*This is a quote by Japanese baseball player Ohtani Shohei. The context of this quote was that Ohtani's team was facing Paul Goldschmidt, Mike Trout, and Mookie Betts on the field that day, all of whom are well-known baseball players admired by many. The rest of the quote goes: “If we keep admiring them, we'll never be able to surpass them. We came here today to succeed, to be the best. So, just for today, let's put our admiration aside, and focus on winning.” You can make the rest of the connection.

** This also applies to all other instances but makeinu also translates to an expression for a loser. She's calling herself a loser here. It didn't sit right with the context of the MV so I preferred the translation “underdog”.

*** This can also mean to bear with unpleasant circumstances.

the Kero-Pei era of Angerme is coming…and I am READY !! The green members are absolutely killing it lately, vocally, visually, and even though they both had to sit out in recent concerts, I feel a lot coming for them in the future. The narcissus song heavily featuring them + ending on rikako giving pei the flowers…plus kero’s solo visual at the very very end. Red Line was secretly Green Line. The two of them taking over Take’s part in Kuyashii wa. I support Anju led by them, Hana, and supported by Kamiko, Ayano, Wakana. I’m sad about Rikako leaving but I’m also so so excited to see where Angerme’s future is gonna take the group

When the teacher come, the students lie and say that Sakichi stole something. The teacher believes them and turns away. While the teachers and parents turn a blind eye, Sakichi continues to be bullied. Sakichi's mother notices what is happening and runs over to him, but she is also pelted with stones. She glares at the students and says, "Kuyashii!(悔しい)" The mother takes her bloody son to the clinic, but the doctor turns her away, saying, "We can't treat people who don't have money. That's the rule in Japan." The mother goes to the house of the students who bullied her and protests. She throws a stone at the dining table and says, "I'll do the same to you!" The students' parents call the police. The mother is shot by a police officer.
