What makes H!P SO damn dull these past few years is this unspoken rule that tenure alone equals entitlement. Oh, you've been in the group for 10 years? Here's your Yokohama Arena graduation, never mind that the group barely fills tiny venues. Spent 3–5 years as a KSS? Congrats, you all get a debut, even if you're painfully average in every way. Stuck around for a decade? Guess you automatically deserve the spotlight and inheriting lines that originally belonged to heavy hitters like Takahashi and Tanaka even if you can't sing to save your life. Sure, not everyone fits this mold, Take and Rikako actually earned their big YokoAri sendoffs because tickets sold out but the expectation that everyone should get this treatment? That's what makes H!P so boring and predictable. It sets up this lazy system where members can coast, knowing they'll get rewarded anyway if they just sit around and stick it out. I want UFA to actually push the girls with real talent and potential, the ones who can bring in new fans, instead of wasting opportunities on the ones who've been around for nearly a decade without anyone being aware of their presence. Then that way, H!P might actually feel like a place where younger and newer members see a real future instead of just a waiting game for scraps.

Crack theory: your name needs to start with M to be a M line tour regular. Masaki, Mai, Manaka and so forth. Not sure how long Takeuchi Akari can hang around by these rules XD Although joking aside I do think Takechan considers calligraphy to be her main job which is probably why she’s not doing the spring tour.
