is he generous?)
VERY. He is always giving his s/o anything that makes them happy. Not in a way that he like spoils them with gifts and everything more so he always gives them more food than him cause he doesn’t want them to get sick or something.
H – Habits (does he have any habits? How does he handle his s/o’s habits?)
His own habits would be scolding a lot even when unnecessary and probably singing a lot. But tbh wouldn’t you love to wake up to that heavenly voice every morning? Your own habits might be irritating but he suggests some things that might help get rid of them for you.
I – Ill (what’s he like sick?)
Tired, very tired and just wants sleep. He didn’t expect anything from his s/o but when they take care of him he’s never felt so in love with someone. He always remembers that if they’re ever sick he’ll take care of them as they did for him.
J – Jealous (jealous radar?)
His jealous radar is the worst one minute it could be like 0.1 and the next 2395728242+++ he’d be pissed seeing some other person flirt with his s/o. He likes it when his s/o also gets jealous because he feels weird being the only jealous one in the relationship.
K – Kisses (do i need to explain?)
Soft and sweet, depending on him mood but let’s keep it fluffy. He likes making out but not in public. He saves that for home in their own privacy. Pecks shared in public are cute. Adorable with his kisses, lips, nose, forehead, hand, cheeks.
L – Lack (what does he lack in?)
Suho lacks in nothing, he’s a mother. He makes sure you’re fed, comfortable and happy all while doing his career. He always calls when he’s away and sends his s/o things. The only thing he lacks in is NEVER stopping.
M – Manners (is he a gentleman?)
Well mannered all the way, he knows how to act and what to say and never acts like a grumpy whiny child. I think he would like someone who is also well mannered, like playful at home but in public sensible and mature.
N – Names (what does he call you?)
Jagiya and Jagi are a definite and probably like baby and sweet heart. He likes using sweet names a lot. He would like being called baby as well.
O – Open (secrets? truths?)
He’s pretty open about everything, prefers telling the truth than secrets and being lied to. Even with surprises. Can’t handle surprises cause they count as secrets and lying. But he still loves his s/o either way.
P – PDA (Yes or No?)
Eh, on the fence. He doesn’t like full on make outs in public but he will hold your hand and hold you close to him. Little pecks and hugging but not like crazy clingy.
Q – Quality Time (favourite times)
His favourite quality times he loves spending together is definitely at home cuddling, but that doesn’t make him lazy or anything. It’s just something nice, but also going out for lunch or even seeing a movie is good. He prefers more talking than watching movies though.
R – Right (how he acts when he’s right)
Cocky but not to an extent it’s bragging, but he will have his lil’ ‘bitch you just got owned’ smirk splashed across his face when he’s right about something. Always happy the internet is there to prove you wrong.
S – Skinship (Yes or No for him? s/o hating skinship?)
Okay he likes it, it makes him have some sense of control in a way. If his s/o didn’t like skinship he would be okay with that a bit upset though. Probably try and help but going slow starting with sitting close to each other.
T – Team (controlling or teamwork)
Suho prefers working as a team, it’s how he’s been brought up. You both work and clean up the house together.
U – Unreliable (is he unreliable?)
Nope! He’s reliable as fuck. You can count on him to always be there for you no matter what. He is loyal no matter what you’ve done and will stick by your side.
V – Value (what does he value?)
Friendship, if you both were to part ways he would want to stay friends and at least value that so there isn’t any ‘break-up controversy’ between you two.
W – Wrong (how he acts when he’s wrong)
Like a baby, not in public of course but when you’re in your home and you prove him wrong he is a bit of a child and pouts and doesn’t speak to you for a bit because he’s suffering from a deep burn of embarrassment.
X – XBF (he’s your ex boyfriend/meeting your ex boyfriend)
Suho like I said is mature so he’ll value the friendship you two can have at least, as for meeting or seeing your ex boyfriend it depends if he was an ass to you or not. If no he’ll be sweet and friendly, if yes then he’s going to brag and show you off to his guy who let you go.
Y – Yum/Yuck (how are his cooking skills?)
Not bad but not 5 Star Restaurant food, you get by with his food but he prefers your cooking depending on if you can cook. Half the time he’ll give order in food and eat with you.
Z – Zzz (sleeping?)
An angel while sleeping, so quiet and sweet and will probably hold you tight and close to him. Likes getting up early but will stay in bed for a bit longer just for you. Waking you up with kisses.
Hope you liked it! - Admin 체리

Lack of vitamin D connected to premature death, study says
<div> <div> <p><IMG ALT="a nurse to the sick woman" height="150" SRC="https://www.naturalhealth365.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/nurse-with-sick-woman-150x150.jpg" width="150" />(NaturalHealth365) depending on how old you are young, you may remember when vitamin D started gaining popularity in Western medicine for bone-protective properties. But in recent years, conventionally trained medical professionals are beginning to realize the great danger of a lack of vitamin D can have on immune function and overall health.
for example, schools of Harvard University T. H. Chan health said that &so-called; vitamin D deficiency is a global problem.& But it– <em>not only Harvard, many researchers have reported that the optimum level of vitamin D3 that effectively helps in preventing premature death for any reason.&For example, recently the annual meeting of the European Association for the study of diabetes (easd) in Barcelona, Spain, showed that & ldquo;vitamin D deficiency is closely associated with increased mortality, especially in young and middle-aged people.products; <H2>to avoid lack of vitamin D in the body will drastically reduce health care costs <P>Dr. Frank garland along with his brother Cedric, pioneering vitamin D research and they observed that:
<ul> <Li>more than 600,000 cases of colorectal cancer and breast cancer could be prevented each year if vitamin D levels (worldwide) were increased. <Li> that while excessive sun exposure is certainly harmful, neoexpressionist beneficial UVB light can significantly cause the lack of vitamin D in the body. <p>like most pioneers, research from the garland brothers believed intriguing, but met with significant skepticism, given &so-called; anti-sun', a heavy sunscreen propaganda's 1980;s. the garland once joked, new York times, that man can not make a single gram of vitamin D, Even if standing completely naked on the street from November to March in downtown Boston. <P>brothers garland opened a crucial emphasis I place on vitamin D to all my patients from new York in the cold season (winter) months. You see in such cities as Boston, new York, Cleveland and Chicago have higher mortality rates from cancer and disease in General, than such cities as San Diego, Honolulu and Miami – mainly because of this Association between extremely low vitamin D levels and chronic diseases throughout the region. <H3>not available & rsquo;T lie: to acquire knowledge and take the test <p>According to William B. Grant, Ph. D., Director, sunlight, nutrition and health research center Says, & ldquo;currently, there are about 100 diseases associated with low serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration.&product; <p>Michael F. Holick, Ph. D., Professor of medicine, physiology and Biophysics at the Medical school at Boston University and a leading expert on vitamin D, and says:
<P>and “it is now documented that in the absence of any sun exposure 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day is necessary to maintain normal levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the circulation. The analysis of data from NHANES III, it was shown that neither children nor adults do not get enough vitamin D from food or from dietary supplements&.products;
therefore, no matter where you live, if you have not been tested or your children have never been tested, it's time. <P>ask your doctor for a simple & ldquo;25(Oh)D blood” Of order to effectively assess its current state. As mentioned above, if you're below 30 ng/ml, be sure to focus on achieving an optimal level of about 50 ng/ml, according to the the vitamin D Council website plus many other natural health organizations.
and the best way to achieve optimal vitamin D levels in the blood <p>no, it's not a diet. actually, the most effective way to get enough vitamin D when exposed to sunlight.
in fact, a relatively short excerpt from skin &so-called; ultraviolet B& rays – especially in the summer – that's all you need. Contrary to popular belief, you do a not need to tan or burn your skin to get enough vitamin D from the sun. <P>the amount of vitamin D you produce from sun, will depend on the time of day and the season or the angle of the sun&.nbsp; it was obvious that to ensure sufficient vitamin D levels, those with darker skin need more time in the sun against a lighter skinned people.
for example, a swimsuit in about 15-20 minutes on Cape cod in June or July at noon time is about 20 000 IU of vitamin D orally. of course, age and nutrition/health status of the person will also play a role in the ability to generate vitamin D from sun exposure.
in reality, optimizing your vitamin D levels, sun exposure, will help prevent, not cause skin cancer. When you expose your skin vitamin D, your skin synthesizes vitamin D3 sulfate. But remember, if you use sunscreen, you will not be able to produce vitamin D from the sun.
and do I have to take vitamin D supplementation or not?
you may be thinking, & ldquo;but I live in the largely residential area of the cloud, how do I change my lack of vitamin D?&product; <p>what&myth – not you can still generate vitamin D on a cloudy day. But your holistically-trained physician should be able to help you choose the bioavailability of vitamin D3 from a personal dosage, which reflects the most recent test results. <P>Generally speaking, most people with low vitamin D levels usually Supplement with 5,000 to 10,000 IU / day, and then, of course, are re-testing for several months&.nbsp; with other nutrients that help in the process of absorption of vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc and boron. of course, & ldquo;anti-inflammatory” from your diet is helpful as well. <p><b>final word about the health benefits of vitamin D. Dr. Frank garland, mark, epidemiologist and vitamin D pioneer helped catapult the study of vitamin D in a conservative course of research, bringing to light that his absence was a problem, causing widespread vitamin D deficiency in certain parts of the country. <P>his work helped establish a link between certain cancers and vitamin D, such as colon and breast cancer.
Now, thanks to brothers garland, many of their colleagues continue to study the powerful health-preserving and strengthening effects of vitamin D. the result, don't ignore this powerful substance for optimal health. <P><strong>editor–that the NaturalHealth365 store offers the highest quality vitamin D/K2 Supplement on the market. this easy-to-absorb liquid nutritional Supplement helps to maintain the cardiovascular system and immune function. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Click here to order today. <p><I>about the author <P>the sources for this article include:
