I can FINALLY watch s3 for good but I still have thoughts on s2.

They really ditched Sabina like she was nothing (and to be frank, in the series, she was) but what was the point of bringing her in in the first place as a potential love interest then?

Especially if they were always gonna follow the Kyra route? The way Tom kept pushing the girlfriend agenda when Alex barely reacted and was all too happy to have Kyra back by his side to wreak havoc on Cray (do not get me started on 2x04/05 because I can go on and on and on about the way he finally settles and stops running around like a headless chicken now that Kyra's here because they already brought down an evil organization together all the while risking their lives... like I said do not get me started.) clearly hinted at the fact that Sabina would be on her merry way at the end of S2.

They needed her as she's Ed's kid, maybe not pushing the girlfriend agenda would've made more sense? She has like 5 scenes and her big kidnapping at the end and the shadow of a hint of an afterthought of a kiss which felt so forced I would've thrown something at the screen had they gone for it.

Anyway, I'm so glad they wrote Kyra into the series. They needed to bring technology in of course and having a hacker in the field was always the way to do it. Though I need to have words with Tom because the whole "I get it all the vacancies are filled" got me angry like boy if you knew what they went through together you would know THERE IS NO NEED FOR VACANCIES SHE'S ALREADY DEEP IN THERE.
