49 Days 🤷🏽‍♂️ 😅 😃?? I know I work super hard but this is really freaking me out, I must share this with you all. Nov 2, 2019 was my last of four competitions for 2019, pictured on the left in my American 🇺🇸 posing shorts! Now we are in what’s called “Off-Season” time of growth; bigger and better, preparing for 2020 competitions! The picture on the right is just 49 days later, 7 weeks in the making!! This is not a typical result lol 😂, this is some crazy determined workouts and some crazy hours, putting in the work and a coach that feeds me, ensuring that my eating habits are in check; I didn’t like eating much lol 😂, and holds me accountable with weekly follow-ups, pictures and weight updates! Almost 30 Trophies 🏆 ⚔️ later and in the best shape, best physique of my entire life, on a decision made on January 20, 2019, just 10 months ago, to step out my comfort zone and try something different; Bodybuilding - Men’s Physique and Men’s Classic Physique 💪🏋️‍♀️❤️!! My friend and family, I have one last Goal for 2019!! The 2019 NPC NATURAL KENTUCKY CHAMPIONSHIPS, November 2nd, only 8 days away, perfect timing after the KentuckyMuscles! It’s important for me to establish myself as a “Natural” Classic & Men’s Physique Athlete/Competetor; this event is “Drug Tested.” I’ve been going non-stop since my last competition on October 19th!
