I'm trying to find the origin of the Ackerbond theory (the supernatural urge to follow a liege). Do you or any of your followers happen to know which interview it was mentioned in because, honestly It seems to be nothing more than a crack theory / headcanon that got really popular and people mistook it for canon. ( P.S. please link the entire interview and not just the section that mentions the bond)

As you can read there, Ackerbond is a canon thing happening to Ackermans, and not a crack theory. Isayama revealed this at 2016, in Answers Guidebook, that every Ackerman has a boss like figure, their lieges, that they have chose to follow. For Levi, that person is Erwin; for Kenny, that person is Uri and for Mikasa, that person is Eren.
